Impact of COVID-19 on Medical Care Conduct and Psychological Burden Among Patients With Psoriasis:Real-World Data From a Tertiary Hospital in China

Objective:The ongoing coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic has caused extensive damage *** explored whether the medical care conduct of patients with psoriasis has changed and whether the COVID-19 epidemic has placed more psychological pressure on these ***:A questionnaire survey was administered to patients with psoriasis in the Dermatology Department of Peking University Third Hospital in July *** about the patients’general demographics,psoriasis condition,mental state of anxiety(Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7[GAD-7]score),changes in medical care conduct,and Concerns about COVID-19-Related Risk Score for Psoriasis(CCRSP,a self-designed questionnaire)was *** analysis with the Mann-Whitney U test for continuous variables was used in the estimation of statistical ***:A total of 112 patients with psoriasis completed the *** medicine was the factor that added difficulty for most participants(32.1%).Fewer participants(26.8%)encountered medical registration difficulties than economic and transportation *** three-quarters of participants(73.2%)reported at least one medical care conduct change resulting from the COVID-19 epidemic.A small proportion of participants(12.5%)thought that COVID-19 prevented them from seeking medical services for *** top three items that caused the most concern were psoriasis aggravation resulting from drug reduction and withdrawal because of COVID-19(44.7%),psoriasis aggravation after infection with COVID-19(38.4%),and psoriasis-related side effects of the COVID-19 vaccine(35.7%).The GAD-7 score of patients with a high CCRSP(score of>10)was significantly higher than that of patients with a low CCRSP(score of≤10)(nonparametric test,P=0.047).Conclusion:COVID-19 poses challenges and places a mental burden on patients with *** should regulate the medical behavior of patients with psoriasis according to their specific COVID-

Comparative Experimental Study on Heat Transfer Characteristics of Building Exterior Surface at High and Low Altitudes

The external surface heat transfer coefficient of building envelope is one of the important parameters necessary for building energy saving design,but the basic data in high-altitude area are ***,the authors propose a modified measurement method based on the heat balance of a model building,and use the same model building to measure its external surface heat transfer coefficient under outdoor conditions in Chengdu city,China at an altitude of 520 m and Daocheng city at an altitude of 3750 m *** results show that the total heat transfer coefficient(h_(t))of building surface in high-altitude area is reduced by 34.48%.The influence of outdoor wind speed on the convective heat transfer coefficient(h_(c))in high-altitude area is not as significant as that in low-altitude *** fitting relation between convection heat transfer coefficient and outdoor wind speed is also *** the same heating power,the average temperature rise of indoor and outdoor air at highaltitude is 41.9%higher than that at low altitude,and the average temperature rise of inner wall is 25.8%higher than that at low *** shows that high-altitude area can create a more comfortable indoor thermal environment than low-altitude area under the same energy consumption *** is not appropriate to use the heat transfer characteristics of the exterior surface of buildings in low-altitude area for building energy saving design and related heating equipment selection and system terminal matching design in high-altitude area.

Firms are embedded in complex networks,where diverse ideas combine and generate new *** of firms are of-ten seen as critical external resources that have significant influence on firm *** current literature tends to focus on the rela-tionship between firms and their shareholders,while paying less attention to the connections between firms with the same *** article identifies two types of network spillover effects,intra-city network effect and inter-city network effect,by visualizing the co-ownership networks in China’s electric vehicle(EV)*** find that firms with the same shareholders,which are defined as co-owned EV firms,are more innovative than non-co-owned ***,there are two dominant types of firm co-ownership ties formed by corporate and financial institution *** corporate shareholders help exploiting local tacit knowledge,financial institutions are more active in bridging inter-city *** conclusion is confirmed at both firm and city *** paper theor-izes the firm co-ownership network as a new form of institutional proximity and tested the result *** policy consideration,we have emphasized the importance of building formal or informal inter-firm network,and the government should further enhance the knowledge flow channel by institutional construction.

A General Simulation Method for Complex Deformation of Irregular-Shaped Origami Configurations

Most existing treatments for origami-folding simulations have focused on regular-shaped *** article aims to introduce a general strategy for simulating and analyzing the deformation process of irregular shapes by means of computational capabilities *** better simulate origami deformation with folding orders,the concept of plane follow-up is introduced to achieve automated computer simulation of complex folding patterns,thereby avoiding intersection and penetration between *** on the evaluation criteria such as the lowest storage energy with tightening and the fastest pace from tightening to unfolding,the optimal crease distribution patterns for four irregular(‘N’-,‘T’-,‘O’-,and‘P’-shaped)origami configurations are then presented under five *** the dimensions of the origami are fixed,it is discovered that simpler folding patterns lead to faster deformation of the origami *** the folding complexity is fixed,higher strain energy results in more rapid origami expansion.

Dynamic characteristics of multi-span spinning beams with elastic constraints under an axial compressive force

A theoretical model for the multi-span spinning beams with elastic constraints under an axial compressive force is *** displacement and bending angle functions are represented through an improved Fourier series,which ensures the continuity of the derivative at the boundary and enhances the *** exact characteristic equations of the multi-span spinning beams with elastic constraints under an axial compressive force are derived by the Lagrange *** efficiency and accuracy of the present method are validated in comparison with the finite element method(FEM)and other *** effects of the boundary spring stiffness,the number of spans,the spinning velocity,and the axial compressive force on the dynamic characteristics of the multi-span spinning beams are *** results show that the present method can freely simulate any boundary constraints without modifying the solution *** elastic range of linear springs is larger than that of torsion springs,and it is not affected by the number of *** an increase in the axial compressive force,the attenuation rate of the natural frequency of a spinning beam with a large number of spans becomes larger,while the attenuation rate with an elastic boundary is lower than that under a classic simply supported boundary.

An Improved Bounded Conflict-Based Search for Multi-AGV Pathfinding in Automated Container Terminals

As the number of automated guided vehicles(AGVs)within automated container terminals(ACT)continues to rise,conflicts have becomemore *** point and edge conflicts ofAGVs,amulti-AGVconflict-free path planning model has been formulated to minimize the total path length of AGVs between shore bridges and *** larger terminalmaps and complex environments,the grid method is employed to model AGVs’road *** improved bounded conflict-based search(IBCBS)algorithmtailored to ACT is proposed,leveraging the binary tree principle to resolve conflicts and employing focal search to expand the search *** experiments involving 60 AGVs indicate a reduction in computing time by 37.397%to 64.06%while maintaining the over cost within 1.019%.Numerical experiments validate the proposed algorithm’s efficacy in enhancing efficiency and ensuring solution quality.

The Gerdjikov-Ivanov(GI)hierarchy is derived via recursion operator,in this article,we mainly investigate the third-order flow GI *** the framework of the Riemann-Hilbert method,the soliton matrices of the third-order flow GI equation with simple zeros and elementary high-order zeros of Riemann-Hilbert problem are constructed through the standard dressing *** advantage of this result,some properties and asymptotic analysis of single soliton solution and two soliton solution are discussed,and the simple elastic interaction of two soliton are *** with soliton solution of the classical second-order flow,we find that the higher-order dispersion term affects the propagation velocity,propagation direction and amplitude of the ***,by means of a certain limit technique,the high-order soliton solution matrix for the third-order flow GI equation is derived.

Low-cost portable dielectric spectrometer based on mini-vector network analyzer and open-ended coaxial probe technology

As a simple,fast,and non-destructive measuring technology,dielectric spectroscopy is usually used to analyze the dielectric properties of agricultural products and food,and then to predict the main components of ***,the large and expensive vector network analyzers(VNA)with expensive analysis software applied in measuring dielectric properties make research limited to the *** acquire dielectric spectra in situ,a model for solving relative complex permittivity was derived,and its performance was ***,a low-cost portable dielectric spectrometer with a mini VNA,a Raspberry Pi,and a coaxial probe as core parts was developed over the frequency range of 100-3000 *** stability and accuracy of the developed spectrometer were tested using milk and *** results indicated that the relative errors of the model were within±5%for dielectric constant(ε′)and loss factor(ε″).The coefficients of variation of measuredε′andε″by the developed spectrometer at 100-3000 MHz were less than 1%and 2%,*** with the dielectric properties obtained by using a commercial dielectric measurement system,the relative errors of measuredε′andε″were within±3.4%and±6.0%,*** study makes fast,non-destructive,and on-site food quality detection using dielectric spectra possible.
