Ternary phase diagrams and solvate transformation thermodynamics of omeprazole sodium in different solvent mixtures

Omeprazole sodium(OMS), a typical non-hydrogen bond donors API, is only available in solvates so far, including monohydrate, ethanol solvate and methanol solvate. The methanol solvate was found for the first time. Solvate transformation thermodynamics of OMS was studied in this paper. First, the ternary phase diagrams forming two solvates for OMS in binary solvent mixtures including methanol + water, ethanol + water, and methanol+ ethanol were measured at temperature ranging of T =(278.15 to 313.15) K under atmospheric pressure. Further, the standard equilibrium constants of the solvate transformation reactions were evaluated according to the chemical reaction isothermal equation. The standard molar Gibbs free energy, the standard molar enthalpy, and the standard molar entropy of solvate transformation reactions were then calculated based on van't Hoff equation. Moreover, the thermodynamic stability of the OMS solvate was analyzed based on phase diagram. The results are of great importance to develop a crystallization process for manufacturing OMS solvate, and could be helpful to other solvate transformation research.

Filtering capacitor with compact configuration and a wide range of operating voltage has been attracting increasing attention for the smooth conversion of the electric signal in modern *** integration of capacitor units can be regarded as one of the efficient ways to achieve a wider voltage range,which has not yet been fully conquered due to the lack of rational designs of the electrode structure and integration *** study presents an alternatingly stacked assemble technology to conveniently fabricate compact aqueous hybrid integrated filtering capacitors on a large scale,in which a unit consists of rGO/MXene composite film as a negative electrode and PEDOT:PSS based film as a positive *** from the synergistic effect of rGO and MXene components,and morphological characteristics of PEDOT:PSS,the capacitor unit exhibits outstanding AC line filtering with a large areal specific energy density of 1,015 μF V^(2)cm^(-2)(0.28 μW h cm^(-2)) at 120 *** rational integration,the assembled capacitors present compact/lightweight configuration and lossless frequency response,as reflected by almost constant resistor-capacitor time constant of 0.2 ms and dissipation factor of 15% at120 Hz,identical to those of the single capacitor *** from standing alone steadily on a flower,a small volume(only 8.1 cm^(3)) of the integrated capacitor with 70 units connected in series achieves hundred-volts alternating current line filtering,which is superior to most reported filtering capacitors with sandwich *** study provides insight into the fabrication and application of compact/ultralight filtering capacitors with lossless frequency response,and a wide range of operating voltage.

Developing advanced technologies to stabilize positive electrodes of lithium ion batteries under high-voltage operation is becoming increasingly important,owing to the potential to achieve substantially enhanced energy density for applications such as portable electronics and electrical ***,we deposited chemically inert and ionically conductive LiAlO2 interfacial layers on LiCoO2 electrodes using the atomic layer deposition *** prolonged cycling at high-voltage,the LiAlO2 coating not only prevented interfacial reactions between the LiCoO2 electrode and electrolyte,as confirmed by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and Raman characterizations,but also allowed lithium ions to freely diffuse into LiCoO2 without sacrificing the power *** a result,a capacity value close to 200 mA＆#183;h＆#183;g-1 was achieved for the LiCoO2 electrodes with commercial level loading densities,cycled at the cut-off potential of 4.6 V ***＋/Li for 50 stable cycles;this represents a 40% capacity gain,compared with the values obtained for commercial samples cycled at the cut-off potential of 4.2 V ***＋/Li.

The localised leakage in shield tunnels that mainly occurs at segment joints may induce other defects,which threatens operational *** obtain a universal solution for the sealant performance of gasketed joints,we proposed a novel analytical model based on the multiscale contact and percolation theories,in which the obtained percolation pressure and interfacial separation can be utilized to derive the critical water leakage pressure and leakage *** evolutionary process of leakage was divided into three stages(i.e.,the percolation,leakage and breakdown),which explicitly reveal the progressive hydraulic deterioration of gasketed *** gaskets still own partial waterproof capacity until the end of the leakage stage due to the remaining contact pressure at surface *** proposed model was first verified by several sets of experimental data,based on which the determination of three key model parameters(i.e.,self-sealing slope,sealing coefficient,and expel pressure)were discussed in *** parametric study indicates that the waterproof capacity is significantly affected by the joint opening,offset,and the surface roughness of the *** variation in waterproof capacity with joint opening is mainly due to the nonlinearity of the gasket’s modulus and self-sealing *** increase in joint offset can result in a lower waterproof capacity as well as a larger leakage ***’s surface roughness affects the percolation pressure and interfacial separation,which contributes to the long-term sealant performance.

To realize the visual navigation of agricultural robots in the complex environment of orchards,this study proposed a method for fruit tree recognition and navigation based on *** YOLOv5s model was selected and trained to identify the trunks of the left and right rows of fruit trees;the quadratic curve was fitted to the bottom center of the fruit tree recognition box,and the identified fruit trees were divided into left and right columns by using the extreme value point of the quadratic curve to obtain the left and right rows of fruit trees;the straight-line equation of the left and right fruit tree rows was further solved,the median line of the two straight lines was taken as the expected navigation path of the robot,and the path tracing navigation experiment was carried out by using the improved LQR control *** experimental results show that under the guidance of the machine vision system and guided by the improved LQR control algorithm,the lateral error and heading error can converge quickly to the desired navigation path in the four initial states of[0 m,−0.34 rad],[0.10 m,0.34 rad],[0.15 m,0 rad]and[0.20 m,−0.34 rad].When the initial speed was 0.5 m/s,the average lateral error was 0.059 m and the average heading error was 0.2787 rad for the navigation trials in the four different initial *** average driving was 5.3 m into the steady state,the average value of steady state lateral error was 0.0102 m,the average value of steady state heading error was 0.0253 rad,and the average relative error of the robot driving along the desired navigation path was 4.6%.The results indicate that the navigation algorithm proposed in this study has good robustness,meets the operational requirements of robot autonomous navigation in orchard environment,and improves the reliability of robot driving in orchard.

Nanomultilayered TiN/Ni thin films with different bilayer periods(57.8-99.7 nm) and Ni single-layer thickness(3.9-19.2 nm) were prepared by alternatively sputtering Ti and Ni targets in N2 gas *** micros tructure,mechanical and corrosion properties of the multilayer films were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),nanoindenter and electrochemical *** multilayer films are fine with a mean grain size of ~8-9 nm independent of the bilayer ***,the smoothness and compactness seem to decrease with the bilayer period *** hardness(H) and elastic modulus(E) of the multilayer films gradually decrease as the bilayer period increases,and the multilayer film with bilayer period of 57.8 nm exhibits higher H,ratios of(H/E^*and H^3/E^*2)(E^*is effective Young’s modulus)than the monolithic TiN film and the other *** multilayer films exhibit an obvious passivation phenomenon in 10% H2SO4 solution,and the passive current and corrosion current densities decrease,whereas the corrosion potential increases when the bilayer period or Ni single-layer thickness *** is found that the passivating behavior and corrosion potential of the multilayers are more sensitive to Ni single-layer thickness than the bilayer *** corrosion pits and lamellar flaking could be found on the films with larger bilayer period or Ni single-layer thickness.
