Plants absorb light energy for photosynthesis via photosystem complexes in their ***,excess light can damage the photosystems and decrease photosynthetic output,thereby inhibiting plant growth and *** have developed a series of light acclimation strategies that allow them to withstand high *** the first line of defense against excess light,leaves and chloroplasts move away from the light and the plant accumulates compounds that filter and reflect the *** the second line of defense,known as photoprotection,plants dissipate excess light energy through non-photochemical quenching,cyclic electron transport,photorespiration,and scavenging of excess reactive oxygen *** the third line of defense,which occurs after photodamage,plants initiate a cycle of photosystem(mainly photosystem II)*** addition to being the site of photosynthesis,chloroplasts sense stress,especially light stress,and transduce the stress signal to the nucleus,where it modulates the expression of genes involved in the stress *** this review,we discuss current progress in our understanding of the strategies and mechanisms employed by plants to withstand high light at the whole-plant,cellular,physiological,and molecular levels across the three lines of defense.

Biosensors based on small molecule peptides have developed rapidly in the detection of disease markers with the characteristics of high sensitivity, rapid analysis speed and easy miniaturization. The properties of the sensor, such as the sensitivity and detection range, are closely related to the material and structure of the electrodes. The electrodes mainly used in peptidebased biosensors are gold electrodes, glassy carbon electrodes(GCE), indium tin oxide(ITO) conductive glass electrodes and screen-printed electrodes. In addition, to improve the biomolecule loading rate, antifouling performance, electrical conductivity of the biosensor, a variety of nanomaterials and organic molecules are used to construct the biosensor for disease detection. This review summarizes the properties of several commonly used electrodes for peptide-based electrochemical biosensors, and introduces some modified materials of the electrode and their effects on sensor performance. In the future,the peptide-based biosensors will be widely used in clinical detection and other related fields.

The fiber Bragg grating （FBG） sensing technology was used to monitor the situation of a crevice of the continuous beam joint and rails near rail expansion devices on a viaduct of the urban railway. The monitoring items consisted of the rail temperature, rail displacement, viaduct beam displacement, and strain of sliding rail in the rail expansion device section. The strain sensor was a prefabricate FBG strain gauge, the displacement sensor with different scales used an FBG stress ring, and the FBG of the temperature sensor was pre-drawn and fixed in a metal tube. Compensation sensors were used to balance environmental temperature changes. All FBGs were suspended adhered, therefore the chirped phenomenon of the FBG reflection peak was avoided, and the measurement accuracy was improved. The monitoring results matched to the manual test and theoretical estimation.

The solar energy-driven electrochemical CO_(2)reduction to value-added fuels or chemicals is considered as an attractive path to store renewable energy in the form of chemical energy to close the carbon ***,CO_(2)reduction suffers from a number of challenges including slow reaction rates,low selectivity,and low energy conversion ***,innovative strategies have been developed to mitigate this *** the development of flow cell reactors with a gas diffusion electrode,ionic liquid electrolytes,and new electrocatalysts have dramatically improved the reaction rates and selectivity to desired *** this perspective,we highlight the key recent developments and challenges in PVpowered electrochemical CO_(2)reduction and propose effective strategies to improve the reaction kinetics,to minimize the electrical energy losses,and to tune the selectivity of the catalysts for desired products,and then suggest future direction of research and development.

In this paper,we consider the second-order cone tensor eigenvalue complementarity problem(SOCTEiCP)and present three different reformulations to the model under ***,for the general SOCTEiCP,we first show its equivalence to a particular variational inequality under reasonable conditions.A notable benefit is that such a reformulation possibly provides an efficient way for the study of properties of the ***,for the symmetric and sub-symmetric SOCTEiCPs,we reformulate them as appropriate nonlinear programming problems,which are extremely beneficial for designing reliable solvers to find solutions of the considered ***,we report some preliminary numerical results to verify our theoretical results.

Hierarchical clustering algorithms, such as Pearson＇s correlation, Euclidean distance, Euclidean distance harmonic, Spearman rank correlation, Kendall＇s tau, and City-block distance, were used to find the best way to establish theoretical MAPK/Erk signaling pathway on the basis of breast cancer line MCF-7 gene expressions. The algorithm constructs a hierarchy from top to bottom on the basis of a self-organizing tree. It dynamically finds the number of clusters at each level. It was found that only Euclidean distance harmonic is fit for the analysis of the cascade composed from a RAF1 （c-Raf）, a MKNK1, a MAPKK （MEK1/2） to MAPK （Erk） in breast cancer line MCF-7. The result is consistent with the biological experimental MAP/Erk signaling pathway, and the theoretical MAPK/Erk signaling pathway on breast cancer line MCF-7 is set up.

In the digital age,museums are becoming increasingly integrated with media *** interactive mode of museum education brought about by new digital communication technology can increase the audience’s participation and interest in museum education *** paper attempts to use Mobile Augment Reality(MAR)technology to design museum education content under the guidance of the principle of abstraction hierarchy from the theory of education *** the help of MAR technology,museum education content can move up and down at different levels of information *** purpose is to help the audience move between perceptual knowledge and rational knowledge and improve their ability to *** evaluation results show that this style of interactive teaching content can promote visitors’understanding,thinking and interest in the cultural content of museum *** is also can helps visitors use a more professional-level vocabulary and more detailed descriptions about the cultural content of museum *** design and implementation method detailed in this paper has a certain guiding value for museum education development as well as utilization of MAR technology.

Small World Properties Generated by a New Algorithm Under Same Degree of All Nodes

Based on the model of the same degree of all nodes we proposed before, a new algorithm, the so-called “spread all over vertices” （SAV） algorithm, is proposed for generating small-world properties from a regular ring lattices. During randomly rewiring connections the SAV is used to keep the unchanged number of links. Comparing the SAV algorithm with the Watts-Strogatz model and the “spread all over boundaries” algorithm, three methods can have the same topological properties of the small world networks. These results offer diverse formation of small world networks. It is helpful to the research of some applications for dynamics of mutual oscillator inside nodes and interacting automata associated with networks.
