Organic conjugated polymers have received extensive attention due to their unique electronic ***,there have been relatively few reports on the dark photocatalytic reactions utilizing organic conjugated ***,we report the successful synthesis of an organic conjugated polymer based on poly(heptazine imide)nanocrystals(CNNCs)for H_(2)O_(2)evolution and biomedical applications using a simple salt molten method and sonication-centrifugation *** results show that these colloid CNNCs have the characteristics of photogenerated electrons accumulation and realize dark photocatalysis with high reducibility under visible light ***,these accumulating photogenerated electrons can reduce O_(2)in darkness to produce H_(2)O_(2).In addition,cytotoxicity tests were conducted and it was found that H_(2)O_(2)produced under dark conditions could oxidize L-arginine(L-Arg)to NO,which effectively killed tumors in the *** work provides an important strategy to construct organic conjugated semiconductor nanocrystals and applying them to future energy and biomedical fields.

Li-O_(2)batteries with high energy density hold significant promise as next-generation energy storage ***,Li-O_(2)batteries have poor cycling performance at high current densities and large capacities,primarily due to the high impedance caused by the instability of the lithium anode and the sluggish kinetics in the discharge products decomposition on the ***,we investigated a bifunctional nitrile additive(2-methoxy benzonitrile(2-MBN))with good chemical/electrochemical stability to improve the performances of Li-O_(2)*** 2-MBN could actively modify the anode by ensuring uniform Li+deposition and optimizing the composition of solid electrolyte interphase(SEI).Meanwhile,it could also facilitate the decomposition of discharge products by inducing the formation of sheet-like Li_(2)O_(2),significantly reducing the battery charge *** bifunctional effects of 2-MBN for the anode and cathode enable Li-O_(2)batteries to achieve a stable lifetime of 97 cycles at a current density of 600 mA·g^(−1)with a fixed capacity of 2000 mAh·g^(−1),much better than that of Li-O_(2)batteries without 2-MBN(28 cycles).The inclusion of 2-MBN provides an effective approach for attaining high-performance Li-O_(2)batteries.

The Ti_(p)/ZX60 composites with different Ti_(p) contents were prepar.d by semi-solid stirring *** extrusion,the microstructure,work hardening and softening behavior of the Ti_(p)/ZX60 composites were analyzed compar.d with the ZX60(Mg-6Zn-0.2Ca)*** results showed that the addition of Ti_(p) could not only promote the nucleation of dynamic recrystallized(DRXed)grains,but also be propitious to the refinement of DRXed *** increasing Ti_(p) content,the size of DRXed grains decreased accompanied with increasing volume fraction of DRXed *** the Ti_(p) content increased to 15 vol.%,the average size and volume fraction of DRXed grains reached to~0.32μm and 93.2%,***,both the strength and elongation were improved by the addition of Ti_(p).With increasing content of Ti_(p),a substantial increase in the strength was achieved with little change in the ***,the elongation decreased sharply when the Ti_(p) content further increased to 15 vol.%.The addition of Ti_(p) led to an increase in the work hardening rate,which gradually increased with increasing Ti_(p) ***,the softening rate did not demonstrate the same tendency with increasing Ti_(p) *** the conventional ceramic par.icles,the Ti_(p) can be deformed in coordination with the matrix alloy,which impar.ed a higher softening rate to the matrix *** though the softening rate improved as the Ti_(p) content increased from 5 to 10 vol.%,it dropped deeply as the Ti_(p) content increased to 15 vol.%owing to the fracture of Ti_(p) during extrusion.

A cutting-edge method known as photocatalytic antibacterial technology can effectively eliminate drug-resistant bacterial strains and boast a wide-ranging antimicrobial *** the study,a novel Ag NPs/TiO_(2)/PEG/PVP(ATPP)aerogel photocatalyst was synthesized by an electron beam in-situ radiation method using polyethylene glycol(PEG),polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP),AgNO_(3),and TiO_(2)as raw *** was characterized by X-ray diffraction spectroscopy(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and solid ultraviolet diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV-Vis DRS).The results demonstrated that silver ions were reduced to silver nanopar.icles by electron beam radiation *** the same time,the doping of silver nanopar.icles(Ag NPs)enhanced visible-light *** degradation rate of methylene blue(MB)on 5%(in mass)ATPP could reach 81%under visible light for 180 *** coli(***)and Staphylococcus aureus(***)were used as model bacteria to explore the antimi-crobial properties of ATPP by zone of the inhibition method,plate counting method and live/dead bacterial *** antibacterial experiments showed that the antibacterial effect of ATPP was ***,MTT assay and Hoechst33342/PI double staining were used to prove that the composite had good *** aerogel photocatalytic material has the potential to decrease microbial presence in both medical and environmental settings,making it a valuable tool for such applications.

Method for the fruit tree recognition and navigation in complex environment of an agricultural robot

To realize the visual navigation of agricultural robots in the complex environment of orchards,this study proposed a method for fruit tree recognition and navigation based on *** YOLOv5s model was selected and trained to identify the trunks of the left and right rows of fruit trees;the quadratic curve was fitted to the bottom center of the fruit tree recognition box,and the identified fruit trees were divided into left and right columns by using the extreme value point of the quadratic curve to obtain the left and right rows of fruit trees;the straight-line equation of the left and right fruit tree rows was further solved,the median line of the two straight lines was taken as the expected navigation path of the robot,and the path tracing navigation experiment was carried out by using the improved LQR control *** experimental results show that under the guidance of the machine vision system and guided by the improved LQR control algorithm,the lateral error and heading error can converge quickly to the desired navigation path in the four initial states of[0 m,−0.34 rad],[0.10 m,0.34 rad],[0.15 m,0 rad]and[0.20 m,−0.34 rad].When the initial speed was 0.5 m/s,the average lateral error was 0.059 m and the average heading error was 0.2787 rad for the navigation trials in the four different initial *** average driving was 5.3 m into the steady state,the average value of steady state lateral error was 0.0102 m,the average value of steady state heading error was 0.0253 rad,and the average relative error of the robot driving along the desired navigation path was 4.6%.The results indicate that the navigation algorithm proposed in this study has good robustness,meets the operational requirements of robot autonomous navigation in orchard environment,and improves the reliability of robot driving in orchard.

P_(c)(4457)has been discovered over five years,but the par.ty of this par.icle remains *** propose a new interpretation for P_(c)(4457),which is the state generated from the coupled-channel D^(0)Ac+(2595)andπ^(0)P_(c)(4312)since they can exchange an almost on-shell∑_(c)^(+).In this scenario,the par.ty of P_(c)(4457)will be positive,which is different from the candidate of the bound state of D*∑_(c).The main decay channel of P_(c)(4457)in this model is Pc(4312)π.We propose three processes∧_(b)^(0)→J/ψKapπ^(-),∧_(b)^(0)→J/ψK-pπ^(0),and∧_(b)^(0)→J/ψpπ^(-)π^(+)k^(-)to verify Pc(4457)→Pc(4312)π.

Using the electrochemical technology to split water molecules to produce hydrogen is the key to obtain green hydrogen for solving the energy crisis. The large-scale application of hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) in water dissociation requires a highly active catalyst. In this paper, the highly dispersed PtCo bimetallic nanopar.icles loading on MXene (PtCo/MXene) were prepar.d by using a step-to-step reduction strategy. The mentioned PtCo/MXene catalyst exhibits a high current density of −100 mA/cm2 in an acidic medium with just a 152 mV overpotential. In addition, the PtCo/MXene catalyst also displays a superior stability. Computational analysis and experimental testing demonstrate that the electronic interaction between Pt and Co can effectively modify the electronic structure of the active site, thereby enhancing the inherent catalytic performance of the material. More importantly, MXene two-dimensional nanosheets can expose more active sites because of their large specific surface area. Furthermore, MXene substrate with excellent electrical conductivity and harmonious interfaces between PtCo and MXene enhance charge transfer efficiency and lower the reaction activation energy.

Gravure printing is a promising large-scale fabrication method for flexible organic solar cells(FOSCs)because it is compatible with two-dimension patternable roll-to-roll ***,the unsuitable rheological property of ZnO nanoinks resulted in unevenness and looseness of the gravure-printed ZnO interfacial *** we propose a strategy to manipulate the macroscopic and microscopic of the gravure-printed ZnO films through using mixed solvent and poly(vinylpyrrolidone)(PVP)*** regulation of drying speed effectively manipulates the droplets fusion and leveling process and eliminates the printing ribbing structure in the macroscopic *** additive of PVP effectively regulates the rheological property and improves the microscopic compactness of the *** this method,large-area ZnO∶PVP films(28×9 cm^(2))with excellent uniformity,compactness,conductivity,and bending durability were *** power conversion efficiencies of FOSCs with gravure-printed AgNWs and ZnO∶PVP films reached 14.34%and 17.07%for the 1 cm^(2)PM6:Y6 and PM6∶L8-BO flexible *** efficiency of 17.07%is the highest value to date for the 1 cm^(2)*** use of mixed solvent and PVP addition also significantly enlarged the printing window of ZnO ink,ensuring high-quality printed thin films with thicknesses varying from 30 to 100 nm.

This study introduces a novel method integrating CO_(2)flooding with radial borehole fracturing for enhanced oil recovery and CO_(2)underground storage,a solution to the limited vertical stimulation reservoir volume in horizontal well fracturing.A numerical model is established to investigate the production rate,reservoir pressure field,and CO_(2)saturation distribution corresponding to changing time of CO_(2)flooding with radial borehole fracturing.A sensitivity analysis on the influence of CO_(2)injection location,layer spacing,pressure difference,borehole number,and hydraulic fractures on oil production and CO_(2)storage is *** CO_(2)flooding process is divided into four *** in layer spacing will significantly improve oil production rate and gas storage ***,serious gas channeling can occur when the spacing is lower than 20 *** the pressure difference between the producer and injector,the borehole number,the hydraulic fracture height,and the fracture width can also increase the oil production rate and gas storage *** analysis shows that layer spacing and fracture height greatly influence gas storage and oil *** outcomes are expected to provide a theoretical basis for the efficient development of shale oil reservoirs in the vertical direction.

Ginkgo biloba extract alleviates fatty liver hemorrhagic syndrome in laying hens via reshaping gut microbiota

Background Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE)is evidenced to be effective in the prevention and alleviation of metabolic disorders,including obesity,diabetes and fatty liver ***,the role of GBE in alleviating fatty liver hemorrhagic syndrome(FLHS)in laying hens and the underlying mechanisms remain to be ***,we investigated the effects of GBE on relieving FLHS with an emphasis on the modulatory role of GBE in chicken gut *** The results showed that GBE treatment ameliorated biochemical blood indicators in high-fat diet(HFD)-induced FLHS laying hen model by decreasing the levels of TG,TC,ALT and *** lipid accumulation and pathological score of liver were also relieved after GBE ***,GBE treatment enhanced the antioxidant activity of liver and serum by increasing GSH,SOD,T-AOC,GSH-PX and reducing MDA,and downregulated the expression of genes related to lipid synthesis(FAS,LXRα,GPAT1,Ppar.and Ch REBP1)and inflammatory cytokines(TNF-α,IL-6,TLR4 and NF-κB)in the *** profiling analysis revealed that GBE treatment reshaped the HFD-perturbed gut microbiota,par.icularly elevated the abundance of Megasphaera in the ***,targeted metabolomic analysis of SCFAs revealed that GBE treatment significantly promoted the production of total SCFAs,acetate and propionate,which were positively correlated with the GBE-enriched gut ***,we confirmed that the GBE-altered gut microbiota was sufficient to alleviate FLHS by fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT).Conclusions We provided evidence that GBE alleviated FLHS in HFD-induced laying hens through reshaping the composition of gut *** findings shed light on mechanism underlying the anti-FLHS efficacy of GBE and lay foundations for future use of GBE as additive to prevent and control FLHS in laying hen industry.
