Dynamic tear meniscus parameters in complete blinking:insights into dry eye assessment

AIM:To investigate the relationship between dynamic tear meniscus parameters and dry eye using an automated tear meniscus segmentation ***:The analysis of tear meniscus videos captured within 5s after a complete blink includes data from 38 *** processing video data,several key parameters including the average height of the tear meniscus at different lengths,the curvature of the tear meniscus’s upper boundary,and the total area of the tear meniscus in each frame were *** effective values of these dynamic parameters were then linearly fitted to explore the relationship between their changing trends and dry eye ***:In 94.74%of the samples,the average height of central tear meniscus increased over ***,97.37%of the samples exhibited an increase in the overall tear meniscus height(TMH)and area from the nasal to temporal ***,the central TMH increased at a faster rate compared to the nasal side with the temporal side showing the slowest *** analysis indicates that the upper boundary curvature of the whole tear meniscus as well as the tear meniscus of the nasal side(2,3,and 4 mm)aid in identifying the presence of dry eye and assessing its ***:This study contributes to the understanding of tear meniscus dynamics as potential markers for dry eye,utilizing an automated and non-invasive approach that has implications for clinical assessment.

The underwater X-ray imaging technology development is significant to subaqueous target reconnaissance/detection/identification, subfluvial archaeology,submerged resource exploration, etc. As the core of X-ray imaging detection, the scintillator has been plagued by inherent moisture absorption and decomposition, and strict requirements for seamless packaging and ***, we designed a manganese-doped two-dimensional(2D) perovskite scintillator modified by hydrophobic longchain organic amine through the combination of component and doping engineering. The modified perovskites show high water repellency that can be used as an underwater X-ray scintillator. X-ray images of aquatic organisms or other objects with a high spatial resolution of10 lp·mm^(-1) at a big view field(32 mm × 32 mm) were obtained by scintillation screen. This hydrophobic perovskite scintillator based on molecular design is of great promise in underwater X-ray nondestructive testing technology development.

Analysis of lymph node metastasis and survival prognosis in early gastric cancer patients: A retrospective study

High-order Soliton Matrix for the Third-order Flow Equation of the Gerdjikov-Ivanov Hierarchy Through the Riemann-Hilbert Method

The Gerdjikov-Ivanov(GI)hierarchy is derived via recursion operator,in this article,we mainly investigate the third-order flow GI *** the framework of the Riemann-Hilbert method,the soliton matrices of the third-order flow GI equation with simple zeros and elementary high-order zeros of Riemann-Hilbert problem are constructed through the standard dressing *** advantage of this result,some properties and asymptotic analysis of single soliton solution and two soliton solution are discussed,and the simple elastic interaction of two soliton are *** with soliton solution of the classical second-order flow,we find that the higher-order dispersion term affects the propagation velocity,propagation direction and amplitude of the ***,by means of a certain limit technique,the high-order soliton solution matrix for the third-order flow GI equation is derived.

Miniaturized power detection module operating in millimeter wave band

The miniaturized broadband detection module can be embedded into the microwave application system such as the front end of the transmitter to detect the power or other parameters in real *** is highly prospective in military and scientific *** this paper,a broadband power detection module operating at 26.5 GHz-40.0 GHz is designed by using low-barrier Schottky diode as the detector and a comparator for threshold *** module can dynamically detect the power range between-10 dBm and 10 dBm with the detection accuracy of 0.1 ***,the temperature compensation circuit is also applied to improve the measurement *** a result,the resulted error low to±1 dB in the temperature range of -55℃ to +85℃ is *** designed module is encapsulated by a Kovar alloy with a small volume of 9 mm×6 mm×3 *** endows the designed module the advantages of small size,easy integration,and low cost,and even it is applicable to high-reliability environments such as satellites.

Hot Compression Behavior and Tensile Property of a Novel Ni-Co-Based Superalloy Prepared by Electron Beam Smelting Layered Solidification Technology

The hot compression behavior and tensile strength after compression of a new Ni-Co-based superalloy produced using electron beam smelting layered(EBSL)solidification technology were *** compression tests were performed at temperatures of 1120℃and 1150℃,with strain rates of 1 s^(-1) and 0.01 s^(-1),reaching a true strain of *** strength was evaluated at room *** results revealed that this EBSL technology accelerates dynamic recrystallization(DRX),without compromising the strength of alloy.A significant correlation between the volume fraction of DRX and the strain rate was observed,with higher fractions at lower strain rates,leading to higher tensile ***,at the same strain rate,the specimens compressed at 1120℃exhibited higher tensile strength due to undissolvedγ′*** solution and aging heat treatment,the alloy maintained high tensile *** results suggested that the EBSL Ni-Co-based superalloy offers excellent prospects for practical applications.

An Improved Bounded Conflict-Based Search for Multi-AGV Pathfinding in Automated Container Terminals

As the number of automated guided vehicles(AGVs)within automated container terminals(ACT)continues to rise,conflicts have becomemore *** point and edge conflicts ofAGVs,amulti-AGVconflict-free path planning model has been formulated to minimize the total path length of AGVs between shore bridges and *** larger terminalmaps and complex environments,the grid method is employed to model AGVs’road *** improved bounded conflict-based search(IBCBS)algorithmtailored to ACT is proposed,leveraging the binary tree principle to resolve conflicts and employing focal search to expand the search *** experiments involving 60 AGVs indicate a reduction in computing time by 37.397%to 64.06%while maintaining the over cost within 1.019%.Numerical experiments validate the proposed algorithm’s efficacy in enhancing efficiency and ensuring solution quality.
