In indirect drive, reducing peak intensity of a single beam and controlling overlap of multi-beams are two opposite requirements for laser focal spot design. In this paper, an improved laser spot design technique for indirect drive built upon the geometric structures of laser propagation into hohlraum has been introduced. The proposed technique is able to generate appropriate continuous phase plate(CPP) producing a special shaped spot that can balance the opposite requirements. The corresponding CPP does not bring difficulties to the design and fabrication. Phase aberrations are more sensitive to the special shaped spot; however, it can be tolerable for the current beam control level.

There is considerable potential for integrating transarterial chemoembolization(TACE),programmed death-(ligand)1(PD-[L]1)inhibitors,and molecular targeted treatments(MTT)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).It is necessary to investigate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of TACE combined with PD-(L)1 inhibitors and MTT in real-world *** this nationwide,retrospective,cohort study,826 HCC patients receiving either TACE plus PD-(L)1 blockades and MTT(combination group,n=376)or TACE monotherapy(monotherapy group,n=450)were included from January 2018 to May *** primary endpoint was progression-free survival(PFS)according to modified *** secondary outcomes included overall survival(OS),objective response rate(ORR),and *** performed propensity score matching approaches to reduce bias between two *** matching,228 pairs were included with a predominantly advanced disease *** PFS in combination group was 9.5 months(95%confidence interval[CI],8.4-11.0)versus 8.0 months(95%CI,6.6-9.5)(adjusted hazard ratio[HR],0.70,P=0.002).OS and ORR were also significantly higher in combination group(median OS,19.2[16.1-27.3]vs.15.7 months[13.0-20.2];adjusted HR,0.63,P=0.001;ORR,60.1%vs.32.0%;P<0.001).Grade 3/4 adverse events were observed at a rate of 15.8%and 7.5%in combination and monotherapy groups,*** results suggest that TACE plus PD-(L)1 blockades and MTT could significantly improve PFS,OS,and ORR versus TACE monotherapy for Chinese patients with predominantly advanced HCC in real-world practice,with an acceptable safety profile.

针对传感器交叉提示在目标跟踪中的应用问题,围绕如何通过传感器交叉提示技术实现"传感器资源管理"、"提高目标跟踪精度"和"实现目标交接"展开研究,提出传感器网络效能评价函数,分析不同类型的交叉提示发生的时机与条件,设计基于博弈论的多传感器交叉提示算法,并提出基于假设检验理论的传感器博弈策略调整方法。仿真结果表明,本文提出的多传感器交叉提示模型符合实际作战场景,能够顺利实现传感器管理、提高目标跟踪精度和进行目标交接,与粒子群算法、合同网算法和拍卖算法相比,博弈论算法具有较好的求解质量,收敛速度明显提高。

Alzheimer's disease is an age-related neurodegenerative disorder with a complex and incompletely understood pathogenesis. Despite extensive research, a cure for Alzheimer's disease has not yet been found. Oxidative stress mediates excessive oxidative responses, and its involvement in Alzheimer's disease pathogenesis as a primary or secondary pathological event is widely accepted. As a member of the selenium-containing antioxidant enzyme family, glutathione peroxidase 4 reduces esterified phospholipid hydroperoxides to maintain cellular redox homeostasis. With the discovery of ferroptosis, the central role of glutathione peroxidase 4 in anti-lipid peroxidation in several diseases, including Alzheimer's disease, has received widespread attention. Increasing evidence suggests that glutathione peroxidase 4 expression is inhibited in the Alzheimer's disease brain, resulting in oxidative stress, inflammation, ferroptosis, and apoptosis, which are closely associated with pathological damage in Alzheimer's disease. Several therapeutic approaches, such as small molecule drugs, natural plant products, and non-pharmacological treatments, ameliorate pathological damage and cognitive function in Alzheimer's disease by promoting glutathione peroxidase 4 expression and enhancing glutathione peroxidase 4 activity. Therefore, glutathione peroxidase 4 upregulation may be a promising strategy for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. This review provides an overview of the gene structure, biological functions, and regulatory mechanisms of glutathione peroxidase 4, a discussion on the important role of glutathione peroxidase 4 in pathological events closely related to Alzheimer's disease, and a summary of the advances in small-molecule drugs, natural plant products, and non-pharmacological therapies targeting glutathione peroxidase 4 for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. This study concentrates on the development of high temperature polymer electrolyte membranes（HT-PEMs）, which are essential components for HT-PEM fuel cells（HT-PEMFCs）. Although the phosphoric acid（PA）-doped polybenzimidazole（PBI） has been regarded as the successful HT-PEM, this system still suffers from several challenges, including the use of carcinogenic monomers, complex synthesis procedures, and poor solubility in organic solvents. To develop more cost-effective, readily synthesized and high-performance alternatives, this study employs a simply superacid-catalyzed Friedel-Crafts reaction to synthesize a series of poly（triphenyl-co-dibenzo-18-crown-6 pyridine） copolymers, denoted as P(TPx%-co-CEy%), using ptriphenyl, dibenzo-18-crown-6 and 4-acetylpyridine as monomers. The copolymerized hydrophilic and bulky crown ether unites introduce large free volumes and multiple interaction sites with PA molecules, as elucidated by theoretical *** microphase separation structures are formed as confirmed by atomic force microscope（AFM）, transmission electron microscopy（TEM） and small-angle X-ray scattering（SAXS）. Thus P(TPx%-co-CEy%) membranes exhibit excellent PA absorption and proton conduction abilities. For example, after immersing in 85 wt% PA at 30 °C, the P(TP91%-co-CE9%) membrane achieves a PA doping content of 205% and a high conductivity of 0.138 S cm-1at 180 °C, while maintaining a tensile strength of 7.5 MPa at room temperature. Without humidification and backpressure, the peak power density of an H2-O2cell equipped with P(TP91%-co-CE9%)/205%PA reaches nearly 1200 mW cm-2, representing one of the highest performances reported for PA-doped HT-PEMs to date. This work demonstrates the enormous potential of poly（triphenyl-co-crown ether pyridine） membranes in the HT-PEMFC applications.

When the upper chord beam of the beam-string structure(BSS)is made of concrete-filled steel tube(CFST),its overall stiffness will change greatly with the construction of concrete placement,which will have an impact on the design of the tensioning plans and selection of control measures for the *** order to accurately obtain the bending stiffness of CFST beam and clarify its impact on the mechanical properties of composite BSS during construction,the influence of some factors such as height-width ratio,wall thickness of steel tube,elasticity modulus of concrete,and friction coefficient on the bending stiffness are analyzed parametrically by the numerical simulation technology based on an actual *** calculation formula of the equivalent bending stiffness of CFST is also established through mathematical statistical ***,the equivalent bending stiffness is introduced into the construction and use stages of the composite BSS,respectively,and the mechanical properties such as prestress-tensioning control value,structural deformation,and internal force of key members are comparatively analyzed when adopting two different construction ***,the optimal construction plan of concrete placement first and then prestress-tensioning is proposed.
