In an era where technological advancement and sustainability converge,developing renewable materials with multifunctional integration is increasingly in *** study filled a crucial gap by integrating energy storage,multi-band electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding,and structural design into bio-based ***,conductive polymer layers were formed within the 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-1-oxide(TEMPO)-oxidized cellulose fiber skeleton,where a mild TEMPO-mediated oxidation system was applied to endow it with abundant macropores that could be utilized as active sites(specific surface area of 105.6 m2 g-1).Benefiting from the special hierarchical porous structure of the material,the constructed cellulose fiber-derived composites can realize high areal-specific capacitance of 12.44 F cm^(-2)at 5 m A cm^(-2)and areal energy density of 3.99 m Wh cm^(-2)(2005 m W cm^(-2))with an excellent stability of maintaining 90.23%after 10,000 cycles at 50 m A cm^(-2).Meanwhile,the composites showed a high electrical conductivity of 877.19 S m-1 and excellent EMI efficiency(>99.99%)in multiple wavelength *** composite material’s EMI values exceed 100 d B across the L,S,C,and X bands,effectively shielding electromagnetic waves in daily *** proposed strategy paves the way for utilizing bio-based materials in applications like energy storage and EMI shielding,contributing to a more sustainable future.

Objective:To elucidate how spinal manipulative therapy(SMT)exerts its analgesic effects through regulating brain function in lumbar disc herniation(LDH)patients by utilizing resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-f MRI).Methods:From September 2021 to September 2023,we enrolled LDH patients(LDH group,n=31)and age-and sex-matched healthy controls(HCs,n=28).LDH group underwent rs-f MRI at 2 distinct time points(TPs):prior to the initiation of SMT(TP1)and subsequent to the completion of the SMT sessions(TP2).SMT was administered once every other day for 30 min per session,totally 14 treatment sessions over a span of 4 *** did not receive SMT treatment and underwent only one f MRI ***,participants in LDH group completed clinical questionnaires on pain using the Visual Analog Scale(VAS)and the Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)score,whereas HCs did not undergo clinical scale *** effects on the brain were jointly characterized using the amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations(ALFF)and regional homogeneity(Re Ho).Correlation analyses were conducted between specific brain regions and clinical ***:Following SMT treatment,pain symptoms in LDH patients were notably alleviated and accompanied by evident activation of effects in the *** comparison to TP1,TP2 exhibited the most significant increase in ALFF values for Temporal_Sup_R and the most notable decrease in ALFF values for Paracentral_Lobule_L(voxelwise P30;FDR correction).Additionally,the most substantial enhancement in Re Ho values was observed for the Cuneus_R,while the most prominent reduction was noted for the Olfactory_R(voxelwise P30;FDR correction).Moreover,a comparative analysis revealed that,in contrast to HCs,LDH patients at TP1 exhibited the most significant increase in ALFF values for Temporal_Pole_Sup_L and the most notable decrease in ALFF values for Frontal_Mid_L(voxelwise P30;FDR correction).Fur

In the last few years,research on advanced ultrafast photonic devices has attracted great interest from laser *** a semiconductor material with excellent nonlinear saturation absorption characteristics,Ga As has been used in solidstate and fiber lasers as a ***,the pulse widths that have been reported in the searchable published literature are all long and the shortest is tens of *** pulse widths,desired for a variety of applications,have not yet been reported in Ga As-based pulsed *** this work,we further explore the nonlinear characteristics of Ga As that has been magnetron sputtered onto the surface of a tapered fiber and its application in the generation of femtosecond lasing via effective dispersion optimization and nonlinearity *** the enhanced interaction between evanescent waves and Ga As nanosheets,mode-locked soliton pulses as short as 830 fs are generated at repetition rates of 4.64 *** far as we know,this is the first time that femtosecond-level pulses have been generated with a Ga As-based saturable *** addition,soliton molecules,including in the dual-pulse state,are also realized under stronger *** work demonstrates that Ga As-based photonic devices have good application prospects in effective polymorphous ultrashort pulsed laser generation.

In this paper,an interference cancellation based neural receiver for superimposed pilot(SIP)in multi-layer transmission is proposed,where the data and pilot are non-orthogonally superimposed in the same time-frequency ***,to deal with the intra-layer and inter-layer interference of SIP under multi-layer transmission,the interference cancellation with superimposed symbol aided channel estimation is leveraged in the neural receiver,accompanied by the pre-design of pilot code-division orthogonal mechanism at *** addition,to address the complexity issue for inter-vendor collaboration and the generalization problem in practical deployments,respectively,this paper also provides a fixed SIP(F-SIP)design based on constant pilot power ratio and scalable mechanisms for different modulation and coding schemes(MCSs)and transmission *** results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed schemes on the performance of block error rate and throughput compared with existing counterparts.

目的从腹胰发育角度解释胰腺、十二指肠降段变异的影像特点。方法从过去5年间本院CT、MRI资料中遴选腹胰变异病例,从腹胰发育角度解释这些变异的形成机制。结果 (1)胰腺变异:①异位胰腺(n=1):罕见,其胰管通向十二指肠乳头;②环状胰腺(n=2)/半环状胰腺(n=2):少见,十二指肠前方软组织密度肿块,各扫描像上,其结构、密度与正常胰腺相仿;③胰腺异常突起(n=22):常见,可与胰腺相连或有脂肪间隙相隔;④胰腺分裂(n=23):常见,常有不均匀脂肪沉积或胰头内胰管局限性扩张;⑤腹胰发育不良(n=3)和腹胰缺如(n=2):罕见,胰头可增大,钩突不明显者呈球形胰头。(2)十二指肠相关变异:①十二指肠憩室(n=48):常见,胰管、胆总管常开口在憩室内;②十二指肠狭窄(n=4):见于环状胰腺。结论腹胰发育异常可导致胰腺、十二指肠多种形态异常,某些异常易发生炎症,某些异常误为肿瘤,应提高对这些变异的认识。

This review provides a comprehensive overview of the major trends in peptide drug discovery and development, emphasizing preclinical strategies aimed at improving peptide stability, specificity, and pharmacokinetic properties. It assesses the current applications and challenges of peptide-based drugs in these diseases, illustrating the pharmaceutical areas where peptide-based drugs demonstrate significant potential. Furthermore, this review analyzes the obstacles that must be overcome in the future,aiming to provide valuable insights and references for the continued advancement of peptidebased drugs.
