Adaptive nonlinear Kalman filters based on credibility theory with noise correlation

To solve the divergence problem and overcome the difficulty in guaranteeing filtering accuracy during estimation of the process noise covariance or the measurement noise covariance with traditional new information-based nonlinear filtering methods,we design a new method for estimating noise statistical characteristics of nonlinear systems based on the credibility Kalman Filter(KF)theory considering noise *** method first extends credibility to the Unscented Kalman Filter(UKF)and Extended Kalman Filter(EKF)based on the credibility ***,an optimization model for nonlinear credibility under noise related conditions is established considering noise correlation.A combination of filtering smoothing and credibility iteration formula is used to improve the real-time performance of the nonlinear adaptive credibility KF algorithm,further expanding its application scenarios,and the derivation process of the formula theory is ***,the performance of the nonlinear credibility filtering algorithm is simulated and analyzed from multiple perspectives,and a comparative analysis conducted on specific experimental *** simulation and experimental results show that the proposed credibility EKF and credibility UKF algorithms can estimate the noise covariance more accurately and effectively with lower average estimation time than traditional methods,indicating that the proposed algorithm has stable estimation performance and good real-time performance.

Cultivated soybeans may lose some useful genetic loci during domestication. Introgression of genes from wild soybeans could broaden the genetic background and improve soybean agronomic traits. In this study, through whole-genome sequencing of a recombinant inbred line population derived from a cross between a wild soybean ZYD7 and a cultivated soybean HN44, and mapping of quantitative trait loci for seed weight, we discovered that a phosphatase 2C-1 （PP2C-1） allele from wild soybean ZYD7 contributes to the increase in seed weight/size. PP2C-1 may achieve this function by enhancing cell size of integument and activating a subset of seed trait-related genes. We found that PP2C-1 is associ- ated with GmBZR1, a soybean ortholog of Arabidopsis BZR1, one of key transcription factors in brassi- nosteroid （BR） signaling, and facilitate accumulation of dephosphorylated GmBZR1. In contrast, the PP2C-2 allele with variations of a few amino acids at the N-terminus did not exhibit this function. More- over, we showed that GmBZR1 could promote seed weight/size in transgenic plants. Through analysis of cultivated soybean accessions, we found that 40% of the examined accessions do not have the PP2C-1 allele, suggesting that these accessions can be improved by introduction of this allele. Taken together, our study identifies an elite allele PP2C-1, which can enhance seed weight and/or size in soybean, and pinpoints that manipulation of this allele by molecular-assisted breeding may increase production in soybean and other legumes/crops.

miR-211 promotes lens epithelial cells apoptosis by targeting silent mating-type information regulation 2 homolog 1 in age-related cataracts

AIM： To detect the expression of miR-211 in age-related cataract tissue, explore the effects of miR-211 on lens epithelial cell proliferation and apoptosis, and identify its target ***： This study used real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction（RT-q PCR） to measure the expression of miR-211 and its predicted target gene [silent matingtype information regulation 2 homolog 1（SIRT1）] in 46 anterior lens capsules collected from age-related cataract patients. Human lens epithelial cell line（SRA01/04） cells were transfected with either miR-211 mimics, mimic controls, miR-211 inhibitors or inhibitor controls, 72 h after transfection, miR NA and protein expression of SIRT1 were measured using RT-qP CR and Western blotting; then cells were exposed to 200 μmol/L H2O2 for 1h, whereupon cell viability was measured by MTS assay, caspase-3 assay was performed. Dual luciferase reporter assay was performed to verify the relationship between miR-211 of ***： Compared to the control group, expression of miR-211 was significantly increased（P〈0.001）, the miR NA and protein expression of SIRT1 were significantly decreased（P〈0.001） in the anterior lens capsules of patients with age-related cataracts. Relative to the control group, SIRT1 miR NA and protein levels in the miR-211 mimic group were significantly reduced, cell proliferation activity significantly decreased, and caspase-3 activity was significantly increased（P〈0.001）. In the miR-211 inhibitor group, SIRT1 miRNA and protein expression were significantly increased, cell proliferation activity significantly increased, and caspase-3 activity was significantly decreased（P〈0.001）. Influence of pressure disturbance wave on dynamic response characteristics of liquid film seal for multiphase pump

Slug flow or high GVF(Gas Volume Fraction)conditions can cause pressure disturbance waves and alternating loads at the boundary of mechanical seals for multiphase pumps,endangering the safety of multiphase pump *** mechanical seal model is simplified by using periodic boundary conditions and numerical calculations are carried out based on the Zwart-Gerber-Belamri cavitation ***(User Define Function)programs such as structural dynamics equations,alternating load equations,and pressure disturbance equations are embedded in numerical calculations,and the dynamic response characteristics of mechanical seal are studied using layered dynamic mesh *** results show that when the pressure disturbance occurs at the inlet,as the amplitude and period of the disturbance increase,the film thickness gradually *** the fundamental reason for the hysteresis of the film thickness change is that the pressure in the high-pressure area cannot be restored in a timely *** maximum value of leakage and the minimum value of axial velocity are independent of the disturbance period and determined by the disturbance *** mutual interference between enhanced waves does not have a significant impact on the film thickness,while the front wave in the attenuated wave has a promoting effect on the subsequent film thickness changes,and the fluctuation of the liquid film cavitation rate and axial velocity under the attenuated wave condition deviates from the initial *** with pressure disturbance conditions,alternating load conditions have a more significant impact on film thickness and *** actual operation,it is necessary to avoid alternating load conditions in multiphase pump mechanical seals.

Abiotic stress is one of the most important factors reducing soybean yield. It is essential to identify regulatory factors contributing to stress responses.A previous study found that the tandem CCCH zincfinger protein Gm ZF351 is an oil level regulator. In this study, we discovered that the Gm ZF351 gene is induced by stress and that the overexpression of Gm ZF351 confers stress tolerance to transgenic soybean. Gm ZF351 directly regulates the expression of Gm CIPK9 and Gm SnRK, leading to stomata closing, by binding to their promoter regions, which carry two CT(G/C)(T/A)AA *** induction of Gm ZF351 is mediated through reduction in the H3K27me3 level at the Gm ***30-demethylase-likegenes,Gm JMJ30-1 and Gm JMJ30-2, are involved in this *** Gm JMJ30-1/2 in transgenic hairy roots enhances Gm ZF351 expression mediated by histone demethylation and confers stress tolerance to ***-related agronomic traits were evaluated in stable Gm ZF351-transgenic plants under mild drought stress conditions. Our study reveals a new mode of Gm JMJ30-Gm ZF351 action in stress tolerance, in addition to that of Gm ZF351 in oil accumulation. Manipulation of the components in this pathway is expected to improve soybean traits and adaptation under unfavorable environments.

Adaptive Graph Convolutional Adjacency Matrix Network for Video Summarization

Video summarization aims to select key frames or key shots to create summaries for fast retrieval,compression,and efficient browsing of *** neural networks efficiently capture information about graph nodes and their neighbors,but ignore the dynamic dependencies between *** address this challenge,we propose an innovative Adaptive Graph Convolutional Adjacency Matrix Network(TAMGCN),leveraging the attention mechanism to dynamically adjust dependencies between graph ***,we first segment shots and extract features of each frame,then compute the representative features of each ***,we utilize the attention mechanism to dynamically adjust the adjacency matrix of the graph convolutional network to better capture the dynamic dependencies between graph ***,we fuse temporal features extracted by Bi-directional Long Short-Term Memory network with structural features extracted by the graph convolutional network to generate high-quality *** experiments are conducted on two benchmark datasets,TVSum and SumMe,yielding F1-scores of 60.8%and 53.2%,*** results demonstrate that our method outperforms most state-of-the-art video summarization techniques.

In this paper,we mainly discuss a discrete estimation of the average differential entropy for a continuous time-stationary ergodic space-time random *** estimating the probability value of a time-stationary random field in a small range,we give an entropy estimation and obtain the average entropy estimation formula in a certain bounded space *** can be proven that the estimation of the average differential entropy converges to the theoretical value with a probability of *** addition,we also conducted numerical experiments for different parameters to verify the convergence result obtained in the theoretical proofs.

Optimal synthesis of heat-integrated distillation configurations using the two-column superstructure

In the realm of the synthesis of heat-integrated distillation configurations,the conventional approach for exploring more heat integration possibilities typically entails the splitting of a single column into a twocolumn ***,this approach frequently necessitates tedious enumeration procedures,resulting in a considerable computational *** surmount this formidable challenge,the present study introduces an innovative remedy:The proposition of a superstructure that encompasses both single-column and multiple two-column ***,a simultaneous optimization algorithm is applied to optimize both the process parameters and heat integration structures of the twocolumn *** effectiveness of this approach is demonstrated through a case study focusing on industrial organosilicon *** results underscore that the superstructure methodology not only substantially mitigates computational time compared to exhaustive enumeration but also furnishes solutions that exhibit comparable performance.
