The 2.5 m wide-field and high-resolution solar telescope(WeHoST)is currently under developing for solar *** aims to achieve high-resolution observations over a super-wide field of view(FOV)of5′×5′,and a desired resolution of 0.3″.To meet the scientific requirements of WeHoST,the ground-layer adaptive optics(GLAO)with a specially designed wave front sensing system is as the primary *** introduce the GLAO configuration,particularly the wave front sensing *** analytic method,we simulate the performance of both classical AO and GLAO systems,optimize the wave front sensing system,and evaluate GLAO performance in terms of PSF uniformity and correction improvement across whole *** results indicate that,the classical AO will achieve diffraction-limited resolution;the suggested GLAO configuration will uniformly improve the seeing across the full 5′×5′FOV,reducing the FWHM across the axis FOV to less than0.3″(λ≥705 nm,r0≥11 cm),which is more than two times *** specially designed wave front sensor schedule offers new potential for WeHoST’s GLAO,particularly the multi-FOV GLAO and the flexibility to select the detected *** capabilities will significantly enhance the scientific output of the telescope.

We present a comprehensive analysis of the 2021 outburst of MAXI J1803–298 utilizing observations of the Insight-Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope(Insight-HXMT)spanning from the low hard state to the high soft *** the Insight-HXMT data set,compared to the previous work,we identify a more prolonged presence of typeC quasi-periodic oscillations(QPOs)with centroid frequencies ranging from~0.16 to 6.3 Hz,which present correlations with the hardness ratio and the photon index of the Comptonized *** QPO frequencies less than~2 Hz,the QPO phase lags are hard(photons of 10–19 keV arrive later than those of 1–4 keV),while at higher frequencies,the lags become soft at and above~4 ***,the spectra in all Insight-HXMT observations consist of a multi-color blackbody component and a Comptonized component,as commonly observed in classical black hole X-ray *** analyze state transitions and the evolution of accretion geometry in this *** fitted inner disk radius increases abnormally during the low hard state,hypothesized to result from the corona condensing onto the inner ***,two significant drops in flux are observed during the soft intermediate state,maybe implying changes in the corona/jet and the disk,respectively.

Distributions of Visual Receptive Fields from Retinotopic to Craniotopic Coordinates in the Lateral Intraparietal Area and Frontal Eye Fields of the Macaque

Even though retinal images of objects change their locations following each eye movement,we perceive a stable and continuous *** possible mechanism by which the brain achieves such visual stability is to construct a craniotopic coordinate by integrating retinal and extraretinal *** have been several proposals on how this may be done,including eye-position modulation(gain fields)of retinotopic receptive fields(RFs)and craniotopic *** the present study,we investigated coordinate systems used by RFs in the lateral intraparietal(LIP)cortex and frontal eye fields(FEF)and compared the two *** mapped the two-dimensional RFs of neurons in detail under two eye fixations and analyzed how the RF of a given neuron changes with eye position to determine its coordinate *** same recording and analysis procedures were applied to the two brain *** found that,in both areas,RFs were distributed from retinotopic to craniotopic *** was no significant difference between the distributions in the LIP and *** a small fraction of neurons was fully craniotopic,whereas most neurons were between the retinotopic and craniotopic *** distributions were strongly biased toward the retinotopic side but with significant craniotopic *** results suggest that there is only weak evidence for craniotopic RFs in the LIP and FEF,and that transformation from retinotopic to craniotopic coordinates in these areas must rely on other factors such as gain fields.

Optimized nitrogen application for maximizing yield and minimizing nitrogen loss in film mulching spring maize production on the Loess Plateau,China

Excessive use of N fertilizers(driven by high-yield goals)and its consequent environmental problems are becoming increasingly acute in agricultural systems.A 2-year field experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of three N application methods(application of solid granular urea once(OF)or twice(TF),application of solid granular urea mixed with controlled-release urea once(MF),and six N rates(0,60,120,180,240,and 300 kg N ha^(-1))on maize yield,economic benefits,N use efficiency,and soil N balance in the maize(Zea mays L.)film mulching system on the Loess Plateau,*** grain yield and economic return of maize were significantly affected by the N rate and application *** with the OF treatment,the MF treatment not only increased the maize yield(increased by 9.0-16.7%)but also improved the economic return(increased by 10.9-25.8%).The agronomic N use efficiency(NAE),N partial factor productivity(NPFP)and recovery N efficiency(NRE)were significantly improved by 19.3-66.7,9.0-16.7 and 40.2-71.5%,respectively,compared with the OF *** economic optimal N rate(EONR)of the OF,TF,and MF was 145.6,147.2,and 144.9 kg ha^(-1) in 2019,and 206.4,186.4,and 146.0 kg ha^(-1) in 2020,*** apparent soil N loss at EONR of the OF,TF,and MF were 97.1-100.5,78.5-79.3,and 50.5-68.1 kg ha^(-1),*** results support MF as a one-time N application method for delivering high yields and economic benefits,with low N input requirements within film mulching spring maize system on the Loess Plateau.

The incidence and mortality rates of cancer are increasing every year worldwide but the survival rate of cancer patients is still ***,it is necessary to further elucidate the molecular mechanisms involved in tumor development and drug resis-tance to improve cancer cure or survival *** recent years,autophagy has become a hot topic in the field of oncology research,which plays a double-edged role in tumorigenesis,pro-gression,and drug ***,long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)has also been shown to regulate autophagy,and the two-sided nature of autophagy determines the dual regulatory role of autophagy-related IncRNAs(ARlncRNAs).Therefore,ARlncRNAs can be effective ther-apeutic targets for various ***,the high abundance and stability of ARlncR-NAs in tumor tissues make them promising *** this review,we summarized the roles and mechanisms of ARlncRNAs in tumor cell proliferation,apoptosis,migration,invasion,drug resistance,angiogenesis,radiation resistance,and immune *** addition,we described the clinical significance of these ARlncRNAs,including as biomarkers/therapeutic targets and their association with clinical drugs.

Capacity Market Mechanism Design,Considering Network Optimization and Energy Transition

The coordination of enrgy transition,fixed cost recovery,and sufficient generation supply leads to a new challenge for a traditional capacity market ***,in order to better match network expansion at the same time,it is crucial to redesign the capacity market mechanism considering system *** this paper,a novel capacity market mechanism is proposed considering spot market operations,network expansion,and energy transition,which can minimize the total cost of capacity investment,network expansion,and generation operations,while satisfying the energy transition constraints and topology ***,the capacity market mechanism co-ordinated with spot market operations is illustrated,in which the energy transition and network constraints are ***,a bi-level optimization model is established where the trade organizers minimize the total cost of both investment and operations,subject to the spot power market simultaneously minimizing the local dispatching *** numerical results of a test system show that more economical capacity portfolios can be obtained by constructing reasonable transmission lines,thereby obtaining a more optimal market cost.A detailed multi-scenario simulation is further analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed market mechanism.

Pion-photon and kaon-photon transition distribution amplitudes in the Nambu–Jona-Lasinio model

The Nambu–Jona-Lasinio model is utilized to investigate the pion-and kaon-photon leading-twist transition distribution amplitudes using proper time ***,the properties of the vector and axial vector pion-photon transition distribution amplitudes are examined,and the results meet the desired *** study involves sum rule and polynomiality *** vector and axial vector pion-photon transition form factors that are present in theπ^(+)→γe^(+)νprocess are the first Mellin moments of the pion-photon transition distribution *** vector transition form factor originates from the internal structure of hadrons,the axial current can be coupled to a pion,this pion is virtual,and its contribution will be present independently of the external *** kaon transition form factors are *** vector form factor's value at zero momentum transfer is determined by the axial anomaly,while this is not the case for the axial *** vector and axial form factors,as well as the neutral pion vector form factor F_(πγγ)(t),are *** to our findings,the pion axial transition form factor is harder than the vector transition form factor and harder than the electromagnetic form *** also discuss the link betweenπ−γandγ−πtransitions distribution amplitudes.

B-cell lymphoma is a group of hematological malignancies characterized by variable genetic and biological features and clinical *** tumor microenvironment(TME)is a complex network in tumors,which consists of surrounding blood vessels,extracellular matrix,immune and non-immune cells,and signaling *** evidence has shown that the TME,especially immune cells within,is a double-edged sword,acting either as a tumor killer or as a promoter of tumor *** pro-tumor activities are driven by subpopulations of immune cells that express typical markers but have unique transcriptional characteristics,making tumor-associated immune cells good targets for human anti-cancer therapy by ablating immunosuppressive cells or enhancing immune-activated ***,exploring the role of immune cells in the TME provides distinct insights for immunotherapy in B-cell *** this review,we elucidated the interaction between immune cells and tumor cells and their function in the initiation,progression,and prognosis of B-cell lymphoma,from preclinical experiments to clinical ***,we outlined potential therapeutic approaches and discussed the potential clinical value and future perspectives of targeting immune cells in patients with B-cell lymphoma.

The traditional air traffic control information sharing data has weak security characteristics of personal privacy data and poor effect,which is easy to leads to the problem that the data is *** from the application of the ATC(automatic train control)network,this paper focuses on the zero trust and zero trust access strategy and the tamper-proof method of information-sharing network *** the improvement of ATC’s zero trust physical layer authentication and network data distributed feature differentiation calculation,this paper reconstructs the personal privacy scope authentication structure and designs a tamper-proof method of ATC’s information sharing on the *** the single management authority to the unified management of data units,the systematic algorithm improvement of shared network data tamper prevention method is realized,and RDTP(Reliable Data Transfer Protocol)is selected in the network data of information sharing resources to realize the effectiveness of tamper prevention of air traffic control data during *** results show that this method can reasonably avoid the tampering of information sharing on the Internet,maintain the security factors of air traffic control information sharing on the Internet,and the Central Processing Unit(CPU)utilization rate is only 4.64%,which effectively increases the performance of air traffic control data comprehensive security protection system.
