Objectives:To identify the dermatological system drugs that may be prescribed by Chinese dermatological nurses through expert ***:A 2-round study,consisting of 32 medical and nursing exper ts,was conducted using the Delphi method from September 2019 to June *** Excel 2019 and IBM SPSS Ver.22 were used to analyze the results of the ***:A total of 63 drugs across 13 categories were identified as relevant to Chinese nurses working in dermatological *** these drugs,1 drug was generally prescribed independently,17 drugs tended to be prescribed collaboratively,and 45 were prescribed either independently or in collaboration with ***:This exper t consensus determines the prescription drugs that may be prescribed by dermatology nurses in China,which can be used as the key content of prescription drug training for dermatology nurses in *** results of the study could provide a basis for the implementation of nurses'prescription rights in China in future and provide a reference for the formulation of relevant legislation on nurses'prescription rights.

Vascular remodeling is an adaptive response to various stimuli,including mechanical forces,inflammatory cy tokines and *** the present study,we investigated the role of angiotensinII type 1 receptor(ATIR)and calcium channel in carotid artery remodeling in response to increased biomechanical forces by using the transverse aortic constriction(TAC)rat *** was induced on ten week-old male Sprague Dawley rats and these models were treated with ATIR blocker olmesartan(1 mg/kg/day)or/and calcium channel blocker(CCB)amlodipine(0.5 mgkgday)for 14 *** the treatment,the right common carotid artery proximal to the band(RCCA-B)was collected for further *** showed that olmesartan,but not amlodipine,significantly prevented TAC-induced adventitial ***,olmesartan,but not amlodipine,significantly prevented vascular inflammation,as indicated by increased tumor necrosis factor a(TNF-a)and increased p65 phosphorylation,an indicator of nuclear factor K-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells(NFkB)activation in *** contrast,both olmesartan and amlodipine reversed the decreased expression of endothelial nitric oxidase synthase(eNOS)and improved endothelium-dependent vasodilation,whereas combination of olmesartan and amlodipine showed no further synergistic protective *** results suggest that AT1R was involved in vascular remodeling and inflammation in response to pressure overload,whereas ATIR and subsequent calcium channel were involved in endothelial dysfunction.

Objective:To evaluate the effects of calcium supplementation on bone mineral density in ***:The PubMed,Embase,and Cochrane library were systematically *** retrieve inception date was between October 2001 and October *** reviewers independently performed the data extraction and assessed methodology *** were limited to randomized clinical trials comparing calcium supplement with a placebo for bone mineral density in children.A meta-analysis was performed to calculate standard mean difference(SMD)and 95%confidence interval(CI).Results:A total of 6 randomized controlled trials involving 408 participants(calcium supplementation group:198;placebo group:210)were finally included in this *** meta-analysis revealed that,compared with placebos,calcium supplementation had no effect on the bone mineral densities[the whole-body:SMD with CI=0.43(-0.05-0.91),P=0.08,I2=75%;the 2nd-4th lumbar vertebrae:SMD with 95%CI=0.27(−0.17 to 0.70),P=0.07,I2=0%)].Sensitivity analysis revealed that the results of the whole-body bone mineral density were unstable and that the bone density of the 2nd-4th lumbar spine was ***:The results of this meta-analysis suggested that calcium supplementation did not improve bone mineral density in ***,there continues to be a need for more high-quality studies to verify this fact in the future.

A CSSL （chromosome segment substitution line）, SG-64, carrying a segment of chromosome 4 from African cultivated rice （CG-14） in the genetic background of var. Wuyujing-7 （japonica）, showed a spreading panicle, which was different significantly from that of Wuyujing-7 with an erect compact panicle. The gene controlling a spreading panicle is referred to as Spr3, and is mapped on chromosome 4. To uncover the genetic basis of Spr3, a large F2 population derived from cross between SG-64 and Wuyujing-7 was constructed for fine mapping of the Spr3 locus. The high-resolution linkage analysis revealed that the Spr3 locus was narrowed down to a 4.6-kb region. The delimited genomic DNA regions of Wuyujing-7 and CG-14 were sequenced and compared. Sequence mutations between Wuyujing-7 and CG-14 were evident and the candidate genes for the locus were predicted. Publicly available databases were searched for homologous cDNA sequences. However, any coding regions or other meaningful sequences for the Spr3 locus were not found within this delimited region. This result suggested that Spr3 is an unknown genetic factor in controlling the outspreading of the primary branches in rice inflorescence. In addition, NIL（Spr3） exhibited seed shattering. The formation of spreading panicle was accompanied by a few undesirable traits and the spreading panicle links with seed shattering suggest that the spreading panicle was likely lost during the domestication and selection for high seed productivity of cultivated rice.

In this study,non-thermal plasma(NTP)was employed to modify the Cu/TiO_(2)adsorbent to efficiently purify H_(2)S in low-temperature and micro-oxygen *** effects of Cu loading amounts and atmospheres of NTP treatment on the adsorption-oxidation performance of the adsorbents were *** NTP modification successfully boosted the H_(2)S removal capacity to varying degrees,and the optimized adsorbent treated by air plasma(Cu/TiO_(2)-Air)attained the best H_(2)S breakthrough capacity of 113.29 mg H_(2)S/gadsorbent,which was almost 5 times higher than that of the adsorbent without NTP *** studies demonstrated that the superior performance of Cu/TiO_(2)-Air was attributed to increased mesoporous volume,more exposure of active sites(CuO)and functional groups(amino groups and hydroxyl groups),enhanced Ti-O-Cu interaction,and the favorable ratio of active oxygen ***,the X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)results indicated the main reason for the deactivationwas the consumption of the active components(CuO)and the agglomeration of reaction products(CuS and SO_(4)^(2−))occupying the active sites on the surface and the inner pores of the adsorbents.

Therapeutic neovascularization by autologous transplantation with expanded endothelial progenitor cells from peripheral blood into ischemic hind limbs

α-Hydroxy/amino acids are important chiral structural units in many natural products and drug molecules, which are difficult todirect detect and recognizedue to the existence of active function groups(carboxyl, hydroxyl or amino group), often requiringderivatization before detection. Therefore, rapid and selective chiral recognition of racemic a-hydroxy/amino acids is an essential and challenging mission for biological, medical researches, and nutritional analysis. Circular dichroism(CD) spectroscopy is one of themost powerful techniques for stereochemical analysis, superior to chromatography and fluorescence method, which can be as an excellent candidate to analyseand recognize racemicmixture in chiral host-guest *** helix, being one important origin of chirality despite lacking asymmetriccarbons andstereogeniccenters, is a basic structural motif inbiomolecules, and plays a crucial role in geneticinformation storage, protein-DNA binding, and replication. Helical chiral self-assembly is a basic process of biologicalsystems,which maybe conducive to chiral recognition and realization theorigin of life in biological systems. Wehave been pursuing chiral MOFsresearch by employing paramagnetic metal cluster SBUs1 and have efficiently separated pharmaceutically important(±)-ibuprofen racematein HPLC as chiral stationary phase. Combination of rod-shapedmetal-carboxylateSBUs and groove of helical structure is an effective strategy to obtain stable chiral recognition materials. In the work, a series of stable, chiral 3 D metal-carboxylate frameworks have been successfully synthesized, which feature chiral four-fold helical metal chains as SBUs. Especially, Co-MOF material could be used to rapidly,conveniently and sensitively recognize racemic a-hydroxy/aminoacidsby intensity change of CD signals. Thelarge relative difference of 32.69% in CD signalsfor D/L-mandelic acid is achieved, which may be attributed to the specific recognition sites(i.e., groove of helical chains
