AIM:To investigate the effect of chloride intracellular channel 1(CLIC1) on the cell proliferation,apoptosis,migration and invasion of gastric cancer ***:CLIC1 expression was evaluated in human gastric cancer cell lines SGC-7901 and MGC-803 by real time polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Four segments of small interference RNA(siRNA) targeting CLIC1 mRNA and a no-sense control segment were designed by bioinformatics ***1 siRNA was selected using Lipofectamine 2000 and transfected transiently into human gastric cancer SGC-7901 and MGC-803 *** transfected efficiency was observed under fluorescence *** transfection,mRNA expression of CLIC1 was detected with RT-PCR and Western blotting was used to detect the protein *** was examined by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium and apoptosis was detected with flow *** membrane transwell chamber and Matrigel were used for the detection of the changes of invasion and migration of the two cell ***:In gastric cancer cell lines SGC-7901 and MGC-803,CLIC1 was obviously expressed and CLIC1 siRNA could effectively suppress the expression of CLIC1 protein and *** of cells transfected with CLIC1 siRNA3 was enhanced notably,and the highest proliferation rate was 23.3%(P = 0.002) in SGC-7901 and 35.55%(P = 0.001) in MGC-803 cells at 48 *** G2/M phase proportion increased,while G0/G1 and S phase proportions *** apoptotic rate of the CLIC1 siRNA3 group obviously decreased in both SGC-7901 cells(62.24%,P = 0.000) and MGC-803 cells(52.67%,P = 0.004).Down-regulation of CLIC1 led to the inhibition of invasion and migration by 54.31%(P = 0.000) and 33.62%(P = 0.001) in SGC-7901 and 40.74%(P = 0.000) and 29.26%(P = 0.002) in ***,there was no significant difference between the mock group cells and the negative control group cells.

AIM： To design and investigate the efficacy of a modified nanostructured lipid carrier loaded with genistein（Gen-NLC） to inhibit human lens epithelial cells（HLECs） proliferation.·METHODS： Gen-NLC was made by melt emulsification method. The morphology, particle size（PS）, zeta potentials（ZP）, encapsulation efficiency（EE） and in vitro release were characterized. The inhibition effect of nanostructured lipid carrier（NLC）, genistein（Gen） and Gen-NLC on HLECs proliferation was evaluated by cell counting kit-8（CCK-8） assay, gene and protein expression of the proliferation marker Ki67 were evaluated with real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction（RT-q PCR） and immunofluorescence analyses.·RESULTS： The mean PS of Gen-NLC was 80.12±1.55 nm with a mean polydispersity index of 0.11±0.02. The mean ZP was-7.14 ±0.38 m V and the EE of Gen in the nanoparticles was 92.3% ±0.73%. Transmission electron microscopy showed that Gen-NLC displayed spherical-shaped particles covered by an outer-layer structure. In vitro release experiments demonstrated a prolonged drug release for 72 h. The CCK-8 assay results showed the NLC had no inhibitory effect on HLECs and Gen-NLC displayed a much more prominent inhibitory effect on cellular growth compared to Gen of the same concentration. The m RNA and protein expression of Ki67 in LECs decreased significantly in Gen-NLC group.·CONCluSION： Sustained drug release by Gen-NLCs may impede HLEC growth.

In this paper,a control scheme based on current optimization is proposed for dual three-phase permanent-magnet synchronous motor(DTP-PMSM)drive to reduce the low-frequency temperature *** reduction of temperature swing can be equivalent to reducing maximum instantaneous phase copper loss in this ***,a two-level optimization aiming at minimizing maximum instantaneous phase copper loss at each electrical angle is ***,the optimization is transformed to a singlelevel optimization by introducing the auxiliary variable for easy *** that singleobjective optimization trades a great total copper loss for a small reduction of maximum phase copper loss,the optimization considering both instantaneous total copper loss and maximum phase copper loss is proposed,which has the same performance of temperature swing reduction but with lower total *** this way,the proposed control scheme can reduce maximum junction temperature by 11%.Both simulation and experimental results are presented to prove the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed control scheme for low-frequency temperature swing reduction.

Hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)has become a key factor affecting the cycling stability of aqueous Zn-ion batteries,while the corresponding fundamental issues involving HER are still ***,the reaction mechanisms of HER on various crystalline surfaces have been investigated by first-principle calculations based on density functional *** is found that the Volmer step is the ratelimiting step of HER on the Zn(002)and(100)surfaces,while,the reaction rates of HER on the Zn(101),(102)and(103)surfaces are determined by the Tafel ***,the correlation between HER activity and the generalized coordination number(CN)of Zn at the surfaces has been *** relatively weaker HER activity on Zn(002)surface can be attributed to the higher CN of surface Zn *** atomically uneven Zn(002)surface shows significantly higher HER activity than the flat Zn(002)surface as the CN of the surface Zn atom is *** CN of surface Zn atom is proposed as a key descriptor of HER *** the CN of surface Zn atom would be a vital strategy to inhibit HER on the Zn anode surface based on the presented theoretical ***,this work provides a theoretical basis for the in-depth understanding of HER on the Zn surface.

By using 6,6-((sulfonylbis(4,1-phenylene)bis(azanediyl))bis(thiophen-2-ylm-ethylene))bis6H-di-benzo[c,e][1,2]oxaphosphinine 6-oxide(DOPO-N)as phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant,the polyurea(PUA)with flame retardant properties(PUA/DOPO-N)was *** addition,organically modified montmorillonite(OMMT)and magnesium hydroxide(MH)were used as co-effectors respectively,and the flame retardant PUA(PUA/DOPO-N/OMMT and PUA/DOPO-N/MH)were also *** properties,flame retardant properties,flame retardant mechanism and mechanical properties of PUA/DOPO-N,PUA/DOPO-N/OMMT and PUA/DOPO-N/MH were investigated by thermogravimetric(TG)analysis,limiting oxygen index(LOI),UL 94,cone calorimeter test,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and tensile *** results show that the LOI value of PUA/20%DOPO-N,PUA/18%DOPO-N/2%OMMT and PUA/15%DOPO-N/5%MH are 27.1%,27.7%,and 28.3%,respectively,and UL 94 V-0 rating is *** with PUA,the peak heat release rate(pk-HRR),total heat release(THR)and average effective heat combustion(av-EHC)of PUA/20%DOPO-N,PUA/18%DOPO-N/2%OMMT and PUA/15%DOPO-N/5%MH decrease *** results indicate that the residual chars of PUA/20%DOPO-N,PUA/18%DOPO-N/2%OMMT and PUA/15%DOPO-N/5%MH are completer and more *** complex of DOPO-N/OMMT and DOPO-N/MH have synergistic flame *** mechanical properties of PUA can be improved by the addition of DOPO-N,DOPO-N/OMMT and DOPO-N/MH,*** insulation performance test shows that the volume resistivity of PUA/20%DOPO-N is 6.25×10^(16)Ω.***,by using modified boron nitride(MBN)as heat dissipating material,the complex of PUA/MBN was prepared,and the thermal conductivity of PUA/MBN was *** thermal conductivity of PUA/8%MBN complex coating at room temperature is 0.166 W/(M·K),which is a 163%improvement over pure PUA.

Regulating the intermediates involved in the electrocatalytic nitrate reduction reaction(NO_(3)RR)is crucial for the enhancement of reaction ***,it remains a great challenge to regulate the reaction intermediates through active site manipulation on the surface of the ***,a family of n%-Co_(3)O_(4)/SiC(n=5,8,12,20)catalysts with a delicate percentage of Co^(2+)and Co^(3+)were prepared for NO_(3)*** found that Co^(3+)primarily acts as the active site for NO_(3)^(−)reduction to NO_(2)^(−),while Co^(2+)is responsible for the conversion of NO_(2)^(−)to NH_(3).Moreover,the conversion of these intermediates over the active sites is autonomous and separately *** processes synergistically accomplish the reduction of nitrate ions to synthesize *** the experimental studies and density functional theory(DFT)calculations,it is discovered the pathway(^(*)NHO→^(*)NHOH→^(*)NH_(2)OH→^(*)NH_(2)→^(*)NH_(3))is more favorable due to the lowerΔG value(0.25 eV)for the rate-limiting step(^(*)NO→^(*)NHO).The NH_(3)yield rate of 8%-Co_(3)O_(4)/SiC reached 1.08 mmol/(cm^(2)h)with a Faradaic efficiency of 96.4%at−0.89 V versus the reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE),surpassing those of most reported non-noble NO_(3)RR *** strategy not only provides an efficient catalyst for NO_(3)RR but also serves as an illustrative model for the regulation of multi-step reaction intermediates through the design of distinct active sites,thereby presenting a new approach to enhance the efficiency of intricate reactions.

In recent years,the Fuxian area in the southeastern Ordos Basin has undergone significant exploration,with industrial gas flow tested in wells drilled into the Ordovician marine *** this,the gas accumulation patterns of this area are not fully understood,posing challenges for further *** analysis of geological conditions indicates that the Ordovician Majiagou Formation in this area hosts two gas plays:one found in weathering crusts and the other found in interior of the *** investigated various typical gas reservoirs in the area,focusing on differentiating the geological conditions and factors controlling gas accumulation in the weathering-crust and interior gas *** results suggest three primary gas accumulation patterns in the Majiagou Formation in the Fuxian area:(1)upper gas accumulation in weathering crusts,present in the high parts of landforms such as residual paleo-hills or buried paleo-platform(Pattern I);(2)the stereoscopic pattern with gas accumulation in both weathering crusts and strata interior,arising in high parts of landforms such as residual paleo-hills or buried paleo-platforms(Pattern II);(3)lower gas accumulation in strata interior,occurring in the upper reaches and on both sides of paleo-trenches(Pattern III).This study will serve as a geological basis for future exploration deployment in the Fuxian area.
