The AlGaN/GaN HEMTs have been considered promising candidates for high-frequency and high-power applications,while the reliability issues greatly limit the commercialization of AlGaN/GaN HEMTs. In the past, the research on the reliability of devices was often based on Raman spectroscopy, cathodoluminescence, and TEM after failure of the devices, which is often considered to be the laborious and complicated “archaeological” kind of analysis [1].

In an effort to clarify the formation mechanism of LPSO structure in Mg-Y-Zn alloy,the chemical environment and structural ordering in liquid Mg-rich Mg-Y-Zn system are investigated with the aid of ab-initio molecular dynamics *** liquid Mg-rich Mg-Y alloys,the strong Mg-Y interaction is determined,which promotes the formation of fivefold symmetric local *** Mg-Zn alloys,the weak Mg-Zn interaction results in the fivefold symmetry weakening in the liquid *** to the coexistence of Y and Zn,the strong attractive interaction is introduced in liquid Mg-Y-Zn ternary alloy,and contributes to the clustering of Mg,Y,Zn launched from *** is more,the distribution of local structures becomes closer to that in pure Mg compared with that in binary Mg-Y and Mg-Zn *** results should relate to the origins of the Y/Zn segregation zone and close-packed stacking mode in LPSO structure,which provides a new insight into the formation mechanism of LPSO structure at atomic level.

There are many types of atmospheric heat engines in land-air *** accurate definition,calculation and interpretation of the efficiency of atmospheric heat engines are key to understanding energy transfer and transformation of landair *** atmosphere over the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau(QTP)in summer can be regarded as a positive heat *** study of the heat engine efficiency is helpful to better understand land-air interaction and thermal-dynamic processes on the *** also provides a new perspective to explain the impact of the QTP on the climate of China,East Asia and even the *** this paper,we used MOD08 and ERA5 reanalysis data to calculate the atmospheric heat engine efficiency,surface heat source and atmospheric heat source on the QTP in summer(may to September)from 2000 to *** average atmospheric heat engine efficiency on the QTP in summer from 2000 to 2020 varies between 1.2%and 1.5%,which is less than 1.6%;the heat engine efficiency in summer is higher than that in June,July and August;the Qaidam Basin is the region with the highest atmospheric heat engine efficiency,followed by the western *** mean surface heat source on the QTP in summer from 2000 to 2020 is 96.0 W m^(−2),the atmospheric heat source is 90.7 W m^(−2),and the release of precipitation condensation latent heat is the most important component of the atmospheric heat source on the QTP in *** is a strong and significant positive correlation between the atmospheric heat engine efficiency and the surface heat source on the QTP in *** precipitation condensation latent heat is the most important component of the atmospheric heat source in summer and can reflect the precipitation *** is a strong and significant negative correlation between the atmospheric heat engine efficiency and the atmospheric heat source on the QTP in summer.

Regulating the doping of carbon dots(CDs)and the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS)is essential to selectively control their application in photocatalytic organic *** study successfully synthesized five newly developed nitrogen-doped carbon dots(CDs 1-5)with varying nitrogen content,which have the ability to generate ROS when exposed to light radiation,specifically superoxide anion radicals(O_(2)•-)and singlet oxygen(^(1)O_(2)).The utilization of the aforementioned nitrogen-doped CDs as photocatalysts enables the realization of their potential in facilitating efficient photocatalytic organic ***,it was observed that the photocatalytic efficiency exhibited a gradual decrease when the nitrogen content in the CDs *** order to provide more evidence for this claim,we employed a set of five CDs in the context of photocatalytic dehalogenation ofα-bromoacetophenone,photocatalytic oxidative coupling reaction of amines to imines,photooxidation reaction of sulfides to sulfoxides,and cross-dehydrogenation coupling(CDC)reaction,in which it was further observed that there was a steady decrease in the yields of photocatalytic organic reactions as the nitrogen content in CDs ***,CDs 1 exhibited the best photocatalytic efficiency,thereby reinforcing the hypothesis that a higher nitrogen content corresponds to a decreased catalytic *** study not only investigates the impact of the nitrogen content on the catalytic performance of CDs,but also offers valuable insights for the future utilization of CDs for photocatalytic organic reactions in water.

Cellular strategies remain a crucial component in bone tissue engineering （BTE）. So far, the outcome of cell-based strategies from initial clinical trials is far behind compared to animal studies, which is suggested to be related to insufficient nutrient and oxygen supply inside the Ussue-engineered constructs. Cocultures, by introducing angiogenic cells into osteogenic cell cultures, might provide a solution for improving vascularization and hence increasing bone formation for cell-based constructs. So far, pre-clinical studies demonstrated that cocultures enhance vascularization and bone formation compared to monocultures. However, there has been no report on the application of cocultures in clinics. Therefore, this mini-review aims to provide an overview regarding （i） critical parameters in cocultures and the outcomes of cocultures compared to monocultures in the currently available pre-clinical studies using human mesenchymal stem cells implanted in orthotopic animal models; and （ii） the usage of monocultures in clinical application in BTE.

Apparent viscosity is an important parameter for glucose syrup *** is greatly affected by particle size and concentration of *** order to analyze the factors influencing the apparent viscosity,the particle size distribution,steady shear flow behavior,temperature,and time sweep test of native degerminated maize grits(NDMG),extruded degerminated maize grits(EDMG),and enzymatically extruded degerminated maize grits(EEDMG)with different particle sizes(passed through 20,40,60,80,and 100 mesh sieves)and concentrations(water-sample ratios:2:1,3:1,5:1,10:1,and 20:1)were *** samples passed through different mesh sieves showed a gradient and a relatively concentrated distribution,and slurries had typical shear-thinning *** viscosity increased with increasing particle size and *** lowest apparent viscosity was attained from the samples obtained at 100+mesh and 20:1 water-sample ***,the sample with a 20:1 water-sample ratio showed the most stable apparent viscosity in the temperature sweep *** the time sweep test,the power law equation with high determination coefficients(R^(2)=0.9446,0.9382)and low root mean square error(RMSE=0.0002)had the best fit to the experimental data of the EDMG and EEDMG samples passed through 100+***,the lower apparent viscosities of the EDMG and EEDMG samples obtained at 100+mesh and 20:1 water-sample ratio can improve the activity and accessibility of enzymes for glucose syrup *** study provides critical insight into decreased apparent viscosity and expands the uses of EDMG and EEDMG in the glucose syrup sector.
