Auto-registration and Orthorecification Algorithm for the Time Series HJ-1A/B CCD Images

How to deal with geometric distortion is an open problem when using the massive amount of satellite images at a national or global scale, especially for multi-temporal image analysis. In this paper, an algorithm is proposed to automatically rectify the geometric distortion of time-series CCD multi- spectral data of small constellation for environmental and disaster mitigation （HJ-1A/B） which was launched by China in 2008. In this algorithm, the area-based matching method was used to automatically search tie points firstly, and then the polynomial function was introduced to correct the systematic errors caused by the satellite motion along the roll, pitch and yaw direction. The improved orthorectification method was finally used to correct pixel displacement caused by off-nadir viewing of topography, which are random errors in the images and cannot be corrected by the polynomial equation. Nine scenes of level 2 HJ CCD images from one path/row were taken as the warp images to test the algorithm. The test result showed that the overall accuracy of the proposed algorithm was within 2 pixels （the average residuals were 37.8 m, and standard deviations were 19.8 m）. The accuracies of 45.96% validation points （VPs） were within 1 pixel and 90.33% VPs were within 2 pixels. The discussion showed that three main factors including the distortion patterns of HJ CCD images, pereent of cloud cover and the varying altitude of the satellite orbit may affect the search of tie points and the accuracy of results. Although the influence of varying altitude of the satellite orbits is less than the other factors, it is noted that detailed satellite altitude information should be given in the future to get a more precise result. The proposed algorithm should be an efficient tool for the geo-correction of HJ CCD multi-spectral images.

This study aims to conduct a cost-effectiveness analysis of three different anesthesia strategies,namely chatting while under local anesthesia(Chat-LA),total intravenous anesthesia(TIVA),and general anesthesia with laryngeal mask airway(GA-LMA),employed in transperineal magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)/ultrasound(US)fusion prostate biopsy(TP-MUF-PB).A retrospective study was conducted involving 1202 patients who underwent TP-MUF-PB from June 2016 to April 2023 at The First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University(Suzhou,China).Clinical data and outcomes,including total costs,complications,and quality-adjusted life years(QALYs),were *** sensitivity and subgroup analyses were also ***-LA was found to be the most cost-effective option,outperforming both TIVA and ***,subgroup analyses revealed that in younger patients(under 65 years old)and those with smaller prostate volumes(<40 ml),TIVA emerged as a more cost-effective *** Chat-LA may generally be the most cost-effective and safer anesthesia method for TP-MUF-PB,personalization of anesthesia strategies is crucial,considering specific patient demographics such as age and prostate volume.

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Juan Bi Pill(JBP)in treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:From February 2017 to May 2018,115 participants from 4 centers were randomly divided into JBP group(57 cases)and placebo group(58 cases)in a 1:1 ratio using a random number table *** received a dose of JBP(4 g,twice a day,orally)combined with methotrexate(MTX,10 mg per week)or placebo(4 g,twice a day,orally)combined with MTX for 12 *** were required with follow-up visits at 24 and 48 weeks,attending 7 assessment *** were undergo disease activity assessment 7 times(at baseline and 2,4,8,12,24,48 weeks)and safety assessments 6 times(at baseline and 4,8,12,24,48 weeks).The primary endpoint was 28-joint Disease Activity Score(DAS28-ESR and DAS28-CRP).The secondary endpoints included American College of Rheumatology(ACR)criteria for 20%and 50%improvement(ACR20/50),Health Assessment Questionnaire Disability Index(HAQ-DI),clinical disease activity index(CDAI),visual analog scale(VAS),Short Form-36(SF-36)score,Medial Outcomes Study(MOS)sleep scale score,serum erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),tender joint count,swollen joint count,and morning *** adverse reactions were observed during the ***:After 12 weeks of treatment,DAS28-ESR and DAS28-CRP scores in both groups were lower than before treatment(both P<0.01),while the remission rate of DAS28-ESR and DAS28-CRP and low disease activity of JBP group were higher than those in the placebo group(both P<0.01).JBP demonstrated better efficacy on ACR20 and ACR50 compliance rate at 12 and 48 weeks comparing to placebo(all P<0.05).The CDAI and HAQ-DI score,pain VAS and global VAS change of RA patients and physicians,the serum ESR and CRP levels,and the number of tenderness and swelling joints were lower than before treatment at 4,8,12,24,48 weeks in both groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01),while the reduction of above indices in

The CFTR polymorphisms poly-T, TG-repeats and M470V in Chinese males with congenital bilateral absence of the vas deferens

Congenital bilateral absence of the vas deferens （CBAVD） is a frequent cause of obstructive azoospermia, and mutations of the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator （CFTR） gene have also been frequently identified in patients with CBAVD. However, the distribution of the CFTR polymorphisms M470V, poly-T, TG-repeats and F508del mutation in the Chinese CBAVD population with presumed low cystic fibrosis （CF） frequency remains to be evaluated. Samples obtained from 109 Chinese infertile males with CBAVD and 104 normal controls were analyzed for the presence of CFTR （TG）m（T）n, M470V and F508del by PCR amplification followed by direct sequencing. Our study showed that the F5OSdel mutation was not found in our patients. The 5T mutation was present with high frequency in Chinese CBAVD patients and IVS8-5T linked to either 12 or 13 TG repeats was highly prevalent among CBAVD patients （97.22% of 72 cases and 96.91% of 97 alleles with IVS8-5T）. Moreover, a statistically significant relationship between TG 12-5T-V470 haplotype and CBAVD was detected. This study indicated that the CFTR polymorphisms poly-T, TG-repeats and M470V might affect the process of CBAVD in the Chinese population.

探究贵阳市长时序生态质量演变趋势与空间分异定量归因,对于实现区域生态保护与高质量发展战略具有重要意义.基于1991~2020年7期Landsat遥感影像,利用谷歌地球引擎(GEE)计算贵阳市1991~2020年遥感生态指数(RSEI),采用不同随机采样数量和分类策略的地理探测器、Hurst指数和变异系数方法,分析生态质量演变趋势和空间分异影响因素.结果表明:①近30 a贵阳市生态质量主要以中等和良好为主,呈波浪式变化规律,最高值和最低值分别出现在2020年(均值0.58)和2010年(均值0.47),近10 a RSEI整体趋势向好,空间上呈现东北向西南递减分布趋势;②贵阳市RSEI变异系数值域范围为(0~2),其中46.61%区域处于高波动变化,RSEI整体波动性较大;Hurst指数均值为0.59,大于0.5的面积占比为73.98%,多数区域表现为弱持续性,未来变化趋势与过去30 a相同.③不同分类方法与随机样本影响地理探测器的q值结果,但不同因子解释力的大小排序趋势总体一致.土地利用、夜间灯光指数、坡度和人口密度指标对于RSEI空间分异的解释力较强,因子交互探测均属双因子增强与非线性增强,土地利用与其他因子交互最有利于解释RSEI空间分异.

Heat shock proteins(Hsps)are a family of abundantly expressed ATP-dependent chaperone ***90 is an eminent member of Hsp *** far,two primary functions have been described for Hsp90:first,as a regulator of conformational change of some protein kinases and nuclear hormone receptors,and the other as an indispensable factor in cellular stress ***90 has an essential number of interaction proteins since it participates in almost every biological process and its importance is ***90 has an inextricable relationship in the pathogenesis of cancer,especially in the proliferation and irradiation of cancer cells,thus being a notable cancer *** the discovery of geldanamycin,the first inhibitor of Hsp90,from the bacterial species Streptomyces hygroscopicus,even more attention has been focused toward *** structure-based inhibitors of Hsp90 have been designed to develop an innovative method to defeat ***,already designed inhibitors have various deficiencies,such as hepatotoxicity,poor aqueous solubility,instability,and non-ideal oral *** on the aforementioned reasons and to achieve an optimal performance and fewer side effects,we designed a novel inhibitor of Hsp90,called FS5,and resolved the crystal structure of the Hsp90^N-FS5 complex(1.65 A°,PDB code 5XRB).Furthermore,we compared the complexes Hsp90^N,Hsp90^N-GDM,and Hsp90^N-ATP and suggest that the inhibitor FS5 may compete with ATP for binding to Hsp90,which can be regarded as a potential strategy for the development of novel cancer drugs in the future.
