Abstract A new microfluidic system with four different microchambers （a circle and three equilateral concave polygons） was designed and fabricated using poly（dimethylsiloxane）（PDMS） and the soft lithography method. Using this microfluidic device at six flow rates （5, 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 μL/h）, the effects of microenvironmental geometry and aqueous flow on bacterial adhesion behaviors were investigated. Escherichia coli HB101 pGLO, which could produce a green fluorescent protein induced by L-arabinose, was utilized as the model bacteria. The results demonstrated that bacterial adhesion was significantly related to culture time, microenvironment geometry, and aqueous flow rates. Adhered bacterial density increased with the culture time. Initially, the adhesion occurred at the microchamber sides, and then the entire chamber was gradually covered with increased culture time. Adhesion densities in the side zones were larger than those in the center zones because of the lower shearing force in the side zone. Also, the adhesion densities in the complex chambers were larger than those in the simple chambers. At low flow rates, the orientation of adhered bacteria was random and disorderly. At high flow rates, bacterial orientation became close to the streamline and oriented toward the flow direction; All these results implied that bacterial adhesion tended to occur in complicated aqueous flow *** present study provided an on-chip flow system for physiological behavior of biological cells, as well as provided a strategic cue for the prevention of bacterial infection and biofilm formation.

Based on the status quantity of water resources in Xi′an region, a commentary on many math models is given for water resources operation and management, and the visual model is provided to solve practical problems. In this model, the information for decision is visible in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and topological figures. With object orientation methods, the objects are described in proprieties, methods, relations and time periods. The simulation process of the model is developed with Delphi and MapInfo, and the real decision scheme could be examined and practice decision process can be simulated from which. Decision analysis conducted from visual conditions is believable. The exploration to visual model is a beginning of practice research, much more study of which still needs to do.

People living long-term in areas with UV will cause premature photoaging. An abnormal reduction in autophagy is a key feature of photoaging， and p38MAPK has been regarded as a key regulator of autophagy. Isothiocyanate is one of the main active components of Moringa oleifera Lam. seeds. Studies have reported that MITC has anticancer， anti-inflammatory， cardiometabolic repair， nervous system protection， blood lipid regulation and diabetes prevention properties. However， the molecular mechanisms of MITC with protective effects against skin photoaging have not been studied thus far. In this study， we aimed to evaluate the antiphotoaging activity of MITC and to investigate the effect of p38MAPK-dependent autophagy in vivo and in vitro models of photoaging. In this research we found that MITC can reverse the intracellular ROS content and inhibit the activation of p38MAPK to improve the autophagy level， reduce the expression of MMPs， and finally protect against photoaging by UV. Our results will uncover the molecular mechanisms of MITC that play a role in the protective effects against skin photoaging， provide helpful information for developing MITC as an ant-photoaging plant material and improve the utilization of Moringa oleifera Lam. seeds.

The Tungsten-Rhenium(W-Re) alloys,celebrated for their high melting point,strength at elevated temperatures,electrical resistivity,and radiation resistance,have been widely utilized in high-temperature components,aerospace,electronics,and nuclear *** constituents of the topologically close-packed(TCP) phases,the sigma phase(σ) and chi phase(χ) formed within W-Re alloys wield considerable influence on the mechanical properties and the stability of the *** calculations were utilized in the present work to explore the structural,thermodynamic,and electronic properties of both ordered and disordered configurations within the σ and χ phases,culminating in a systematic elucidation of the higher phase stability exhibited by the ordered *** is found that the bulk modulus of these two phases is directly proportional to the concentration of Re in the alloy,while the equilibrium volume is inversely *** thermodynamic parameters of the σ and χ phases are calculated via the mean-field potential *** similar trends observed in the isobaric heat capacity,enthalpy increment,and entropy change curves for these two phases suggest they possess comparable thermodynamic *** is noteworthy that the contribution of ionic vibrations predominantly affects the isobaric heat capacity,while the contribution of thermal electronic excitations increases linearly with *** the structure and thermodynamic properties of TCP phases in W-Re alloys at low temperatures has profound significance for optimizing material performance,microstructures features,establishing theoretical foundations,and predicting material behavior.

为了缩短短途纯电动车无离合器无同步器机械式自动变速器(AMT)的换挡时间,减小换挡冲击,建立了换挡各阶段的动力学模型,提出了一种时间最优的换挡执行机构控制方法,一种电制动和比例体积(PI)控制相结合的直流无刷驱动电机(反电动势波形为梯形波)转速闭环控制方法,以及空挡行程分段控制方法。时间最优的换挡执行机构控制方法通过直接施加最高电压和电制动实现换挡电机的快速启动和停止,并且拨叉控制的精度能够达到0.08mm。针对直流无刷驱动电机难以利用矢量控制实现转速迅速降低的缺点,驱动电机转速闭环控制方法将PI控制和电制动结合起来,实现了直流无刷驱动电机转速的快速下降。空挡行程分段控制方法将AMT的空挡行程划分为2段,在2段上分别执行不同的驱动电机和换挡电机的协调控制策略,最大限度地缩短换挡时间。最后,对搭载无离合器无同步器AMT和动力传动一体化控制器的样车进行了典型工况下的试验。试验结果表明:提出的换挡过程控制方法能使各工况下的换挡时间和静止时的换挡时间几乎相等,同时也能减小换挡冲击。
