Green hydrogen produced by water electrolysis combined with renewable energy is a promising alternative to fossil fuels due to its high energy density with zero-carbon *** water electrolysis technologies,the anion exchange membrane(AeM) water electrolysis has gained intensive attention and is considered as the next-generation emerging technology due to its potential advantages,such as the use of low-cost non-noble metal catalysts,the relatively mature stack assembly process,***,the AeM water electrolyzer is still in the early development stage of the kW-level stack,which is mainly attributed to severe performance decay caused by the core component,i.e.,***,the review comprehensively presents the recent progress of advanced AeM from the view of the performance of water electrolysis ***,fundamental principles and critical components of AeM water electrolyzers are introduced,and work conditions of AeM water electrolyzers and AeM performance improvement strategies are *** challenges and perspectives are also analyzed.

Gut microbiota and circulating metabolite dysbiosis predate important pathological changes in glucose metabolic disorders;however,comprehensive studies on impaired glucose tolerance(IGT),a diabetes mellitus(DM)precursor,are ***,we perform metagenomic sequencing and metabolomics on 47 pairs of individuals with IGT and newly diagnosed DM and 46 controls with normal glucose tolerance(NGT);patients with IGT are followed up after 4 years for progression to *** of baseline data reveals significant differences in gut microbiota and serum metabolites among the IGT,DM,and NGT *** addition,13 types of gut microbiota and 17 types of circulating metabolites showed significant differences at baseline before IGT progressed to DM,including higher levels of eggerthella unclassified,Coprobacillus unclassified,Clostridium ramosum,L-valine,L-norleucine,and L-isoleucine,and lower levels of eubacterium eligens,Bacteroides faecis,Lachnospiraceae bacterium 3_1_46FAA,Alistipes senegalensis,Megaspaera elsdenii,Clostridium perfringens,α-linolenic acid,10e,12Z-octadecadienoic acid,and dodecanoic acid.A random forest model based on differential intestinal microbiota and circulating metabolites can predict the progression from IGT to DM(AUC=0.87).These results suggest that microbiome and metabolome dysbiosis occur in individuals with IGT and have important predictive values and potential for intervention in preventing IGT from progressing to DM.

Post-earthquake rescue missions are full of challenges due to the unstable structure of ruins and successive *** of the current rescue robots lack the ability to interact with environments,leading to low rescue *** multimodal electronic skin(e-skin)proposed not only reproduces the pressure,temperature,and humidity sensing capabilities of natural skin but also develops sensing functions beyond it—perceiving object proximity and NO2 *** multilayer stacked structure based on ecoflex and organohydrogel endows the e-skin with mechanical properties similar to natural *** robots integrated with multimodal e-skin and artificial intelligence(AI)algorithms show strong environmental perception capabilities and can accurately distinguish objects and identify human limbs through grasping,laying the foundation for automated post-earthquake ***,the combination of e-skin and NO2 wireless alarm circuits allows robots to sense toxic gases in the environment in real time,thereby adopting appropriate measures to protect trapped people from the toxic *** e-skin powered by AI algorithms and hardware circuits exhibits powerful environmental perception and information processing capabilities,which,as an interface for interaction with the physical world,dramatically expands intelligent robots’application scenarios.

Assessing individual risks of healthy aging using biomarkers and identifying associated factors have become important areas of *** this study,we conducted a literature review of relevant publications between 2018 and 2023 in both Chinese and english *** studies have predominantly used single biomarkers,such as C-reactive protein,or focused on specific life course stages and factors such as socioeconomic status,mental health,educational levels,and unhealthy *** summarizing the progress in this field,our study provides valuable insights and future directions for promoting healthy aging from a life course perspective.

Pancreatic cancer,one of the most aggressive malignancies,has no effective treatment due to the lack of targets and drugs related to tumour ***6 can promote the migration of pancreatic cancer and could be a potential target for antimetastasis of pancreatic ***,highly selective and potency SIRT6 inhibitor that can be used in vivo is yet to be ***,we developed a noveSIRT6 allosteric inhibitor,compound 11e,with maximal inhibitory potency and an IC_(50) value of 0.98±0.13μmol/***,compound 11e exhibited significant selectivity against other histone deacetylases(HADC1-11 and SIRT1-3)at concentrations up to 100μmol/*** allosteric site and the molecular mechanism of inhibition were extensively elucidated by cocrystal complex structure and dynamic structural ***,we confirmed the antimetastatic function of such inhibitors in four pancreatic cancer cell lines as well as in two mouse models of pancreatic cancer liver *** our knowledge,this is the first study to reveal the in vivo effects of SIRT6 inhibitors on liver metastatic pancreatic *** not only provides a promising lead compound for subsequent inhibitor developmentargeting SIRT6 but also provides a potential approach to address the challenge of metastasis in pancreatic cancer.

A new two-step spark plasma sintering(TSS)process with low-temperature pre-sintering and high-temperature final sintering has been successfully applied to prepare the tungsten-particle(Wp)-reinforced bulk metallic glass composites(Wp/BMGCs).Compared to normal spark plasma sintering(NS),the densification rate and relative density of Wp/BMGCs can be improved by selecting TSS with appropriate sintering pressure in the low temperature pre-sintering ***,the compressive strength and plastic strain of 30%Wp/BMGCs prepared by TSS are both higher than those of the samples prepared by *** TSS process can significantly enhance the compressive strength of 30%Wp/BMGCs by 12%and remarkably increase the plastic strain by 50%,while the trend is completely opposite for 50%Wp/***-in situ experiments and finite element simulations reveal that uneven temperature distribution among particles during low-temperature pre-sintering causes local overheating at contact points between particles,accelerating formation of sintering neck between particles and plastic deformation of *** the volume fraction of Wp is low,TSS can improve the interface bonding between particles by increasing the number of sintering *** makes the fracture mode of Wp/BMGCs being predominantly transgranular ***,as the volume fraction of Wp increases,the adverse effects of Wp plastic deformation are becoming more and more *** aggregated Wp tends to form a solid"cage structure"that hinders the bonding between particles at the interface;correspondingly,the fracture behavior of Wp/BMGCs is mainly dominated by intergranular ***,reducing the sintering pressure during the low-temperature pre-sintering stage of TSS has been shown to effectively decrease plastic deformation in Wp,resulting in a higher degree of densification and better mechanical properties.

epidemiological feature analysis of SVeIR model with control strategy and variant evolution

The complex interactions were performed among non-pharmaceutical interventions,vaccinations,and hosts for all epidemics in China's Mainland during the spread of ***,the small-scale epidemic in the city described by SVeIR model was less found in the current *** SVeIR model with control was established to analyze the dynamical and epidemiological features of two epidemics in jinzhou City led by Omicron variants before and after Twenty *** this study,the total population(N)of jinzhou City was divided into five compartments:the susceptible(S),the vaccinated(V),the exposed(e),the infected(I),and the recovered(R).By surveillance data and the SVeIR model,three methods(maximum likelihood method,exponential growth rate method,next generation matrix method)were governed to estimate basic reproduction number,and the results showed that an increasing tendency of basic reproduction number from Omicron BA.5.2 to Omicron ***,the effective reproduction number for two epidemics were investigated by surveillance data,and the results showed that jinzhou wave 1 reached the peak on November 1 and was controlled 7 days later,and that jinzhou wave 2 reached the peak on November 28 and was controlled 5 days ***,the impacts of non-pharmaceutical interventions(awareness delay,peak delay,control intensity)were discussed extensively,the variations of infection scales for Omicron variant and eG.5 variant were also ***,the investigations on peaks and infection scales for two epidemics in dynamic zero-COVID policy were operated by the SVeIR model with *** investigations on public medical requirements of jinzhou City and Liaoning Province were analyzed by using SVeIR model without control,which provided a possible perspective on variant evolution in the future.

The Bozhong Sag is the largest petroliferous sag in the Bohai Bay Basin,and the source rocks of Paleogene Dongying and Shahejie Formations were buried *** of the drillings were located at the structural high,and there were few wells that met good quality source rocks,so it is difficult to evaluate the source rocks in the study area precisely by geochemical analysis *** on the Rock-eval pyrolysis,total organic carbon(TOC)testing,the organic matter(OM)abundance of Paleogene source rocks in the southwestern Bozhong Sag were evaluated,including the lower of second member of Dongying Formation(e_(3)d2L),the third member of Dongying Formation(e_(3)d_(3)),the first and second members of Shahejie Formation(e_(2)s_(1+2)),the third member of Shahejie Formation(e_(2)s_(3)).The results indicate that the e_(2)s_(1+2)and e_(2)s_(3)have better hydrocarbon generative potentials with the highest OM abundance,the e_(3)d_(3)are of the second good quality,and the e_(3)d2L have poor to fair hydrocarbon generative ***,the well logs were applied to predict TOC and residual hydrocarbon generation potential(S_(2))based on the sedimentary facies classification,usingΔlogR,generalizedΔlogR,logging multiple linear regression and BP neural network *** various methods were compared,and the BP neural network method have relatively better prediction *** on the pre-stack simultaneous inversion(P-wave impedance,P-wave velocity and density inversion results)and the post-stack seismic attributes,the three-dimensional(3D)seismic prediction of TOC and S_(2)was carried *** results show that the seismic near well prediction results of TOC and S_(2)based on seismic multi-attributes analysis correspond well with the results of well logging methods,and the plane prediction results are identical with the sedimentary facies map in the study *** TOC and S_(2)values of e_(2)s_(1+2)and e_(2)s_(3)are higher than those in e_(3)d_(3)and e_(3)d_(2)L,basicall
