With the rapid advancement of quantum computing,hybrid quantum–classical machine learning has shown numerous potential applications at the current stage,with expectations of being achievable in the noisy intermediate-scale quantum(NISQ)*** reinforcement learning,as an indispensable study,has recently demonstrated its ability to solve standard benchmark environments with formally provable theoretical advantages over classical ***,despite the progress of quantum processors and the emergence of quantum computing clouds,implementing quantum reinforcement learning algorithms utilizing parameterized quantum circuits(PQCs)on NISQ devices remains *** this work,we take the first step towards executing benchmark quantum reinforcement problems on real devices equipped with at most 136 qubits on the BAQIS Quafu quantum computing *** experimental results demonstrate that the policy agents can successfully accomplish objectives under modified conditions in both the training and inference ***,we design hardware-efficient PQC architectures in the quantum model using a multi-objective evolutionary algorithm and develop a learning algorithm that is adaptable to quantum *** hope that the Quafu-RL can be a guiding example to show how to realize machine learning tasks by taking advantage of quantum computers on the quantum cloud platform.

To solve the problem of weeding under Y-trellis pear orchards,a unilateral obstacle-avoiding mower(UOAM)was developed in this *** mower is composed of an obstacle-avoiding disc mechanism,a hydraulic profiling mechanism,and a cutting disc *** diameter of the obstacle-avoiding disc was 0.7 m,which could swing around the trunk or ground pile actuated by the spring *** piston movement of the hydraulic cylinder controls the working position of the obstacle-avoiding *** maximum extension distance of the hydraulic profiling arm was 1 *** on the national standards and actual situation of orchards,the optimum parameters were determined with a combination of advancing speed of 0.44 m/s,rotation speed of the cutting disc at 2000 r/min,blade number of 2,and cutting edge length of 0.2 ***,the design parameters were verified by the mathematical model of the blade cutting edge trajectory and multi-body dynamics *** stubble cutting stability,leakage rate,working efficiency and costs as the test indexes,field performance comparison tests were carried out on the three operation modes of UOAM mowing,shoulder carrying mower(SCM)mowing and manual *** results showed that the coefficient variation of stubble cutting height of UOAM was the smallest,showing that the working stability of UOAM was better than the other two *** leakage rate of UOAM was 2.42%,and its coefficient variation was lower than that of *** working efficiency of UOAM was much higher than that of SCM and manual weeding,which was 4.44 times of SCM and 20 times of manual *** profitable area of UOAM was 7.02 hm^(2),showing that it was suitable for large-scale mechanized Y-trellis pear orchards.

Antisense RhoC gene suppresses proliferation and invasion capacity of human QBC939 cholangiocarcinoma cells

BACKGROUND: Cholangiocarcinoma is a highly aggressive, fatal malignancy, which is resistant to all current therapeutic approaches. The recent elevation in the incidence of cholangiocarcinoma has highlighted the need for novel approaches targeting the molecular basis of its invasiveness. Previously we reconstructed a RhoC antisense eukaryotic expression vector and transfected it into a cholangiocarcinoma cell line (QBC939) by the lipofectamine method. This study was undertaken to determine the effect of the antisense RhoC gene on the proliferation and invasion capacity of QBC939. METHODS: Antisense RhoC cDNA was transfected into QBC939 with lipofectin 2000. The cell growth curve was constructed to determine the proliferation rate of cells; flow cytometry was used to analyze cell cycle changes of the tumor cells; and a Boyden chamber was used to assess the invasive ability of the cells before and after gene transfection. RESULTS: After the antisense RhoC cDNA was transfected, the number of colonies formed was significantly lower than that in the other two groups (54 +/- 8 vs. 91 +/- 11 vs. 90 +/- 9, P<0.05) so was the number of the cells which crossed to the lower surface of the matrigel-coater filters (36 +/- 6 vs. 96 +/- 12 vs. 95 +/- 7, P<0.05). There was also a higher percentage of transfected cells in G1 phase than in the other two groups (52.5% vs. 43.4% vs. 43.7%). CONCLUSION: The antisense RhoC gene can suppress the capacities of proliferation and invasion in a cholangiocarcinoma cell line in vitro.

Predictive factors and unfavourable prognostic factors of interstitial lung disease in patients with polymyositis or dermatomyositis： a retrospective study

Background Interstitial lung disease （ILD） is a serious lung complication in polymyositis （PM） and dermatomyositis （DM） which affects prognosis and requires a more aggressive approach in therapy. This study investigated the prevalence, characteristics, predictive factors and unfavourable prognostic factors of ILD in newly diagnosed PM, DM and amyopathic DM （ADM）. Methods From January 2000 to December 2008, the medical records of 197 consecutive PM and DM patients at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University were reviewed excluding overlapping, juvenile, and malignancy-associated cases. The patients were assigned to an ILD （69 patients） and a non-lLD group （128 patients）. The clinical features, laboratory findings, and prognosis were compared. Results The multivariate analysis indicated that older age at onset （OR 1.033, 95%C/1.009-1.058, P=0.007）, fever （OR 4.109, 95%CI 1.926-8.767, P 〈0.001） and arthritis/arthralgia （OR 2.274, 95%C/1.101-4.695, P=0.026） were the independent predictive factors for developing ILD in PM/DM after excluding anti-Jo-1. Regarding anti-Jo-1, fever （OR 4.912, 95%CI 2.121-11.376, P 〈0.001） was associated with ILD. Poor survival in ILD patients was associated with ILD clinical subset （RR 0.122, 95%CI 0.049-0.399, P 〈0.001）, ADM/DM/PM-ILD （RR 0.140, 95%C/0.031-0.476, P=0.002）, cardiac involvement （RR 4.654, 95%CI 1.391-15.577, P=-0.013） and serum albumin level （RR 0.910, 95%CI 0.831-0.997, P=-0.042）. Conclusions Patients who presented with fever tended to have a higher frequency of PM/DM-associated ILD. A Hamman-Rich-like presentation, ADM-ILD, cardiac involvement and hypoalbuminemia were poor prognostic factors in ILD-PM/DM.

Antimony selenide（Sb2Se3） is a promising photovoltaic thin-film absorber material that has been widely studied in recent *** Sb2Se3thin-film solar cells,cadmium sulfide（CdS） is generally used for the fabrication of electron collection layers because of its high electron affinity,electronic mobility,and environmental *** study demonstrates the effects of ultraviolet ozone（UVO） treatment of chemical-bath-deposited CdS thin films on film crystallinity,surface morphology,and photoelectric *** find that UVO treatment not only enhances the crystallinity,transmittance,and conductivity of the CdS film,but it also decreases residual organic impurities on the CdS surface significantly,substantially improving the overall device *** efficiency of the superstrate CdS/Sb2Se3heterojunction solar cell reaches to 4.66%.This UVO treatment is a facile,low-cost,and fast process,which can be performed at room *** study demonstrates a good method for optimizing the performance of CdS/Sb2Se3solar cells and is expected to find wide applications in the future.

Spectroscopic study of globular clusters in the halo of M31 with the Xinglong 2.16 m telescope Ⅱ: dynamics, metallicity and age

In Paper I, we performed spectroscopic observations on 11 confirmed glob- ular clusters （GCs） in M31 with the Xinglong 2.16 m telescope. We mainly focused on the fitting method and the metallicity gradient for the M31 GC sample. Here, we analyze and further discuss the dynamics, metallicity and age, and their distributions, as well as the relationships between these parameters. In our work, eight more con- firmed GCs in the halo of M31 were observed, most of which lack previous spectro- scopic information. These star clusters are located far from the galactic center at a projected radius of ~ 14 to ~ 117 kpc, which is more spatially extended than that in the previous work. Firstly, we measured the Lick absorption-line indices and the ra- dial velocities. Then the ages and metallicity values of [Fe/H] and [a/Fe] were fitted by comparing the observed spectral feature indices and the Single Stellar Population model of Thomas et al. in the Cassisi and Padova stellar evolutionary tracks, respec- tively. Our results show that most of the star clusters in our sample are older than 10 Gyr except B290, which is ~ 5.5 Gyr, and most of them are metal-poor with metallicity [Fe/H] 〈 - 1, suggesting that these clusters were born at the early stage of the galaxy＇s formation. We find that the metallicity gradient for the outer halo clusters with rp 〉 25 kpc may have an insignificant slope of -0.005 ＋ 0.005 dex kpc-1 and if the outliers G001 and H11 are excluded, the slope does not change significantly, with a value of -0.002 ~ 0.003 dex kpc-1. We also find that the metallicity is not a function of age for the GCs with age 〈 7 Gyr, but for the old GCs with age 〉 7 Gyr, there seems to be a trend that the older ones have lower metallicity. Additionally, we plot metallicity distributions with the largest sample of M31 GCs so far and show the bimodality is not significant, and the number of metal-poor and metal-rich groups be- comes comparable. Study of nitrogen doping behavior in diamond film

Nitrogen-doped diamond films have been synthesized by EA-CVD （electron assisted chemical vapor deposition） technique. The quality and nitrogen impurity states of the diamond films are characterized by SEM, raman spectroscopy, XPS and EPR speclroscopy, respectively. The results show that the morphology changes from well-defined facets to cauliflower-like structures, the content of amorphous carbon increases and the quality drops with increasing the nitrogen flow rate. Furthermore, in the films, it can be observed that nitrogen impurity exists in the forms ofNs^0, [N-V]^0 and [N-V]^1. The contents of [N-V]^0 and [N-V]^-1 are lower when the nitrogen flow rate is relatively high, and the concentration of Ns^0 varies from 15 ppm to 483 ppm.

为探究喀斯特山区优质肉用山羊的适宜养殖模式,以贵州黑山羊为研究对象,研究不同饲喂方式对其肉品质特性的影响。试验选取健康、体况相近的4月龄贵州黑山羊60只,随机分成2组,分别采取放牧+补饲(A组)和全舍饲(B组)2种饲养模式。两组投喂相同的精料补充料饲喂至12月龄,每组选取6只体重相近的羊进行屠宰,取背最长肌进行常规理化指标、肉品质、氨基酸和脂肪酸测定。结果表明,A组羊肉中的水分含量、粗灰分含量和滴水损失显著高于B组(P0.05)。B组羊肉的氨基酸总量和非必需氨基酸含量极显著高于A组(P0.05);A组羊肉的赖氨酸含量极显著高于B组(P0.05)。A组羊肉的棕榈酸(C16:0)含量极显著高于B组(P0.05)。由此可见,放牧+补饲和全舍饲饲养方式对贵州黑山羊肉品质特性的影响并不明显,但放牧+补饲模式能改善肉质风味和口感。
