BACKGROUND Myocardial infarction(MI)is a critical cardiovascular event with multifaceted etiology,involving several genetic and environmental *** is essential to understand the function of plasma metabolites in the development of MI and unravel its complex *** This study employed a bidirectional Mendelian randomization(MR)approach to investigate the causal relationships between plasma metabolites and MI *** used genetic instruments as proxies for plasma metabolites and MI and conducted MR analyses in both directions to assess the impact of metabolites on MI risk and vice *** addition,the large-scale genome-wide association studies datasets was used to identify genetic variants associated with plasma metabolite(1400 metabolites)and MI(20,917 individuals with MI and 440,906 individuals without MI)*** variance weighted was the primary method for estimating causal *** estimates are expressed as beta coefficients or odds ratio(OR)with 95%*** We identified 14 plasma metabolites associated with the occurrence of MI(P<0.05),among which 8 plasma metabolites[propionylglycine levels(OR=0.922,95%CI:0.881–0.965,P<0.001),gamma-glutamylglycine levels(OR=0.903,95%CI:0.861–0.948,P<0.001),hexadecanedioate(C16-DC)levels(OR=0.941,95%CI:0.911–0.973,P<0.001),pentose acid levels(OR=0.923,95%CI:0.877–0.972,P=0.002),X-24546 levels(OR=0.936,95%CI:0.902–0.971,P<0.001),glycine levels(OR=0.936,95%CI:0.909–0.964,P<0.001),glycine to serine ratio(OR=0.930,95%CI:0.888–0.974,P=0.002),and mannose to trans-4-hydroxyproline ratio(OR=0.912,95%CI:0.869–0.958,P<0.001)]were correlated with a decreased risk of MI,whereas the remaining 6 plasma metabolites[1-palmitoyl-2-arachidonoyl-GPE(16:0/20:4)levels(OR=1.051,95%CI:1.018–1.084,P=0.002),behenoyl dihydrosphingomyelin(d18:0/22:0)levels(OR=1.076,95%CI:1.027–1.128,P=0.002),1-stearoyl-2-docosahexaenoyl-GPE(18:0/22:6)levels(OR=1.067,95%CI:1.027–1.109,P=0.001),alpha-ketobutyrate levels(OR=1.108,95%

Genetic mechanism and main controlling factors of high-quality clastic rock reservoirs in deep and ultradeep layers:A case study of Oligocene Linhe Formation in Linhe Depression,Hetao Basin,NW China

Based on new data from cores,drilling and logging,combined with extensive rock and mineral testing analysis,a systematic analysis is conducted on the characteristics,diagenesis types,genesis and controlling factors of deep to ultra-deep abnormally high porosity clastic rock reservoirs in the Oligocene Linhe Formation in the Hetao *** reservoir space of the deep to ultra-deep clastic rock reservoirs in the Linhe Formation is mainly primary pores,and the coupling of three favorable diagenetic elements,namely the rock fabric with strong compaction resistance,weak thermal compaction diagenetic dynamic field,and diagenetic environment with weak fluid compaction-weak cementation,is conducive to the preservation of primary *** Linhe Formation clastic rocks have a superior preexisting material composition,with an average total content of 90%for quartz,feldspar,and rigid rock fragments,and strong resistance to *** geothermal gradient in Linhe Depression in the range of(2.0–2.6)°C/100 m is low,and together with the burial history of long-term shallow burial and late rapid deep burial,it forms a weak thermal compaction diagenetic dynamic field *** diagenetic environment of the saline lake basin is characterized by weak fluid *** the same time,the paleosalinity has zoning characteristics,and weak cementation in low salinity areas is conducive to the preservation of primary *** hydrodynamic conditions of sedimentation,salinity differentiation of ancient water in saline lake basins,and sand body thickness jointly control the distribution of high-quality reservoirs in the Linhe Formation.

Background Saline nasal irrigation is an effective therapy for relieving common cold *** study aimed to investigate and explore the efficacy of physiological seawater nasal irrigation(PSNI)on children with mild and asymptomatic infection with *** This randomized controlled trial was conducted in Shanghai,China,and 403 children with mild and asymptomatic infection with Omicron were *** children were allocated into the PSNI group and the control *** primary outcome was the duration of viral shedding(DVS),and the secondary outcome was the change in clinical *** The median age of all participants was 5.59(6.26)years *** DVS was significantly shorter in the PSNI group[2.40(1.13)]than in the control group[3.09(2.14)](P=0.014).The multivariable Cox regression model also showed that patients in the PSNI group had an increased probability of shorter DVS compared with patients in the control group[hazard ratio(HR),1.27;95%confidence interval(CI),1.04–1.55;P=0.017].Subgroup analysis suggested that the DVS of patients without full vaccination was significantly reduced in the PSNI *** proportions of runny nose and stuffy nose were apparently reduced in the first three days in the PSNI group or the control group,but there was no evidence showing that PSNI contributes to the benefit compared with the control *** PSNI can reduce the DVS of patients with mild and asymptomatic infection with SARS-CoV-2 Omicron BA.2 variant.

Electromagnetic Ion Beam Instability in the Solar Corona

Remote-sensing measurements indicate that heavy ions in the corona undergo an anisotropic and mass-charge dependent energization.A popular explanation to this phenomenon is the damping of the Alfven/ion cyclotron *** this paper,we propose that the ion beam instability can be an important source of the Alfven/ion cyclotron waves,and we study the excitation of the ion beam instability in the corona at the heliocentric distance~3R_(⊙)and the corresponding energy transfer process therein ba sed on plasma kinetic *** results indicate that the existence of the motionless heavy ions inhibits the ion beam ***,the anisotropic beams of heavy ions promote the excitation of the ion beam ***,the existence ofαbeams can provide a second energy source for exciting beam ***,when both the proton beam and the a beam reach the instability excitation threshold,the proton beam driven instability excites ***,the excitation threshold of the Alfven/ion cyclotron instability driven by ion beam is of the local Alfven speed or even less in the corona.

Future optical clock networks will require high-precision optical time-frequency transfer between satellites and ground ***,due to atmospheric turbulence,satellite motion and time delay between the satellite–ground transmission links will cause spatial and temporal variations,respectively,resulting in the breakdown of the time-of-flight reciprocity on which optical two-way time-frequency transfer is ***,we experimentally simulate the atmospheric effects by two-way spatio-temporally separated links between two stationary terminals located 113 km apart and measure the effects for optical two-way time-frequency *** experiment shows that the effect on the link instability is less than 2.3×10^(−19) at 10,000 *** indicates that when the link instability of satellite-ground optical time-frequency transfer is on the order of 10^(−19),it is not necessary to consider the atmospheric non-reciprocity effects.

基于钻孔电视图像的结构面调查是一种应用广泛的勘测方法,可为岩体质量评价和工程设计提供基础数据支撑。然而,复杂地层中结构面形态各异,宽度差异大且对比度低,传统算法难以准确完整地识别。为此,该文提出一种基于改进的U-Net网络模型的钻孔电视图像结构面识别方法。首先,采用更深层次的编码解码网络结构,处理对比度低导致的结构面局部断裂问题,并结合通道注意力机制和残差模块提高编码阶段各层级对结构面特征的提取能力。其次,在较低层级跳跃连接中引入多尺度空间注意力模块,提高对复杂形态结构面处理能力,丰富编码层结构面语义特征;同时,通道注意力也被用于充分融合来自编码层和解码层的多通道结构面信息。然后,通过利用与地质作用下地层变形类似的透视变形等方式扩增钻孔图像数据,并结合焦点损失和Dice损失进行联合训练,以减轻图像数据不平衡问题,增强网络泛化能力。最后,将同一钻孔图像作为训练集,邻近钻孔图像作为测试集进行消融和对比实验。结果表明,相比于已有相关网络模型,该文所提方法能更有效地针对复杂地层钻孔图像,较准确、完整地识别各类岩体结构面,精确率和召回率均超过77.00%,比改进前的U-Net网络分割效果分别提高了7.96%和14.99%。该文方法可为现场结构面钻孔调查以及岩体质量评价提供技术支撑。

铝基载氮体化学链合成氨是一种具有良好发展潜力的新型合成氨技术,在高效合成氨的同时实现煤炭等碳基能源的清洁利用。然而,在氮化反应温度下铝基载氮体不可避免会转化为活性较低的α-Al_(2)O_(3),降低氨合成效率。为解决这一问题,利用共沉淀法制备了一系列Cr掺杂的CA-x%(x=0、2.5、5.0、7.5、10.0)载氮体样品用于化学链合成氨反应特性研究。XRD、XPS表明,Cr原子均匀掺杂进入Al_(2)O_(3)晶格内部并提高了其氧活性。将5种载氮体样品用于氮化-氨化反应试验,结果表明CA-5%载氮体的合成氨性能最佳,其NH 3收集量约为未掺杂时的3倍,Cr掺杂同时促进了氮化和氨化反应的进行。利用Material Studio软件建立载氮体的氮化反应模型,DFT计算结果表明Cr原子的掺杂可显著降低氮化反应过程中CO的生成以及N 2解离吸附过程的能垒,Cr掺杂后Al_(2)O_(3)的晶格氧稳定性降低,氧原子更易从载氮体表面解离且更易与N 2反应生成氮化铝。最后选用CA-5%载氮体进行10次氮化-氨化反应试验验证了Cr掺杂铝基载氮体的循环稳定性。

内体分选转运复合体(endosomalsortingcomplex required for transport,ESCRT)是细胞中一个复杂的系统,该系统在病毒感染中起着“双刃剑”的作用,即它们能够被不同家族病毒劫持用于自身增殖,也能被宿主细胞利用对抗病毒的侵染。在病毒生命周期的不同阶段,病毒可以通过多种方式利用或限制ESCRT系统介导的生理过程,或者直接调控ESCRT系统的各蛋白组分的表达增加感染宿主的能力。ESCRT是由20多种蛋白质组成的复合体。根据其成分及其功能差异可以分为若干个复合物,即ESCRT-0、ESCRT-Ⅰ、ESCRT-Ⅱ、ESCRT-Ⅲ.
