多模态数据的日益增长使得多模态检索技术也相继受到了不少关注。随着汽车、医学等行业引入计算机与大数据技术,大量的行业数据其本身都是以多模态形式呈现出来的,行业的快速发展使人们对信息的需求不断增加,单一模态数据检索已经无法满足人们对信息的需求。为了解决这些问题,满足一种模态的数据检索其他模态数据的需求,通过文献的查阅对多模态检索的方法进行研究,分析了公共子空间、深度学习、多模态哈希算法等不同的研究方法,梳理了近年来提出的解决这些问题的多模态检索技术。最后,对近几年来提出的多模态检索方法根据检索的准确性、检索的效率以及特点等多方面进行评价对比;对多模态检索所遇到的挑战进行分析,并展望多模态检索未来的应用前景。

未来产业作为新质生产力,在政策超前布局与产业孵化阶段,需要持续强化政策引导和支持。文章以2013—2023年中国未来产业专项政策为样本,应用LDA文本挖掘模型,分析未来产业政策扩散特征。研究发现:中国未来产业政策数量呈现明显的时间特征,且空间分布不均衡。在组织纬度上,政策发布主体的类型多元化;地方政府增加对更高层级政府自上而下的政策落实强度,但对较低层级政府的政策吸纳较少。从政策内容上看,在未来健康、新材料领域布局未来产业的城市最多;不同层级和不同地区政府政策内容的主题存在异质性;政策布局在总体上对前沿科技的交叉融合、多种产业形态的叠加创新、创新生态系统的构建方面支撑不足。文章认为,可以从构建差异化协同发展格局、吸纳地方经验动态调整发展方向和创新生态系统3个培育路径进行优化,抢占布局未来产业的先机。

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effects that inhalation of the combustion products of the traditional Chinese herb Aiye(Folium Artemisiae Argyi) has on the central nervous system.METHODS: Forty Kunming mice(half male) were randomly assigned(n = 10/group) to a control group(C) or one of three moxa smoke concentration groups(% opacity): low(L1; 0.4%), medium(M1; 2%), and high(H1; 15%). Mice in the latter three groups were exposed to moxa smoke in a dynamic gas exposure cabinet for 20 min per day for7 days. Mice in control group were placed in the same cabinet without any intervention. For the sleep experiments, another 50 mice were divided into five groups of 10 mice each: a saline-injected control group, L1 + pentobarbital sodium(PS)-injected group, M1+PS group, H1(15%)+PS group,and a positive control group(10 mg/kg, chlorpromazine, p.o.). The weight, general activities, locomotor activities, rotarod performance, sleep duration,and sleeping rate induced by a subthreshold dose of pentobarbital sodium were recorded in the mice,and the composition of moxa smoke was analyzed using headspace gas chromatography(GC-HS).RESULTS: A low concentration of smoke significantly decreased the frequency of locomotor activities and the time for which the mice remaining on the rotarod; however, a high smoke concentration significantly prolonged the pentobarbital-induced sleeping time and sleeping rate.CONCLUSION: The concentration-dependent relaxing effects of moxa smoke on the Central Nervous System(CNS) were confirmed. Moreover, GC-HS analysis showed that the component present in the highest concentration in moxa smoke was eucalyp-tol, an essential oil well recognized for its soothing effects on the CNS. This may therefore be accountable for the sedative effects of moxa smoke.

In some cases of emergency backfill engineering projects, traditional backfill materials cannot meet the requirements of fast construction due to their long curing time. This study presents a new kind of rapid hardening controlled low strength material, which utilizes both rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement and recycled fine aggregate from urban red brick construction waste. Totally, sixteen mixtures were prepared for the experiment with different cement-to-sand ratios and water-to-solid ratios. The flowability and bleeding rate of fresh mixture were measured to evaluate its workability, and the compressive strength of hardened mixture was tested to evaluate its rapid hardening and mechanical properties. Test results indicate that rapid hardening controlled low strength material containing recycled fine aggregate from urban red brick construction waste can achieve the desirable flowability, but the bleeding rate increases with the increase of flowability. In addition, 2-hour compressive strength can reach 0.08 - 0.12 MPa, and 4-hour compressive strength is 0.32 - 1.54 MPa, which can meet the requirements of emergency backfill construction. At last, based on the derived compressive strength, a fitting model for predicting compressive strength evolution of this new rapid hardening backfill material is developed, which fits accurately with these experimental data.

Forest gaps regulate seed germination rate and radicle growth of an endangered plant species in a subtropical natural forest

The survival rate of Castanopsis kawakamii from seed to seedling is relatively low,leading to difficulties in the regeneration of its natural forests.Forest gaps play a vital role in plant regeneration and biodiversity maintenance in forest ecosystems.Unfortunately,our understanding of the effects of gap size and within-gap position on the seed germination and radicle growth of C.kawakamii is still limited.In particular,our knowledge on the relationship between gap size and environmental factors and their influence on seed germination and radicle growth is incomplete.In the present study,we studied the influences of forest gaps and within-gap position on seed regeneration on the germination and radicle growth of an endangered species C.kawakamii in a subtropical natural forest in China.We selected three large gaps(LG,gap size above 200 m^(2)),three medium gaps(MG,gap size 50-100 m^(2)),three small gaps(SG,gap size 30-50 m^(2)),and non-gap(NG),and planted the seeds of C.kawakamii in five positions within each gap.The results showed that(1)the influence of forest gaps on seed germination rate was,from highest to lowest,medium gaps(51%),non-gap(47%),small gaps(40%)and large gaps(17%),and the seed germination rate was the highest in all positions in medium gaps,with the exception of the east position.(2)Radicle length in forest gaps was,from highest to lowest,medium gaps,small gaps,large gaps and non-gap,and it was the highest in the east,south,west and north positions of medium gaps.(3)Canopy openness(gap size)and air temperature were the main factors influencing seed germination and radicle growth of C.kawakamii.We concluded that medium-sized gaps were the most suitable for seed germination and radicle growth of C.kawakamii,and they promote the regeneration of this endangered species in the investigated natural forest.

目的:了解神经质人格对医学生无手机恐惧的影响及内在心理机制。方法:采用简式大五人格问卷-神经质分量表、错失焦虑量表和无手机恐惧量表对3121名医学生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)医学生无手机恐惧得分为54.23±14.28分,不存在显著的性别和生源地差异;(2)神经质人格、错失焦虑和无手机恐惧之间两两显著正相关(r=0.257~0.486,P<0.01);(3)错失焦虑在神经质人格和无手机恐惧间起部分中介作用(效应值为0.219),占总效应的37.13%。结论:医学生无手机恐惧现象比较普遍,神经质人格可以直接影响医学生无手机恐惧,也可以通过错失焦虑的中介作用间接影响医学生无手机恐惧。

Organization and evolution of climate responsive strategies,used in Turpan vernacular buildings in arid region of China

Under the global crisis of energy shortage and environmental pollution,the climate responsive strategies used in vernacular buildings have attracted much attention for their potential to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions.However,the relationships between these traditional climatic strategies were not precisely perceived,which may cause the inapplicability of these strategies for contemporary rural houses.In this paper,taking the Turpan vernacular buildings in arid region of China,the climate responsive strategies of buildings in the most significant periods such as the Gaochang period(before 1318),the Khanate and Republican period(1318–1949),the Modern period(1949–2010),and the Contemporary period(2011–present)were summarized.In addition,two different types of climatic strategies organizations,namely multilayer spaces and integrated building envelopes,were identified based on the temperature difference measurement and comparative analysis.The assessment of thermal performance of the organizations was conducted by the methodology of software simulation.Furthermore,the applicability of the organizations in rural areas was discussed,and a new combined organization was proposed.Consequently,this study can contribute to provide the main approaches for climatically responsive rural houses.

A novel approach for 25-gauge transconjunctival sutureless vitrectomy to evaluate vitreous substitutes in rabbits

AIM:To improve the standard three-port vitrectomy for establishing and evaluating an endotamponade model in rabbits.METHODS:Three ports were prepared near the third eyelid of rabbits,and the infusion port was placed at the inferior nasal quadrant with the inserted cannula linking with a self-designed handheld rigid infusion catheter.All right eyes of rabbits underwent a modified 25-gauge vitrectomy and were subsequently filled with balanced salt solution,silicone oil,and eight-arm polyethylene glycols(8-arm PEGs)hydrogel separately for comparison.Ophthalmic examinations were performed regularly to record the changes after the surgery.RESULTS:Successful vitrectomy was achieved among 44 chinchilla rabbits.The mean operation time was 4.51±1.25min.Four eyes(9.1%)presented limited lens touch and two eyes(4.5%)showed retinal touch during surgery.Incision leakage was found in three eyes(6.8%)after surgery.There was no endophthalmitis,hemorrhage,or retinal detachment during the observation period and ophthalmic examinations after the implantation of vitreous substitutes.CONCLUSION:The modified technique of the standard vitrectomy applied in the endotamponade model in rabbits shows excellent safety and practicality.
