To the Editor:Pilomatrixoma is a benign tumor that arises from hair follicle matrix cells and has a low recurrence rate.[1]Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans(DFSP)is a lowgrade,slowly growing fibroblastic sarcoma with a high local recurrence rate and a low propensity for metastasis.[2]We report a case that was clinically suspected to be DFSP,but the surgical biopsy confirmed a diagnosis of pilomatrixoma.A 29-year-old woman presented with a 1-year history of a localized asymptomatic mass on the posterior aspect of her neck[Figure 1A].The lesion had begun as a slowly growing,asymptomatic,bean-sized,reddish *** external friction 6 months previously,the lesion had become a rapidly growing,painful,firm,reddish masswith ulceration and *** topical application of mupirocin ointment,the pain was relieved and the mass was slightly reduced in size.

INTRODUCTION Psoriasis is characterized by raised, scaly, well-demarcated, erythematous oval plaques. Although studies have revealed that disruption of immune tolerance and excessive production of inflammatory factors play important roles in the pathogenesis of psoriasis, the exact mechanism is still not clear Previous studies have shown that the concordance rate of monozygotic twins with psoriasis is greater than that of dizygotic twins, with genetic thctors underpinning 66-90% of the variation in risk of developing psoriasis.

Dermatomyositis, an idiopathic inflammatory myopathy, is characterized by distinctive skin manifestations, proximal muscle weakness, and multiple organ involvement and can be accompanied by malignancies. To provide a reference for dermatologists and clinicians in other relevant fields of clinical practice, experts from the Dermatology Branch of the China International Exchange and Promotion Association for Medical and Health Care and the National Clinical Research Center for Dermatologic and Immunologic Diseases developed this consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of adult dermatomyositis using Chinese and international literature and expert advice.

Throughout years,the two-step spin-coating process is the most common method to prepare organic lead halide perovskite ***,the short reaction time of dropping the solution at the second step means that PbI2 cannot be completely transformed into perovskite *** solve this problem,we report the introduction of glycine hydrochloride(GlyHCl)into the second step of the two-step spin-coating process to prepare a FA_(0.9)MA_(0.1)PbI_(3-x)%-GlyHCl perovskite material(namely FAMA-x%-GlyHCl,where FA=formamidinium,MA=methylammonium,and x%stands for the molar ratio of GlyHCl added in FA iodide/MA iodide(FAI/MAI)precursor solution).The Cl−ion in GlyHCl assists the formation ofα-phase perovskite,and the-COO−group coordinates with Pb2+cation in a bridging way,making up for the anion vacancy in perovskite lattice and resulting in high absorption *** perovskite solar cells(PSCs)based on FAMA-9%-GlyHCl achieve a long carrier lifetime(527.0 ns),a photoelectric conversion efficiency(PCE)of 19.40%and good thermal stability,maintaining 85.8%of the initial PCE after being continuously heated at 60℃for 500 *** study helps to solve the problem of incomplete reaction in the two-step spin-coating process and puts forward a new solution for preparing high coverage perovskite films with large grain size.

AIM： To study the protective effect of grape procyanidins on oxidative injury induced by ethanol and carbon tetrachloride in rat hepatocytes. METHODS： Normal rat hepatocytes as well as cells damaged by ethanol or carbon tetrachloride were incubated with different doses of grape procyanidins for 24 h. Cell proliferation, apoptosis and TNFα mRNA expression were subsequently determined using MTT assay, cell death ELISA and in situ hybridization. RESULTS： Proliferative levels of the control cells from ethanol and CCh injury groups significantly decreased while apoptosis and TNFα mRNA expression significantly increased compared to the normal control and grape procyanidins co-treatment groups （0.455 ± 0.051 vs 0.318 ±0.045, P 〈 0.05）. In comparison with the normal control, 50 and 100 mg/L grape procyanidins significantly stimulated cell growth, with a better effect observed with 100 mg/L grape procyanidins. CONCLUSION： Grape procyanidins inhibit the hepatocyte damage induced by ethanol and carbon tetrachloride, and stimulate normal hepatocyte proliferation.

Since hydrate resources play a part of the stratigraphic framework structure in sediments,establishing a safe and economic method for hydrates exploitation remains the primary challenge to this *** the proposed methods,the spontaneous displacement of CH_(4) from hydrate cages by CO_(2) seems to be a perfect mechanism to address gas production and CO_(2) storage,especially in today's strong demand for carbon reduction and replacing clean *** extensive lab researches,in the past decade,injecting a mixture of CO_(2) and small molecule gas has become a key means to enhance displacement efficiency and has great potential for ***,there is a lack of in-depth research on gas flow in the reservoir,while the injected gas always passes through low-saturated hydrate areas with high permeability and then occurs gas channel in a short term,finally resulting in the decreases in gas production efficiency and produced gas ***,we explored a new injection-production mode of alternate injection of N2 and CO_(2) in order to fully coordinate the advantages of N_(2) in enhanced hydrate decomposition and CO_(2) in solid storage and heat *** alternate"taking"and"storing"processes perfectly repair the problem of the gas channel,achieving self-regulation effect of CH_(4) recovery and CO_(2) *** 3-D experimental results show that compared to the mixed gas injection,CH_(4) recovery is increased by>50%and CO_(2) storage is increased by>70%.Additionally,this alternate injection mode presented a better performance in CH_(4) concentration of produced gas and showed outstanding N_(2) utilization ***,we analyzed its self-adaptive gas flow mechanism and proposed an application model of"one injection and multiple production".We look forward to this study accelerating the application of CO_(2)-CH_(4) replacement technology.

All-inorganic perovskites,adopting cesium(Cs+)cation to completely replace the organic component of A-sites of hybrid organic–inorganic halide perovskites,have attracted much attention owing to the excellent thermal ***,all-inorganic iodine-based perovskites generally exhibit poor phase stability in ambient ***,we propose an efficient strategy to introduce antimony(Sb^(3+))into the crystalline lattices of CsPbI_(2)Br perovskite,which can effectively regulate the growth of perovskite crystals to obtain a more stable perovskite *** to the much smaller ionic radius and lower electronegativity of trivalent Sb^(3+)than those of Pb^(2+),the Sb^(3+)doping can decrease surface defects and suppress charge recombination,resulting in longer carrier lifetime and negligible *** a result,the all-inorganic perovskite solar cells(PSCs)based on 0.25%Sb^(3+)doped CsPbI_(2)Br light absorber and screen-printable nanocarbon counter electrode achieved a power conversion efficiency of 11.06%,which is 16%higher than that of the control devices without Sb^(3+)***,the Sb^(3+)doped all-inorganic PSCs also exhibited greatly improved endurance against heat and *** to the use of low-cost and easy-to-process nanocarbon counter electrodes,the manufacturing process of the all-inorganic PSCs is very convenient and highly repeatable,and the manufacturing cost can be greatly *** work offers a promising approach to constructing high-stability all-inorganic PSCs by introducing appropriate lattice doping.
