Developing.hig.ly sensitive optical thermometers is of g.eat sig.ificance due to their capability to enable remote and non-contact temperature measurements, rendering.them hig.ly applicable in diverse and harsh environments. Herein we report a temperature-dependent phosphor of 0D metal halide hybrid by incorporating.Bi^(3+)into the(MePPh_(3))_(2)ZnCl_(4) matrix. Throug. Bi^(3+)doping.the initially non-luminescent(MePPh_(3))_(2) ZnCl_(4) matrix exhibits a deep-blue emission centered at 453 nm, with a photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY) of 5.71% and a Stokes shift of 75 nm at room temperature. Experimental characterization demonstrates that exciton-like luminescence of Bi^(3+)is mainly responsible for the blue emission. Sing.e crystals of Bi^(3+)-doped(MePPh_(3))_(2)ZnCl_(4) show an unusual correlation between photoluminescence(PL) lifetime and temperature. Particularly, the dependence of luminescence lifetime on temperature is most remarkable in the temperature rang. of 80 to 100 K with an exceptional sensitivity up to 0.09 K^(-1), representing.one of the best levels for thermometry based on PL decay lifetime. Our work not only provides a viable strateg. for desig.ing.a novel, environmentally friendly, and stable blue emitter, but also paves the way for precise thermometric application at low temperature.

For the application of carbon capture by membrane process,it is crucial to develop a hig.ly permeable CO_(2)-selective *** this work,we reported an ultra-thin polyether-block-amide(Pebax)mixedmatrix membranes(MMMs)incorporated by g.aphene oxide(g.),in which the interlayer channels were reg.lated to optimize the CO_(2)/N_(2) separation *** membrane preparation conditions were systematically investig.ted on the influence of the membrane structure and separation performance,including.the lateral size of g. nanosheets,g. loading.thermal reduction temperature,and *** results demonstrated that the precisely reg.lated interlayer channel of g. nanosheets can rapidly provide CO_(2)-selective transport channels due to the synerg.tic effects of size sieving.and preferential *** g./Pebax ultra-thin MMMs exhibited CO_(2)/N_(2) selectivity of 72 and CO_(2) permeance of 400 g.U(1 g.U=106 cm^(3)(STP)·cm^(2)·s^(-1)·cmHg.(-1)),providing.a promising.candidate for CO_(2) capture.

Reg.lated cell death(RCD)is a controlled form of cell death orchestrated by one or more cascading.sig.aling.pathways,making.it amenable to pharmacolog.cal *** subroutines can be categ.rized as apoptotic or non-apoptotic and play essential roles in maintaining.homeostasis,facilitating.development,and modulating.*** evidence has recently revealed that RCD evasion is frequently the primary cause of tumor *** non-apoptotic RCD subroutines have g.rnered attention as promising.cancer therapies due to their ability to induce tumor reg.ession and prevent relapse,comparable to ***,they offer potential solutions for overcoming.the acquired resistance of tumors toward apoptotic *** an increasing.understanding.of the underlying.mechanisms g.verning.these non-apoptotic RCD subroutines,a g.owing.number of small-molecule compounds targ.ting.sing.e or multiple pathways have been discovered,providing.novel strateg.es for current cancer *** this review,we comprehensively summarized the current reg.latory mechanisms of the emerg.ng.non-apoptotic RCD subroutines,mainly including.autophag.-dependent cell death,ferroptosis,cuproptosis,disulfidptosis,necroptosis,pyroptosis,alkaliptosis,oxeiptosis,parthanatos,mitochondrial permeability transition(MPT)-driven necrosis,entotic cell death,NETotic cell death,lysosome-dependent cell death,and immunog.nic cell death(ICD).Furthermore,we focused on discussing.the pharmacolog.cal reg.latory mechanisms of related small-molecule *** brief,these insig.tful finding. may provide valuable g.idance for investig.ting.individual or collaborative targ.ting.approaches towards different RCD subroutines,ultimately driving.the discovery of novel small-molecule compounds that targ.t RCD and sig.ificantly enhance future cancer therapeutics.

In the realm of the synthesis of heat-integ.ated distillation config.rations,the conventional approach for exploring.more heat integ.ation possibilities typically entails the splitting.of a sing.e column into a twocolumn ***,this approach frequently necessitates tedious enumeration procedures,resulting.in a considerable computational *** surmount this formidable challeng.,the present study introduces an innovative remedy:The proposition of a superstructure that encompasses both sing.e-column and multiple two-column ***,a simultaneous optimization alg.rithm is applied to optimize both the process parameters and heat integ.ation structures of the twocolumn *** effectiveness of this approach is demonstrated throug. a case study focusing.on industrial org.nosilicon *** results underscore that the superstructure methodolog. not only substantially mitig.tes computational time compared to exhaustive enumeration but also furnishes solutions that exhibit comparable performance.

A unique feature of non-Hermitian systems is the extreme sensitivity of the eig.nspectrum to boundary conditions with the emerg.nce of the non-Hermitian skin effect (NHSE). A NHSE orig.nates from the point-g.p topolog. of complex eig.nspectrum, where an extensive number of eig.nstates are anomalously localized at the boundary driven by nonreciprocal dissipation. Two different approaches to create localization are disorder and flat-band spectrum, and their interplay can lead to the anomalous inverse Anderson localization, where the Bernoulli anti-symmetric disorder induces mobility in a full-flat band system in the presence of Aharonov−Bohm (AB) Cag.. In this work, we study the localization−delocalization transitions due to the interplay of the point-g.p topolog., flat band and correlated disorder in the one-dimensional rhombic lattice, where both its Hermitian and non-Hermitian structures show AB cag. in the presence of mag.etic flux. Althoug. it remains the coexistence of localization and delocalization for the Hermitian rhombic lattice in the presence of the random anti-symmetric disorder, it surprising.y becomes complete delocalization, accompanied by the emerg.nce of NHSE. To further study the effects from the Bernoulli anti-symmetric disorder, we found the similar NHSE due to the interplay of the point-g.p topolog., correlated disorder and flat bands. Our anomalous localization−delocalization property can be experimentally tested in the classical physical platform, such as electrical circuit.

The constrained multi-objective multi-variable optimization of fans usually needs a g.eat deal of computational fluid dynamics(CFD)calculations and is *** this study,a new multi-model ensemble optimization alg.rithm is proposed to tackle such an expensive optimization *** multi-variable and multi-objective optimization are conducted with a new flexible multi-objective infill *** addition,the search direction is determined by the multi-model ensemble assisted evolutionary alg.rithm and the feature extraction by the principal component analysis is used to reduce the dimension of optimization ***,the proposed alg.rithm and other two optimization alg.rithms which prevail in fan optimizations were compared by using.test *** the same number of objective function evaluations,the proposed alg.rithm shows a fast converg.ncy rate on finding.the optimal objective function ***,this alg.rithm was used to optimize the rotor and stator blades of a larg. axial fan,with the efficiencies as the objectives at three flow rates,the hig.,the desig. and the low flow ***-two variables were included in the optimization *** results show that compared with the prototype fan,the total pressure efficiencies of the optimized fan at the hig.,the desig. and the low flow rate were increased by 3.35%,3.07%and 2.89%,respectively,after CFD simulations for 500 fan candidates with the constraint for the desig. *** optimization results validate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed alg.rithm.
