Developing high-efficiency and stable inverted CsPbI2Br perovskite solar cells is vitally urgent for their unique advantages of removing adverse dopants and compatible process with tandem cells in comparison with the ***,relatively low opening circuit voltage(Voc)and limited moisture stability have lagged their progress far from the ***,we propose an effective surface treatment strategy with high-temperature FABr treatment to address these *** induced ions exchange can not only adjust energy level,but also gift effective ***,the gradient distribution of FA+can accelerate the carriers transport to further suppress bulk ***,the Br-rich surface and FA+substitution can isolate moisture *** a result,the optimized devices show champion efficiency of 15.92%with Voc of 1.223 *** addition,the tolerance of humidity and operation get significant promotion:maintaining 91.7%efficiency after aged at RH 20%ambient condition for 1300 h and 81.8%via maximum power point tracking at 45°C for 500 h in ***,the unpackaged devices realize the rare reported air operational stability and,respectively,remain almost efficiency(98.9%)after operated under RH 35%for 600 min and 91.2%under RH 50%for 300 min.

KCNA1 is the coding gene for Kv1.1 voltage-gated potassium-channelα*** variants of KCNA1 have been reported to manifest as paroxysmal kinesigenic dyskinesia(PKD),but the correlation between them remains unclear due to the phenotypic complexity of KCNA1 variants as well as the rarity of PKD *** the whole exome sequencing followed by Sanger sequencing,we screen for potential pathogenic KCNA1 variants in patients clinically diagnosed with paroxysmal movement disorders and identify three previously unreported missense variants of KCNA1 in three unrelated Chinese *** proband of one family(c.496G>A,p.A166T)manifests as episodic ataxia type 1,and the other two(c.877G>A,p.V293I and c.1112C>A,p.T371A)manifest as *** pathogenicity of these variants is confirmed by functional studies,suggesting that p.A166T and p.T371A cause a loss-of-function of the channel,while p.V293I leads to a gain-of-function with the property of voltage-dependent gating and activation kinetic *** reviewing the locations of PKD-manifested KCNA1 variants in Kv1.1 protein,we find that these variants tend to cluster around the pore domain,which is similar to ***,our study strengthens the correlation between KCNA1 variants and PKD and provides more information on genotype–phenotype correlations of KCNA1 channelopathy.

In this paper, numerical simulations of vortex-induced vibrations in a vertical top-tension riser with a length-to-diameter ratio of 500 using our in-house code viv-FOAM-SJTU are presented. The time-dependent hydrodynamic forces on two-dimensional strips are obtained by solving the Navier-Stokes equations, which are, in turn, integrated into a finite-element structural model to obtain the riser deflections. The riser is discretized into 80 elements with its two ends set as pinned and 20 strips are located equidistant along the risers. Flow and structure are coupled by hydrodynamic forces and structural displacements. In order to study the effects of the shear rate, of the current profiles on the vortex-induced vibrations in the riser, vibrations, with varying shear rates, in both the in-line and cross-flow directions, are simulated. In addition to the time domain analysis, spectral analysis was conducted in both the temporal and spatial domains. Multi-mode vibration characteristics were observed in the riser. The relationship between dominant vibration mode number and the shear rate of current profiles is discussed. In general, the overall vibrations in the riser pipe include contributions from several modes and each mode persists over a range of shear rates. Moreover, the results suggest that with a larger shear rate the position of the maximum in-line time-averaged displacement will move closer to the end where the largest velocity is located.

The microstructures of austenitic stainless steel strip were studied using color metallographic method and electron probe micro analysis （EPMA）. In the cast strips, there are three kinds of solidification structures： fine cel- lular dendrite in the surface layer, equiaxed grains in the center and fine dendrite between them. The solidification mode in the surface layer is the primary austenite AF mode because of extremely high cooling rate, with the retained ferrite located around the primary cellular austenite. In the fine dendrite zone, the solidification mode of molten stainless steel changes to FA mode and the residual ferrite with fish-bone morphology is located at the core of the dendrite. The retained ferrite of equiaxed grains in the center is located in the center of broken primary ferrite dendrite with vermicular morphology.

Hydraulic servo system plays an important role in industrial fields due to the advantages of high response,small size-to-power ratio and large driving ***,inherent nonlinear behaviors and modeling uncertainties are the main obstacles for hydraulic servo system to achieve high tracking *** deal with these difficulties,this paper presents a backstepping sliding mode controller to improve the dynamic tracking performance and anti-interfer-ence *** this purpose,the nonlinear dynamic model is firstly established,where the nonlinear behaviors and modeling uncertainties are lumped as one ***,the extended state observer is introduced to estimate the lumped *** system stability is proved by using the Lyapunov stability ***,comparative simulation and experimental are conducted on a hydraulic servo system platform to verify the efficiency of the proposed control scheme.

Diglyphus wani(Hymenoptera:Eulophidae)is a dominant parasitoid that attacks agromyzid *** reproductive types occur in ***:arrhenotoky(in which virgin females produce only male offspring;and virgin females mate with males to produce bisexual offspring)and thelytoky(in which virgin females produce female offspring).As a potential biological control agent,exploring the differences in the relevant biological parameters of both strains is *** this study,comparisons between the two strains of *** were performed by evaluating the life table and host-killing *** thelytokous strain exhibited significantly better life table parameters than its arrhenotokous *** values for the intrinsic rate of increase,finite rate of increase,net reproductive rate,and fecundity were found in the thelytokous *** thelytokous strain also performed better than the arrhenotokous strain in terms of net parasitism,host-feeding,host-stinging,and total host-killing ***,populations of the thelytokous strain could grow fast and kill more *** conclusion,the thelytokous strain of *** may be the more promising biological agent against agromyzid leafminers compared to its arrhenotokous ***,since the thelytokous strain of *** is only known to produce females,it should be given priority in future biocontrol applications owing to the cost savings of breeding only females.

Raman spectroscopy, with its specific ability to generate a unique fingerprint‐like spec-trum of certain substances, has attracted much attention in diagnosing the ageing degree of oil-paper insulation. In this study, the feature extraction and ageing diagnosis methods of oil-paper insulation Raman spectroscopy data are further studied. Based on the non‐linear analysis of Raman spectra of different ageing samples, kernel principal component analysis was applied to extract the spectral features, and the back‐propagation neural network was used to build a diagnosis model with high diagnostic accuracy. The results show that Raman spectroscopy combined with kernel principal component analysis and the back‐propagation neural network can diagnose the ageing state of oil-paper insu-lation, with a diagnostic accuracy of 91.43% (64/70). The proposed method provides an effective and feasible method for the ageing assessment of oil‐immersed electrical equipment.

Rare earth ion-doped Y_(3)Al_(5)O_(12)(YAG)-based transparent ceramics have been used as important laser gain media for a long time,yet the doping concentration of active ions is limited due to concentration quenching,wherein the inflexion concentration quenching of Nd^(3+)is recognized as 1.0 at%.In this work,YAG-Al_(2)O_(3) nanocrystalline transparent ceramics with a concentration of Nd^(3+)(O-5.0 at%)were fabricated via amorphous crystallization,and the crystal structure evolution,morphology,and optical properties were systematically investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),magnetic resonation(MAS),nuclear magnetic resonation(NMR),and fluorescence *** doping of Nd^(3+)can promote the transition of Al[5]and Al[6]to Al[14],indicating improvements in the ability of the amorphous material to form Nd^(3+):Y_(2)O_(3)-Al_(2)O_(3) vitrified beads,and 1.5 at%Nd^(3+):YAG-Al_(2)O_(3) nanocrystalline transparent ceramics can be obtained by crystallization at 1050℃ with a matrix composed of YAG and concomitant δ-Al_(2)O_(3) and θ-Al_(2)O_(3).The nanocrystalline transparent ceramics show an internal transmitance of 89.56%at 1064 nm,and the strongest emission peak corresponds to the energy transfer from 4F_(3/2) to 4l_(11/2) of Nd^(3+)with a fluorescence lifetime of 231μs when pumped by an 808 nm ***,spectral broadening begins to occur,indicating the onset of concentration quenching,when the concentration of Nd^(3+)exceeds 1.5 at%,substantially higher than the 1.0 at% observed in YAG ***-Al_(2)O_(3) nanocrystalline transparent ceramics obtained by amorphous crystalization can be utilized as the matrix to increase the inflexion point of doping concentration quenching of Nd^(3+),and this material may have great potential as a laser gain medium.
