Syntheses of ZSM-5 zeolites from R-SiO2-Al2O3-H2O-HF(R = diethylamine and ethylenediamine, respectively) were investigated by using the hydrothermal crystallization. The large single crystals of ZSM-5 containing diethylamine and ethylenediamine were synthesized. The ZSM-5 precursors were characterized by means of X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, thermal analysis and electron microprobe analysis. The analysis result of aluminium distribution shows that the interior aluminium content of large crystals of ZSM-5 zeolites is rather low.

Nanoparticle (NP) is the matter between molecule and bulk material. It has attracted much attention in catalysis, optoelectronics and biology due to its unique physical and chemical properties. Incorporation of these NPs into the polymer matrix is one of the best methods to display their special functions, which not only stabilize the NPs but also realize the functional assembly of NPs and polymers. However, reali- zation of this idea depends largely on the compatibility of NPs and polymers as well as the interaction between them. Therefore, many methods have been developed to prepare the composites of NPs and polymers in order to obtain the function ex- pected. In this review, we mainly focus on the combination of in situ method with other methods to synthesize different functional one-dimension, two-dimension as well as bulk composites, which has been recently developed by our group. The most striking character of our method is the excellent compatibility between NPs and polymers which ensures a homogeneous distribution of NPs in the polymer matrix. The existence of the polymer network makes the NPs more stable, and is significant for displaying their functions.

Aim:To investigate the antinociceptive effect of adenosine agonist R-phenylisopropyl-adenosine（R-PIA）given to conscious rats by intracerebro-ventricular（ICV）and intrathecal（IT）,and identify the effect of R-PIA on minimumalveolar concentration（MAC）of halothane with pretreatment of A1receptor an-tagonist 8-cyclopentyl-1,3-dipropylxanthine（DPCPX）or K+channel blocker4-aminopyridine（4-AP）.Methods:Sprague-Dawley rats were implanted with 24-gauge stainless steel guide cannula using stereotaxic apparatus and ICV method,and an IT catheter（PE-10,8.5cm）was inserted into the lumbar subarachnoidspace,while the rats were under pentobarbital *** one week ofrecovery from surgery,rats were randomly assigned to one of the followingprotocols:MAC of halothane,or tail-flick *** measurements were per-formed after R-PIA（0.8-2.0μg）microinjection into ICV and IT with or withoutpretreatment of DPCPX or ***:Microinjection of adenosine agonist R-PIA in doses of 0.8-2.0μg into ICV and IT produced a significant dose-and time-dependent antinociceptive action as reflected by increasing latency times andICV administration of adenosine agonist R-PIA（0.8μg）reducing halothane anes-thetic requirements（by 29%）.The antinociception and reducing halothane re-quirements effected by adenosine agonist R-PIA was abolished by DPCPX ***:ICV and IT administration of adenosine agonist R-PIA pro-duced an antinociceptive effect in a dose-dependent manner and decreased hal-othane MAC with painful stimulation through activation of A1receptor subtype,and the underlying mechanism involves K+channel activation.

IR and Raman spectra of [Mo2O2S2（S2）2]2-were reported. The resonance Ramanspectra and the depolarization ratios in CH3CN solution were measured. By using the data of crystalstructure, the simplified normal coordinate calculation of the stretching vibrations for anion[Mo2O2S2（S2）2]2-was performed. The results obtained are useful to assign the vibrational bands ofsome Mo-Fe-S clusters.

The archaeological site of Sampula cemetery was located about 14 km to the southwest of the Luo County in Xinjiang Khotan,China,belonging to the ancient Yutian kingdom.14C analysis showed that this cemetery was used from 217 *** 283 A.D. Ancient DNA was analyzed by 364 bp of the mitochondrial DNA hypervariable region I （mtDNA HVR-I）,and by six restriction fragment length polymorphism （RFLP） sites of mtDNA coding *** successfully extracted and sequenced intact stretches of maternally inher- ited mtDNA from 13 out of 16 ancient Sampula *** analysis of mtDNA haplogroup distribution showed that the ancient Sampula was a complex population with both European and Asian *** joining network of U3 sub-haplogroup and multi-dimen- sional scaling analysis all showed that the ancient Sampula had maternal relationship with Ossetian and Iranian.

This paper reports the synthesis of host-guest nanocomposite material [Fe(bpy)(3)]Y2+ (where bpy=2,2'-bipyridine) using the flexible ligand method. X-ray diffraction analysis. adsorption technique, and cyclic voltammetry were used to characterize the material. The results show that [Fe(bpy)(3)](2+) has been entrapped in the supercage of zeolite, its electron transfer is realized by electron hopping of [Fe(bpy)(3)](2+) within the supercage of zeolite.

jilin Province is one of the main grain-producing provinces of China,which has dominant position in maize production,by the view of its advantages in policy,location,breed and market. And after entering WTO,some measures have been taken to enhance maize competitive ability. But there are some difficulties in concentrating production to maize advantaged areas. This paper expounds the basis that jilin Province becomes the advantage area of maize,analyzes the problems and puts forward the supporting policy. Some strategic measures are proposed,as developing comparable advantages,carrying out the strategy of un-equilibrium development and cultivating advantaged product areas of maize to rapidly improve the international competitive ability and productivity of maize in jilin Province,cast the agricultural predicament off and promote the agricultural development into a new stage.

The geometries of molecules H_3AXAH_3(X=O,S,Se and A=C,Si)have been optimized using STO-3G ab initio calculations and gradient method and the results are in good agreement with reported experimental *** the STO-3G optimized geometries,we have also calculated the electronic structures of these molecules using 4-31G and 6-31G basis sets to obtain the MO energies. atomic net charges and dipole *** ionization potentials calculated by 6-31G basis set are in good agreement with experimental values.
