Optical encryption technologies based on room-temperature light-emitting materials are of considerable ***,we present three-dimensional(3D)printable dual-light-emitting materials for high-performance optical pattern *** are based on fluorescent perovskite nanocrystals(NCs)embedded in metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)designed for phosphorescent host-guest ***,perovskite-containing MOFs emit a highly efficient blue phosphorescence,and perovskite NCs embedded in the MOFs emit characteristic green or red fluorescence under ultraviolet(UV)*** dual-light-emitting MOFs with independent fluorescence and phosphorescence emissions are employed in pochoir pattern encryption,wherein actual information with transient phosphorescence is efficiently concealed behind fake information with fluorescence under UV ***,a 3D cubic skeleton is developed with the dual-light-emitting MOF powder dispersed in 3D-printable polymer filaments for 3D dual-pattern *** article outlines a universal principle for developing MOF-based room-temperature multi-light-emitting materials and a strategy for multidimensional information encryption with enhanced capacity and security.

法庭科学在全世界的刑事司法系统中起着重要的作用,并产生了多种影响。随着与犯罪相关的活动的发展,需要使用现代技术和知识进行充分、可靠的调查复杂事件也在增加。但是在这些情况下,法庭科学面临着制度上的可靠性和效果性的挑战。然而... 详细信息

法庭科学在全世界的刑事司法系统中起着重要的作用,并产生了多种影响。随着与犯罪相关的活动的发展,需要使用现代技术和知识进行充分、可靠的调查复杂事件也在增加。但是在这些情况下,法庭科学面临着制度上的可靠性和效果性的挑战。然而,当前国际上关于各国的制度比较分析的资料还很有限,因此有必要综合研究法庭科学,以推动国家法庭科学政策体系化、标准化建设为目标,在增进调查的公正性和效果性的同时,强化调查机关的国民人权保障力量,最终提高国民对刑事司法体系的信任。在这种政策改革的方向中,最重要的是法庭科学方法是否具备持续自我验证和效果性验证体系。这与法庭科学目前面临最严峻的挑战,即与法庭科学使用方法的科学性以及方法是否可进行严格验证是一脉相通的。首先,以美国为例,以堪称美国法庭科学政策转折点的《NAS报告》,根据该报告的建议成立的"NCFS"和NCFS的7个分科委员会采纳的建议案,和"关于法庭科学的科学领域委员会机构(Organization of Scientific Area committees on Forensic Science)"为中心观察。从结果来看,目前美国正在以联邦政府根据情况接受任期结束的国家法庭科学委员会通过的劝告案来进行,而对于法庭科学的技术标准,OSAC则将继续制定。因此,对于此次国家法庭科学委员会通过的劝告案,能将详细了解美国司法部的接受情况和正在制定法庭科学标准的OSAC。因为这些努力是以法庭科学的名义,为防止过去发生的对国民的人权侵害而做出的努力。另外,运营OSAC的国立标准技术研究所(National Institute of Standards and Technology,以下简称NIST)在2019年9月发表了将现有OSAC背后的"OSAC 2.0",对此也进行了观察。另外,德国的法庭科学在各州在警察组织内起到支援警察调查的作用,因此,与其制定国家层面的综合性法庭科学政策,不如根据适合各州的政策来运营。因此,各州对法庭科学的技术或能力可能会有所不同。在德国,像巴伐利亚州和巴登-符腾堡州等警力强大、制定能力优秀的州与相对较小的州相比,法庭科学也相对较强。但是,欧洲的法庭科学政策是欧盟层面决定的,需要各会员国遵守。属于各州的德国法庭科学研究所在欧盟的政策中正努力使之符合,因此可以保持德国国内法庭科学政策的匹配性所以德国的法庭科学和欧洲的法庭科学一起进行。另外,以在德国的法庭科学方面起到中枢作用的联邦调查厅(BKA:Bundeskriminalamt,以下简称"BKA")为中心,对BKA的法庭科学进行了了解。是因为德国国内体现欧盟政策的机关是BKA。最重要的是,在BKA组织内部,forensic(现场鉴定)式相关业务也是由法庭科学研究所(以下称"KTI")主导进行的,因此对KTI业务也进行了大致的了解。与此同时,BKA的KTI简单的进行了比较工作。中和的来看,德国各州的法庭科学研究所也BKA的框架,更确切地说是符合欧盟的法庭科学政策能做到的。在此次论文中,将观察BKA执行的与法庭科学相关的主要项目及组织,并观察欧洲层面的法庭科学政策在德国的州警察厅的执行情况。因为从欧盟层面进行的法庭科学的框架在德国各州是如何具体执行的,也是非常有意义的工作。为此,BKA将执行此程序,并了解"Police 2020"程序、"欧洲犯罪记录及数据法庭科学发展蓝图具有关联性,同时与德国国内的法庭科学式也有关联,因此是BKA的重点之一。然后,将观察在柏林州警察对欧洲的法庭科学政策执行了什么任务。当然,正式文件中并没有出现详细的内容,但可以大致知道,从欧洲层面出发的法庭科学政策对设有法庭科学研究所的州警方会产生何种影响。关于国际标准,将观察联合国防止犯罪刑事司法委员会(CCPCJ)和联合国毒品及犯罪事务所(UNODC)的动向,根据2018年开始施行的欧洲个人信息保护法(GDPR)的规定,对法庭科学的对象——保障国民人权的相关规定进行观察。最终,通过对域外不同法系国家侦鉴关系的考察得出解决方案,其中详细分析具有代表性的韩国为例,充分利用其优势,认清劣势、抓住实质,结合中国的实践和法律实践经验,提出切实可行的措施,推动我国司法制度的完善。通过观察各国和国际机构的法庭科学的效果增进政策,可以知道的事实是,内外部制定对法庭科学方法效果性的持续验证体系是之前提出的法庭科学效果性的政策方向中最重要的内容。

Development of 3D bicontinuous metal-intermetallic composites through subsequent alloying process after liquid metal dealloying

This study presents a novel process for the fabrication of metal-intermetallic composites with a 3D bicontinuous structure, achieved through a combination of liquid metal dealloying(LMD) and subsequent alloying. Initially, porous Ti structures are produced using the LMD process, followed by immersion in a molten Mg-3Al(wt%) metal. Due to the higher thermodynamic miscibility of Al with Ti compared to Mg, the concentration of Al in the Ti matrix increases as the immersion time increases. This results in a sequential phase transition within the Ti matrix: α-Ti → Ti_(3)Al → Ti Al. The phase transition considerably affects the hardness and strength of the composite material,with the Mg-Ti_(3)Al-Ti Al composite exhibiting a maximum hardness nearly twice as high as that of the conventional Mg-Ti composite. This innovative process holds potential for the development of various bicontinuous metal-intermetallic composites.

Radial Pulse and Electrocardiography Modulation by Mild Thermal Stresses Applied to Feet: An Exploratory Study with Randomized, Crossover Design

Objective:To investigate the changes in radial pulse induced by thermal stresses(TSs).Methods:Sixty subjects were *** an open-label,2x2 crossover randomization design,both feet of each subject were immersed in 15%:water for cold stress(CS)and in 40 X:water for heat stress(HS)for 5 min *** pulse,respiration and electrocardiogram(ECG)signals were recorded before,during and immediately after the ***:The an alysis of heart rate variability revealed that CS in creased the low-freque ncy(LF)and high-frequency(HF)components(P<0.05)and that HS reduced the LF and HF components(P<0.01).Both TSs reduced the normalized LF,increased the normalized HF,and reduced the LF/HF *** differences in the ECG signals were more dominant during the TS sessions,but those in the radial pulse signals became more domi nant immediately after the TS sessi *** decreased the pulse depth(P<0.01)and in creased the radial augme ntation in dex(P<0.1),and HS in creased the pulse pressure(P<0.1)and sube ndocardial viability ratio(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in pulse rate during the three time sequences of each *** respiration rate was increased(P<0.1),and the pulse rate per respiration(P/R ratio)was significantly decreased(P<0.05)with *** HF region(10-30 Hz)of the pulse spectral density was suppressed during both ***:CS induced vasoconstriction and sympathetic reactions,and HS induced vasodilation and parasympathetic reacti *** on defi nitions used in pulse diag no sis,we made the novel discoveries that the pulse became slower(decreased P/R ratio),more floating and tenser under CS and that the HF region of the spectral power decreased significantly under both TSs.
