聚多巴胺包覆硅化胶原的光热及抗菌性能研究

目的:通过多巴胺聚合作用构建聚多巴胺包覆硅化胶原(SC@PDA),探究该材料光热杀菌作用与生物安全性。方法:通过聚合反应将多巴胺包覆在硅化胶原表面构建SC@PDA。用扫描电镜、透射电镜观察SC@PDA表面形貌,硅酸释放实验检测材料硅酸缓释情况,808 nm激光照射与红外热像仪检测材料光热性能。CCK-8实验测试材料对大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞的毒性,急性全身毒性实验评价材料对大鼠的生物安全性。以SD大鼠为研究模型进行抗菌性能测试。将材料分别与金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌共培养6 h后,用808 nm激光(1.5 W/cm^(2))照射10 min,之后继续培养6 h,用吸光度检测计算材料光热抑菌率。在大鼠股骨缺损感染模型中观察材料植入缺损部位7 d后材料的抗感染效果。结果:SC@PDA具有良好的光热性能,保持了硅化胶原的硅酸缓释性能,无细胞毒性,无急性全身毒性。体内外抗菌实验表明,SC@PDA具有良好的光热抗菌能力。结论:SC@PDA具有优良的生物相容性,同时多巴胺包覆赋予了硅化胶原支架优异的光热抗菌性能。

By observing the microstructure evolution of Mg-Ga alloy during tensile deformation, it is found that the prismatic slip and the pyramidal slip occur during the tensile process at room temperature, which finally leads to the plenty of dislocation accumulation. After 8% tensile deformation,the {1012} extension twin is the main way to coordinate the strain in the c-axis direction for the alloy with the Ga content lower than 2 wt.%, but the pyramidal slip is the main way to coordinate the strain along the c-axis direction for the alloy with the Ga content higher than 2 wt.%. The Ga addition can promote the activation of the non-basal slip, which is beneficial to the work-hardening of the alloy to achieve better plasticity. Dynamic precipitation can slightly reduce the increment of *** preparation method of high strain rate rolling(HSRR) is another important reason for the plasticity of magnesium alloy sheets, and it is an important embodiment of the application of the dislocation engineering concept in magnesium alloy. The non-basal dislocations derived from the HSRR deformation can provide the non-basal dislocation sources when magnesium alloy is deformed at room temperature,resulting in good ductility. This study can be used as a reference for preparing wrought magnesium alloy with high strength and high plasticity by Ga alloying and hot deformation.

The ZK60 magnesium alloy has been modified by Fe ion implantation and deposition with a metal vapor vacuum arc plasma source. The surface morphology, phase constituent and elemental distribution are determined by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometer and Auger electron spectroscopy. The results show that Fe thin film is deposited on ZK60 alloy and the corresponding thickness increases from 2.73 μm to 6.36 μm with increasing deposition time. A transition layer mainly composed of Mg, Fe and O elements is formed between Fe thin film and ZK60 substrate. The potentiodynamic polarization tests reveal that a high corrosion potential and a low corrosion current density are detected for the Fe deposited ZK60 alloy, indicating the improvement of corrosion resistance. The tensile deformation test indicates that the Fe deposited film on the ZK60 substrate can sustain 1% tensile strain without any cracks.

目的探究糖尿病肾病患者开展生化检验的的诊断价值。方法选取2022年4月—2024年3月泰州市中西医结合医院收治的68例疑似糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,所有患者均进行血糖与糖化血红蛋白、白蛋白/肌酐比值、肾小球滤过率检测,以肾脏活检为金标准,比较不同指标联合方案(A联合方案:血糖与糖化血红蛋白联合白蛋白/肌酐比值;B联合方案:血糖与糖化血红蛋白联合肾小球滤过率;C联合方案:4项指标联合)的诊断效能(准确度、灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值)。结果C联合方案诊断出阳性60例,阴性8例。C联合方案诊断的灵敏度、准确度、阴性预测值均高于A联合方案和B联合方案,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论血糖与糖化血红蛋白、白蛋白/肌酐比值、肾小球滤过率联合检测可有效检出糖尿病肾病,为后续治疗提供科学依据。

Controlled growth of islands on plasmonic metal nanoparticles represents a novel strategy in creating unique morphologies that are difficult to achieve by conventional colloidal synthesis processes,where the nanoparticle morphologies are typically determined by the preferential development of certain crystal *** work exploits an effective surface-engineering strategy for site-selective island growth of Au on anisotropic Au *** ligand modification is first employed to direct the site-selective deposition of a thin transition layer of a secondary metal,e.g.,Pd,which has a considerable lattice mismatch with *** selective deposition of Pd on the original seeds produces a high contrast in the surface strain that guides the subsequent site-selective growth of Au *** strategy proves effective in not only inducing the island growth of Au on Au nanostructures but also manipulating the location of grown *** taking advantage of the iodide-assisted oxidative ripening process and the surface strain profile on Au nanostructures,we further demonstrate the precise control of the islands’number,coverage,and wetting degree,allowing fine-tuning of nanoparticles’optical properties.

浦北县大力推进大红柑产业发展,种植面积和产量位居广西前列,是当地重要特色支柱产业之一。然而,大红柑病虫害种类多、传播蔓延速度快,尤其是柑橘叶螨、蚧类、小实蝇以及柑橘煤烟病、溃疡病、炭疽病等为害严重,严重制约大红柑产业健康发展。据调查,浦北县大红柑种植年均病虫害防治次数多达15~20次,病虫害防控成本高。通过对大红柑病虫害防控现状和存在问题进行深入分析,提出针对性的对策建议。

The microhardness and elastic modules of the materials weremeasured using the Nano Indenter II, which is a new measuring systemfor the mechanical properties of materials on nano-scale. Stable and bioactive material-tissue interface(MTF)basically determines the clinical applications of biomaterials in wound healing,sustained drug release,and tissue *** many inorganic nanomaterials have been widely explored to enhance the stability and bioactivity of polymer-based biomaterials,most are still restricted by their stability and *** we demonstrate the enhanced bioactivity and stability of polymer-matrix bio-composite through coupling multiscale material-tissue interfacial interactions with atomically thin TiO_(2)*** modified with TiO_(2)nanosheets displays improved mechanical properties,hydrophilicity,and ***,we confirm that this resin can effectively stimulate the adhesion,proliferation,and differentiation into osteogenic and odontogenic lineages of human dental pulp stem cells using in vitro cell-resin interface ***_(2)nanosheets can also enhance the interaction between demineralized dentinal collagen and *** results suggest an approach to effectively up-regulate the stability and bioactivity of MTFs by designing biocompatible materials at the sub-nanoscale.

The binding of nuclear proteins prepared from mouse erythroid tissue in different developmental stages to the 5’-flanking regulatory elements of human globin gene, two negative control regions(NCR1, -610 to -490 bp; NCR2,-338 to -233bp), was identified. Two stage specific protein factors corresponding to embryonic and fetal stages were found to be capable of binding to NCR2. These data provided evidence that the cis acting elements of the 5’-flanking region might be involved in the developmental control of globin gene and NCR2 might be responsible in part for the silence of globin gene in the embryonic and fetal stages.
