Objective: To isolate the phenolic amides from the dried bulbs of Allium chinense and investigate their myocardium protective ***: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by combining with silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20 column, HPLC and other chromatography techniques. Their structures were elucidated by NMR techniques and mass spectrometry. The isolated compounds were evaluated to determine their protective effect for myocardium cells in ***: Two new phenolic amides, namely, alichinemide Ⅰ(1) and alichinemide Ⅱ(2), and six konwn amides were isolated from the dried bulbs of A. chinense. The structures of compounds 3–8 were identified as 3-indolcarbaldehyde(3), 1-(2-aminophenyl)urea(4), 2,3,4,9-tetrahydro-1H-pyrido[3,4-b]indole-3-carboxylic acid(5), N-trans-feruloyltyramine(6), N-trans-p-coumaroyltyramine(7), and N-(3,4-dimethoxyphenethyl) acetamide(8). Compound 3(50 μmol/L) showed significant inhibitory effect on the damage of H9c2 myocardial cells induced by H2O2in ***: Compounds 1 and 2 were new phenolic amides. Compound 3 could be one of the potential myocardium protective constituents of A. chinense.

目的探究联合指标对缺血性卒中不同证型的诊断价值,为西医及基层医生对于缺血性卒中中医辨证分型提供客观依据。方法以2021年8月至2022年4月收集到的589名缺血性卒中患者为研究对象,参照相关标准将其分为风痰上扰证、肝阳暴亢证、气虚血瘀证、阴虚风动证、痰热内闭清窍证、痰湿蒙塞清窍证6种证型,利用工作者特征(ROC)曲线分析疾病史、血清指标等对不同证型诊断的价值。结果UA、高血压、饮酒联合诊断风痰上扰诊断价值较高,AUC为0.865(95%CI:0.800~0.929),灵敏度100%,特异度66.6%;UA、心率、PLT、失眠、高血压联合诊断肝阳暴亢诊断价值较高,AUC为0.734(95%CI:0.674~0.774),灵敏度81.7%,特异度58.3%;UA、PLT、(离)退休联合诊断痰热内闭清窍诊断价值较高,AUC为0.587(95%CI:0.529~0.645),灵敏度94.1%,特异度22.6%;心率、RBC、(离)退休、高血压联合诊断气虚血瘀诊断价值较高,AUC为0.700(95%CI:0.656~0.745),灵敏度57.2%,特异度75.9%;UA、PLT、高血压、失眠、饮酒、颈内动脉斑块、糖尿病联合诊断阴虚风动诊断价值较高,AUC为0.893(95%CI:0.853~0.933),灵敏度89.3%,特异度80.0%;UA、高血压联合诊断痰湿蒙塞清窍诊断价值较高,AUC为0.622(95%CI:0.538~0.705),灵敏度71.7%,特异度51.2%。结论UA、高血压贯穿疾病始终,联合指标对缺血性卒中不同证型诊断价值不同,可作为辨证分型的参考。

This paper mainly simulates two Ultra-wideband（UWB） signals and their power spectrum which are time hopping pulse position modulation（TH-PPM） and multi-band orthogonal frequency division multiplexing（MB-OFDM）,and also simulates two UWB channels which are IEEE802.15.3 channel and *** through theoretical analysis and computer simulation,we analyzed the performance of the UWB signals TH-PPM and MB-OFDM through the UWB channel *** the MATLAB simulation environment,indoor environment of the two cases line of sight（LOS） and not line of sight（NLOS） show that TH-PPM-UWB using RAKE receivers collect multipath energy and having some gains,and MB-OFDM-UWB is simply mixed the multipath *** simulation results show that the bit error rate of TH-PPM-UWB is better than *** conclusion,TH-PPM-UWB scheme performs much better than MB-OFDM-UWB scheme.

Background Total proctocolectomy with ileal pouch–anal anastomosis(IPAA)was the first choice for the surgical treatment of the ulcerative colitis(UC)*** data on the predictive value of the ulcerative colitis endoscopic index of severity(UCEIS)for the need for IPAA in UC patients is *** aimed to establish the UCEIS cut-off value to further analyse whether the UCEIS cut-off was suitable for predicting the need for IPAA in UC *** The clinical data of UC patients from June 1986 to March 2020 at our institute were retrospectively *** UCEIS scores recorded at the time of the first colonoscopy after hospitalization were used in the *** operating characteristic curve analysis was performed to determine the UCEIS cut-off value for predicting the need for *** A total of 283 UC patients were included in the study,with a median UCEIS of *** a median follow-up of 13 years,80 patients(28.3%)received surgery invention,among whom 75(93.8%)underwent IPAA surgery and 5(6.2%)received subtotal colectomy with permanent ostomy.A UCEIS cut-off of 6 had the most significant area under the curve of 0.769 for predicting the need for IPAA(P<0.001),with a sensitivity of 72.0%and specificity of 81.8%.UCEIS≥6 was an independent predictive factor for the need for IPAA(P<0.001)and malignant transformation(P=0.010).Patients with UCEIS≥6 had a significantly shorter IPAA-free survival time than those with UCEIS<6(P<0.001).Conclusions UCEIS≥6 may be a threshold value for decision-making for IPAA and should be recommended for UC patients for reducing the incidence of malignant transformation.

颗粒粒度特性对粉体颗粒的应用范围和产品性能有很大影响,为研究颤振球磨机的运动参数（转速率、振动幅度和振动频率）和研磨介质形状对颗粒群粒度特性的影响,进行了十组不同工况的粉磨试验。通过对颗粒群粒度分布特性参数:中位粒径D50,粒度分布宽度WPSD,比表面积S和平均粒径Daps的分析以及极差法处理结果,得到颤振球磨机在转速率85%、振动幅度4 mm、频率12 Hz的工况下微细粉体的形成和积累量最大,极限粒径值最小,且球形介质在颤振球磨机中的粉磨效果明显优于短柱形介质。利用SEM图像观测粉体颗粒的团聚方式以及团聚颗粒的粒径大小,图像分析结果与粉磨试验的数据分析结果（平均粒径值）基本吻合。试验研究结果为颤振球磨机物理法制备微细粉体颗粒提供了参考依据。

随着中国企业走向海外,汇率风险成为企业面临的现实问题,本文试图证明审计师行业专长在公司汇率风险管理方面的作用,通过中介效应检验揭示其中的机制。回归结果显示,行业专家服务的客户有更低的汇率风险,这是因为行业专家在审计的过程中积累了诸多应对汇率风险的方法和策略。中介效应检验的结果表明,行业专家主要采用经营对冲和金融对冲降低汇率风险,但是行业专家通过盈余平滑手段减少汇率风险的证据不足。改变汇率风险和行业专长的计算与测量方法,考虑自选择问题,控制公司-年度固定效应,采用倾向性得分匹配样本后,行业专长与公司汇率风险的负相关关系依然稳健。本文的研究对公司管理汇率风险、会计师事务所发展行业专长有重要启示作用。

钢材的火灾全过程高温本构是开展冷成型钢结构抗火研究的重要输入数据。为此,开展国内常用Q345冷成型钢高温力学性能试验研究,定量考察峰值温度保温时间、降温速率、温度历程以及稳态与瞬态试验方法等试验制度参数对其力学性能的影响,结果表明:高温稳态试验中,峰值温度保温时间和降温速率对钢材高温力学性能影响不明显,相对百分偏差均介于-10%~10%之间;若温度历程中各次升温过程峰值温度中的最高温度和拉伸温度均相同,则钢材在多次升降温过程下的高温力学性能与其在一次升降温过程降温段的高温材性相互接近;高温瞬态试验中,温度历程对钢材高温试验应变影响显著;相同拉伸温度下,升温与降温段的应变相对偏差最高可达12904%;稳态与瞬态试验方法对考虑温度历程的冷成型钢高温应变影响亦非常明显,试验参数范围内,相同拉伸温度下应变相对百分偏差最大可达14851%。总之,Q345冷成型钢的火灾全过程高温本构需考虑温度历程中各次升温过程峰值温度中的最高温度和拉伸温度的影响,且稳态与瞬态试验方法所构建的高温本构模型并不等效。
