Purpose:This article presents an in-depth analysis of global research trends in Geosciences from 2014 to *** integrating bibliometric analysis with expert insights from the Deep-time Digital Earth(DDE)initiative,this article identifies key emerging themes shaping the landscape of Earth Sciences①.Design/methodology/approach:The identification process involved a meticulous analysis of over 400,000 papers from 466 Geosciences journals and approximately 5,800 papers from 93 interdisciplinary journals sourced from the Web of Science and Dimensions *** map relationships between articles,citation networks were constructed,and spectral clustering algorithms were then employed to identify groups of related research,resulting in 407 *** research terms were extracted using the Log-Likelihood Ratio(LLR)algorithm,followed by statistical analyses on the volume of papers,average publication year,and average citation count within each ***,expert knowledge from DDE Scientific Committee was utilized to select top 30 trends based on their representation,relevance,and impact within Geosciences,and finalize naming of these top trends with consideration of the content and implications of the associated *** comprehensive approach in systematically delineating and characterizing the trends in a way which is understandable to ***:Thirty significant trends were identified in the field of Geosciences,spanning five domains:deep space,deep time,deep Earth,habitable Earth,and big *** topics reflect the latest trends and advancements in Geosciences and have the potential to address real-world problems that are closely related to society,science,and *** limitations:The analyzed data of this study only contain those were included in the Web of *** implications:This study will strongly support the organizations and individual scientists to understand the modern frontier of earth science,espec

Accurate quantification of the algebraic,multiplicative algebraic,and simultaneous iterative reconstruction techniques in ionosphere rebuilding based on the TIEGCM assessment

Economic effect of China's carbon neutrality target under shared socioeconomic pathways

Economic feasibility is crucial for achieving the carbon neutrality ***,current integrated assessments often underestimate the economic impacts of mitigation policies due to the lack of consideration of their economic *** study integrates a warming-labour productivity model with a typical integrated assessment model using shared socioeconomic *** simulates China's economic development and carbon emission levels under both baseline and carbon-neutral policy scenarios,evaluating the economic costs and benefits of emission reduction policies aimed at achieving carbon *** findings reveal the following:(1)The economic costs of emission reduction policies are projected to peak between 2050 and 2060,ranging from 0.41%to 9.37%of total GDP in the baseline scenario,primarily due to increased energy prices and R&D *** costs are expected to decline rapidly after 2070.(2)China's carbon-neutral policies will mitigate global warming,with the economic benefits of mitigation projected to reach 5.65%to 17.24%of China's total GDP by 2100.(3)Lowcarbon scenarios SSP1 and SSP4 could significantly reduce initial economic costs and advance the onset of net economic gains to *** integrated assessment confirms that China's carbon neutrality target offers substantial net economic benefits in the long *** minimize initial economic costs,efforts should focus on enhancing consumption-side transitions,upgrading lowcarbon technologies,and adopting new energy sources.

New Taub-NUT black holes with massive spin-2 hair

We consider Einstein gravity extended with quadratic curvature invariants,within which the well-known Ricci-flat Taub-NUT black hole remains a *** analysis of the unstable Lichnerowicz modes in the Taub-NUT background enables us to identify the mass and NUT parameters(m,n)where new Taub-NUT black holes can *** then adopt numerical techniques to construct these new Taub-NUT black holes,which bifurcate away from the Ricci-flat *** the Ricci-flat Taub-NUT,there can exist two new black holes for an appropriate given temperature,making it a total of three if we include the Ricci-flat one.

Upper Bounds on the Multicolor Ramsey Numbers r_(k)(C_(4))

The multicolor Ramsey number r_(k)(C_(4))is the smallest integer N such that any k-edge coloring of KN contains a monochromatic C_(4).The current best upper bound of r_(k)(C_(4))was obtained by Chung(1974)and independently by Irving(1974),i.e.,r_(k)(C_(4))≤k^(2)+k+1 for all k≥*** is no progress on the upper bound since *** this paper,we improve the upper bound of r_(k)(C_(4))by showing that r_(k)(C_(4))≤k^(2)+k-1 for even k≥*** improvement is based on the upper bound of the Turan number ex(n,C4),in which we mainly use the double counting method and many novel ideas from Firke,Kosek,Nash,and Williford[***,Ser.B 103(2013),327-336].

Seismic isolation design and resilience improvement of railway station considering the influence of near-fault pulse-like ground motions

To improve the resilience of railway stations,a typical station was selected as the research object,and an isolation design was ***-four groups of near-fault pulse-like ground motions were *** seismic resilience of the no-isolation railway stations(NIRS)and the isolation railway stations(IRS)were compared to provide a numerical result of the improvement in *** results show that in the station isolation design,the station's functional requirements and structural characteristics should be considered and the appropriate placement of isolation bearings is under the waiting *** the action of a rare earthquake,the repair cost,repair time,rate of harm and death of the IRS were decreased by 8.04 million,18.30 days,6.93×10^(-3)and 1.21×10^(-3),respectively,when compared to the *** IRS received a seismic resilience grade of three-stars and the NIRS only one-star,indicating that rational isolation design improves the seismic resilience of ***,for the design of stations close to earthquake faults,it is suggested to utilize appropriate isolation techniques to improve their seismic resilience.

The instantaneous detection of entanglement in quantum states poses a significant challenge in the fields of quantum computation and quantum information,and there are no practical methods or tools to complete this task satisfactorily so *** propose a sufficient and necessary criterion of k-nonseparability for any n-partite finite or infinite dimensional systems,2≤k≤*** criterion serves as the foundation for a practical scheme designed to detect entanglement and k-nonseparability across multipar-tite finite-dimensional *** exemplify the application of our scheme,we have developed a software tool that facilitates swift and precise identification of entanglement,k-nonseparability,and genuine entanglement within n-qubit systems,specifically tailored for systems with 2≤n≤4.

Assessment of internal exposure risk from metals pollution of occupational and non-occupational populations around a non-ferrous metal smelting plant

Non-ferrous metal smelting poses significant risks to public ***,the copper smelting process releases arsenic,a semi-volatile metalloid,which poses an emerging exposure risk to both workers and nearby *** comprehensively understand the internal exposure risks of metal(loid)s from copper smelting,we explored eighteen metal(loid)s and arsenic metabolites in the urine of both occupational and non-occupational populations using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with high-performance liquid chromatography and compared their health *** showed that zinc and copper(485.38 and 14.00μg/L),and arsenic,lead,cadmium,vanadium,tin and antimony(46.80,6.82,2.17,0.40,0.44 and 0.23μg/L,respectively)in workers(n=179)were significantly higher compared to controls(n=168),while Zinc,tin and antimony(412.10,0.51 and 0.15μg/L,respectively)of residents were significantly higher than ***,workers had a higher monomethyl arsenic percentage(MMA%),showing lower arsenic methylation *** appointment analysis identified arsenic,lead,cadmium,antimony,tin and thallium as co-exposure metal(loid)s from copper smelting,positively relating to the age of *** hazard index(HI)of workers exceeded 1.0,while residents and control were approximately at ***,all three populations had accumulated cancer risks exceeding 1.0×10^(-4),and arsenite(AsIII)was the main contributor to the variation of workers and ***,residents living closer to the smelting plant had higher health *** study reveals arsenic exposure metabolites and multiple metals as emerging contaminants for copper smelting exposure populations,providing valuable insights for pollution control in non-ferrous metal smelting.

PINN for solving forward and inverse problems involving integrable two-dimensional nonlocal equations

In this paper, the physics informed neural network(PINN) deep learning method is applied to solve two-dimensional nonlocal equations, including the partial reverse space y-nonlocal Mel'nikov equation, the partial reverse space-time nonlocal Mel'nikov equation and the nonlocal twodimensional nonlinear Schr?dinger(NLS) equation. By the PINN method, we successfully derive a data-driven two soliton solution, lump solution and rogue wave solution. Numerical simulation results indicate that the error range between the data-driven solution and the exact solution is relatively small, which verifies the effectiveness of the PINN deep learning method for solving high dimensional nonlocal equations. Moreover, the parameter discovery of the partial reverse space-time nonlocal Mel'nikov equation is analysed in terms of its soliton solution for the first time.
