By numerically solving the three-dimensional time-dependent Schrödinger equation,we have investigated multiphoton ionization of hydrogen atom in the two-color circularly polarized(TCCP)laser fields consisting of a strong 400 nm and a much weaker 800 nm *** to the presence of perturbative 800 nm laser pulse,sideband peaks emerge between the above-threshold ionization rings in the photoelectron momentum *** numerical results show that the sideband peaks exhibit one-lobe structure in the co-rotating TCCP laser fields,while it displays the three-lobe structure in the counter-rotating TCCP laser ***,the photoelectron yield of sidebands in the co-rotating TCCP fields is much higher than those of the counter-rotating TCCP *** phenomena could be well explained from the perspective of the photon-absorption channels via the selection ***,an obvious phase shift between the sidebands of different orders from the co-rotating and counter-rotating TCCP fields is *** shift indicates the helicity-dependent time delay in the one-photon continuum-continuum transition process.

利用Cr(Ⅲ)-取代磷钨杂多配合物PW11O39CrⅢ(H2O)4-的内球电子转移特性,通过与反应活性中心CrⅢ(H2O)第六配位水分子的交换反应,将4-甲基吡啶分子络合修饰到该活性中心上进行阳极催化氧化.可见吸收光谱证实4-甲基吡啶和CrⅢ(H2O)中心进行配体交换反应生成PW11O39CrⅢ(NC6H7)4-;而循环伏安和恒电位电解实验结果表明,修饰在Cr(Ⅲ)活性中心上的4-甲基吡啶分子每一步都经历2电子氧化,依次生成吡啶-4-甲醇,吡啶-4-甲醛和吡啶-4-甲酸.由此提出了一个关于这类反应的分子内电催化模板机制,为过渡金属取代杂多配合物作为间接氧化电催化剂的应用开辟了一条新途径.

Background:The current World Health Organization(WHO) classification of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) con?veys little prognostic *** study aimed to propose an NPC histopathologic classification that can poten?tially be used to predict prognosis and treatment ***:We initially developed a histopathologic classification based on the morphologic traits and cell differentia?tion of tumors of 2716 NPC patients who were identified at sun Yat?sen university Cancer Center(SYSUCC)(training cohort).Then,the proposed classification was applied to 1702 patients(retrospective validation cohort) from hospitals outside SYSUCC and 1613 patients(prospective validation cohort) from *** efficacy of radiochemotherapy and radiotherapy modalities was compared between the proposed *** used Cox proportional hazards models to estimate hazard ratios(HRs) with 95% confidence intervals(CI) for overall survival(OS).Results:The 5?year OS rates for all NPC patients who were diagnosed with epithelial carcinoma(EC;3708 patients),mixed sarcomatoid?epithelial carcinoma(MSEC;1247 patients),sarcomatoid carcinoma(SC;823 patients),and squamous cell carcinoma(SCC;253 patients) were 79.4%,70.5%,59.6%,and 42.6%,respectively(P < 0.001).In mul?tivariate models,patients with MSEC had a shorter OS than patients with EC(HR = 1.44,95% CI = 1.27–1.62),SC(HR = 2.00,95% CI = 1.76–2.28),or SCC(HR = 4.23,95% CI = 3.34–5.38).Radiochemotherapy significantly improved survival compared with radiotherapy alone for patients with EC(HR 49–0.75),and possibly for those with SCC(HR = 0.67,95% CI = 0.56–0.80),MSEC(HR = 0.58,95% CI = 0..74–1.28).= 0.63;95% CI = 0.40–0.98),but not for patients with SC(HR = 0.97,95% CI = 0Conclusions:The proposed classification offers more information for the prediction of NPC prognosis compared with the WHO classification and might be a valuable tool to guide treatment decisions for subtypes that are associ?ated with a poor prognosis.

Mammalian target of rapamycin(m TOR) inhibitor as an attractive drug target with promising antitumor effects has been widely investigated. High quality clinical trial has been conducted in liver transplant(LT) recipients in Western countries. However, the pertinent studies in Eastern world are paucity. Therefore, we designed a clinical trial to test whether sirolimus can improve recurrence-free survival(RFS) in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) patients beyond the Milan criteria after LT. This is an open-labeled, single-arm, prospective, multicenter, and real-world study aiming to evaluate the clinical outcomes of early switch to sirolimus-based regimens in HCC patients after LT. Patients with a histologically proven HCC and beyond the Milan criteria will be enrolled. The initial immunosuppressant regimens are center-specifc for the frst 4-6 weeks. The following regimens integrated sirolimus into the regimens as a combination therapy with reduced calcineurin inhibitors based on the condition of patients and centers. The study is planned for 4 years in total with a 2-year enrollment period and a 2-year follow-up. We predict that sirolimus conversion regimen will provide survival benefts for patients particular in the key indicator RFS as well as better quality of life. If the trial is conducted successfully, we will have a continued monitoring over a longer follow-up time to estimate indicator of overall survival. We hope that the outcome will provide better evidence for clinical decision-making and revising treatment guidelines based on Chinese population data.

Based on previous site testing and satellite cloud data,Ali,Daocheng and Muztagh-ata have been selected as candidate sites for the Large Optical/Infrared Telescope(LOT) in *** present the data collection,processing,management and quality analysis for our site testing based on using similar *** analyze meteorological data,seeing,background light,cloud and precipitable water vapor data from 2017 March 10 to 2019 March *** also investigated the relative usefulness of our all-sky camera data in comparison to that from the meteorological TERRA satellite data based on a night-by-night comparison of the correlation and consistency between *** find a 6% discrepancy arising from a wide range of factors.

The marvelously diverse Orchidaceae constitutes the largest family of *** genus Cymbidium in Orchidaceae is well known for its unique vegetation,floral morphology,and flower scent ***,a chromosomescale assembly of the genome of Cymbidium ensifolium(Jianlan)is *** genomic analysis showed that *** has experienced two whole-genome duplication(WGD)events,the most recent of which was shared by all orchids,while the older event was the t event shared by most *** results of MADS-box genes analysis provided support for establishing a unique gene model of orchid flower development regulation,and flower shape mutations in *** were shown to be associated with the abnormal expression of MADS-box *** most abundant floral scent components identi fied included methyl jasmonate,acacia alcohol and linalool,and the genes involved in the floral scent component network of *** were ***,the decreased expression of photosynthesis-antennae and photosynthesis metabolic pathway genes in leaves was shown to result in colorful striped leaves,while the increased expression of MADS-box genes in leaves led to perianth-like *** results provide fundamental insights into orchid evolution and diversi fication.

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in June 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in June 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.
