This study presents a multi-center clinical data management platform that facilitates unified and structured management of real-world data and serves as an ideal tool to enhance the quality and progress of clinical research related to severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).The use of the platform enables clinical teams to obtain safe,accurate,structurally unified,traceable,sceneclear,and fully functional real-world medical data in the diagnosis,treatment,and research of acute pancreatitis(AP).

Ti-V-based alloys are proved of huge potential in storing hydrogen,but the incomplete reversible hydrogen storage capacity caused by overstability of V hydride has limited the large-scale *** this study,Ti_(32)V_(40+x)Fe_(23-x)Mn_(5)(x=0,4,8,12,at.%)alloys were designed,and the effects of V/Fe ratio on phase constitution and hydrogen storage properties were *** main phase of the alloys is body-centered cubic(Bcc)phase,and the lattice constants of the Bcc phase decrease with the decrease of V/Fe ***,c14 Laves phase exists in alloys with a Fe content of 19at.%to 23at.%.For hydrogenation,the c14 Laves phase can accelerate the hydrogen absorption rate,but the hydrogen absorption capacity is *** the decrease of V/Fe ratio,the hydride gradually *** to its large lattice constant and high hydrogen absorption phase content,the Ti_(32)V_(52)Fe_(11)Mn_(5)alloy shows the most enhanced hydrogen storage properties with hydrogenation and dehydrogenation capacities of 3.588wt.%at 298 K and 1.688wt.%at 343 K,*** hydrogen absorption capacity of this alloy can be reserved to 3.574wt.%after 20 cycles of hydrogen absorption and desorption.

Through carrying out the high-temperature tensile experiments on an as-extruded Mg-11wt%Y alloy at 350℃,400℃,450℃,500℃and 550℃,the mechanical behavior and fracture mechanisms at elevated temperatures are investigated and *** results show that with the increase of temperature,the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength of the alloy increase at first and then decrease,while that the elongation ratio decreases firstly and then *** the sample being tested at 350℃,the values of yield strength,ultimate tensile strength and the elongation ratio are 188 MPa,266 MPa and 11%,*** 400℃,the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength reach the maximum values of,respectively,198 MPa and 277 MPa,but the elongation ratio is the lowest and its value is only 8%.When the applied temperature is increased to 550℃,the values of yield strength and ultimate tensile strength,respectively,decrease to 140 MPa and 192 MPa and the elongation ratio increases to 38%.Failure analysis demonstrates that the fracture surfaces of different samples are mainly composed of plastic dimples and exhibit the typical characteristic of ductile *** observation to the fracture side surfaces indicates that at the temperatures of 350℃and 400℃,microcracks mainly initiate in the interior of Mg_(24)Y_(5)*** the temperatures are 450℃,500℃and 550℃,the cracks preferentially initiate at the Mg_(24)Y_(5)/α-Mg interfaces.

AIM:To analyze the distribution of refractive status in school-age children with different corneal curvatures(cc)and the correlation between cc and refractive ***:A total of 2214 school-aged children of grade 4 in Hangzhou who were screened for school myopia were *** distance visual acuity(UcDVA),non-cycloplegic refraction,axial length(AL),horizontal and vertical corneal curvature(K1,K2)were measured and spherical equivalent(SE),corneal curvature radius(ccR)and axial length/corneal radius of curvature ratio(AL/cR)were ***classified as school-screening *** to the different ccRs,the patients were divided into the lower corneal curvature(Lcc)group(ccR≥7.92)and the higher corneal curvature(Hcc)group(ccRch group was further divided into the normal AL subgroup and the long AL *** refractive parameters were compared to identify any differences between the two ***:Both SE and AL were greater in the Lcc group(P=0.013,Pence of myopia was 38% in the Lcc group and 44% in the Hcc group(Pchildren without screening myopia was higher in the Lcc group(62%)than in the Hcc group(56%).Among these children without screening myopia,the proportion of long AL in the Lcc group(24%)was significantly higher than that in the Hcc group(0.012%;Pchange of SE in the Lcc group was less affected by the increase of AL than that in the Hcc ***:School-aged children in the Lcc group have a lower incidence of screening myopia and longer *** cc can mask SE reduction and AL growth to some extent,and the change of AL growth change more in children with low cc than high *** the onset of myopia,its growth rate is even faster than that after the onset of myopia.

The top goal of modern medicine is treating disease without destroying organ structures and making patients as healthy as they were before their *** invasive surgery(MIS)has dominated the surgical realm because of its lesser ***,changes in anatomical structures of the body and reconstruction of internal organs or different organs are common after traditional surgery or MIS,decreasing the quality of life of patients ***,I propose a new treatment mode,super MIS(SMIS),which is defined as“curing a disease or lesion which used to be treated by MIS while preserving the integrity of the organs”.In this study,I describe the origin,definition,operative channels,advantages,and future perspectives of SMIS.

Belief propagation list(BPL) decoding for polar codes has attracted more attention due to its inherent parallel nature. However, a large gap still exists with cRc-aided ScL(cA-ScL) *** this work, an improved segmented belief propagation list decoding based on bit flipping(SBPL-BF) is proposed. On the one hand, the proposed algorithm makes use of the cooperative characteristic in BPL decoding such that the codeword is decoded in different BP decoders. Based on this characteristic, the unreliable bits for flipping could be split into multiple subblocks and could be flipped in different decoders simultaneously. On the other hand, a more flexible and effective processing strategy for the priori information of the unfrozen bits that do not need to be flipped is designed to improve the decoding convergence. In addition, this is the first proposal in BPL decoding which jointly optimizes the bit flipping of the information bits and the code bits. In particular, for bit flipping of the code bits, a H-matrix aided bit-flipping algorithm is designed to enhance the accuracy in identifying erroneous code bits. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm significantly improves the errorcorrection performance of BPL decoding for medium and long codes. It is more than 0.25 d B better than the state-of-the-art BPL decoding at a block error rate(BLER) of 10^(-5), and outperforms cA-ScL decoding in the low signal-to-noise(SNR) region for(1024, 0.5)polar codes.

During continuous casting of steel slabs,the application of electromagnetic braking technology(EMBr)provides an effective tool to influence solidification by controlling the pattern of melt flow in the ***,the quality of the final product can be improved considerably.A new electromagnetic braking(EMBr)method,named vertical-combined electromagnetic braking(Vc-EMBr),is proposed to be applied to a flexible thin slab casting(FTSc)*** evaluate the beneficial effects of the Vc-EMBr,the melt flow,heat transfer,and solidification processes in the FTSc mold are studied by means of numerical *** detail,a Reynolds-averaged Navier–Stokes turbulence model together with an enthalpy-porosity approach was *** numerical findings are compared with respective simulations using the traditional *** results demonstrate that the application of the Vc-EMBr contributes significantly to preventing relative slab *** contrast to the Ruler-EMBr,the additional vertical magnetic poles of the Vc-EMBr preferentially suppress the direct impact of jet flow on the narrow face of FSTc mold and considerably diminish the level fluctuation near the meniscus *** instance,by applying a magnetic flux density of 0.3 T,the maximum amplitude of meniscus deflection reduces by about 80%.Moreover,the braking effect of the Vc-EMBr effectively improves the homogeneity of temperature distribution in the upper recirculation region and increases the solidified shell thickness along the casting *** this basis,the newly proposed Vc-EMBr shows a beneficial effect in preventing relative slab defects for FTSc thin slab continuous casting.

In this paper, the insurance company considers venture capital and risk-free investment in a constant proportion. The surplus process is perturbed by diffusion. At first, the integro-differential equations satisfied by the expected discounted dividend payments and the Gerber-Shiu function are derived. Then, the approximate solutions of the integro-differential equations are obtained through the sinc method. Finally, the numerical examples are given when the claim sizes follow different distributions. Furthermore, the errors between the explicit solution and the numerical solution are discussed in a special case.
