In this paper,by solving a complex nonlinear Schr6dinger equation,radially symmetric dissipative vortex solitons are obtained analytically and are tested *** find that spatially inhomogeneous nonlinear absorption gives rise to the stability of dissipative vortex solitons in self-defocusing nonlinear medium in the presence of constant linear *** simulation reveals the interaction effect among linear gain and nonlinear loss in the azimuthal modulation instabilities of these vortices *** from vortex in this media,another noticeable feature of current setup the uniform linear gain indeed affects the stability of is that the steep spatial modulation of the nonlinear absorption can suppress sidelobes effectively and support stable vortex solitons in situations with uniform linear *** appropriate conditions,the vortex solitons can propagate stably and feature no symmetry breaking,although the beams exhibit radical compression and amplification as they propagate.

Coronary artery disease(CAD),the most common type of cardiovascular disease(CVD),remains the leading cause of mortality in both developing and developed countries,accounting for approximately 17.3 million deaths in 2013,higher than the data in 1990.111 The American College of Cardiology(ACC)/American Heart Association(AHA)score is one of the typical and accurate model to evaluate the 10-year risk of a first hard atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease(ASCVD)event based on a sex-and-race large Pooled Cohort ***,the present study aimed to investigate the association between the ACC/AHA risk score and the Gensini Score(GS)system,and determine whether ACC/AHA score could predict the presence and severity of CAD.

This study was carried out explore the mechanism underlying the inhibition of platelet activation by kelp fucoidans in deep venous thrombosis(DVT)*** the control and sham mice,the walls of deep vein were regular and smooth with intact intima,myometrium and *** blood vessel was wrapped with the tissue and there was no thrombosis in the *** the DVT model,the wall was uneven with thicken intima,myometrium and *** treated with fucoidans LF1 and LF2,the thrombus was dissolved and the blood vessel was *** with the control group,the ROS content,ET-1 and VWF content and the expression of PKC-βand NF-κB in the model were significantly higher(P<0.05);these levels were significantly reduced following treatments with LF2 and *** with H_(2)O_(2)treated-HUVECs,combined LF1 and LF2 treatment resulted in significant decrease in the expression of PKC-β,NF-κB,VWF and TM protein(P<0.05).It is clear that LF1 and LF2 reduces DVT-induced ET-1,VWF and TM expressions and production of ROS,thus inhibiting the activation of PKC-β/NF-κB signal pathway and the activation of coagulation system and ultimately reducing the formation of venous thrombus.

β-Chiral sulfones are structural motifs widely found in natural products and bioactive molecules, while also serving as important intermediates for the synthesis of valuable chiral scaffolds. In contrast to the rapid growth of sulfur dioxide insertion chemistry over the last decade, enantioselective catalytic variants for accessing β-chiral sulfones, especially those bearing a quaternary carbon stereocenter, remain rare. Herein, we report an enantioselective copper/bisoxazoline catalyzed oxysulfonylation of alkenes to yield isoxazolinyl-containing β-chiral sulfones bearing quaternary carbon stereocenters with moderate to excellent yields and up to 96:4 er. The advantage and irreplaceability of this sulfur dioxide insertion catalytic system have been demonstrated by achieving transformations clearly unavailable with the previously reported sulfonyl chloride system. Additionally,the recoverability of the new-developed bisoxazoline ligand L9 and its reusability without any erosion of the catalytic activity and enantioselectivity further demonstrate the usefulness of the protocol.

The exact solution for the combined KS and KdV equation is obtained via introducing a simple and effective nonlinear *** method is very concise and primary and can be applied to other unintegrable nonlinear evolution *** is common knowledge that the Korteweg de Vries(KdV) equation [1] (1)has been proposed as model equation for the weakly nonlinear long waves which occur in many different physical systems; the Kuramoto-Sivashinsky (KS) equationis one of the simplest nonliaear partial differential equations that exhibit Chaotic behavior frequently encounted in the study of continous media [2-4] . Oil-gas two phase wax deposition is a fairly common and open-ended question in flow assurance of multiphase transportation *** paper investigated the two main aspects of oil-gas two phase wax deposition layer:apparent thickness and crystal structure characteristics.A typical highly paraffinic oil in Bohai Sea,China,was used as the experimental material to investigate the wax deposition thickness in oil-gas two phase under the influence of different oil temperatures,superficial gas/liquid phase velocities and gas-oil ratios by using multiphase flow loop experimental *** as in the classical theory of wax molecular diffusion,it showed that wax deposition thickness of oil-gas two phase increased with increasing oil *** of the impact of different superficial phase velocities found that the actual liquid flow heat transfer and shear stripping was the gas phase dominant mechanisms determining wax deposit *** addition,the crystal structure of the wax deposition layer was characterized with the help of small-angle X-ray scattering(SAXS)for different circumferential positions,flow rates and gas-oil *** bottom deposition layer had a complex crystal structure and high hardness,which were subject to change over flow rate ***,the SAXS results provided evidence that the indirect effect of the actual liquid velocity modified by the gas phase was the main *** study of the effect of gas phase on the wax deposition of oil-gas two phase will help shed light onto the mechanism by which this important process *** findings address a very urgent need in the field of wax deposition of highly paraffinic oil to understand the flow security of oilgas two phase that occurs easily in multiphase field pipelines.

Osteoporosis is a widely observed condition characterized by the systemic deterioration of bone mass and microarchitecture,which increases patient susceptibility to fragile *** intricate mechanisms governing bone homeostasis are substantially impacted by extracellular vesicles(EVs),which play crucial roles in both pathological and physiological *** derived from various sources exert distinct effects on ***,EVs released by osteoblasts,endothelial cells,myocytes,and mesenchymal stem cells contribute to bone formation due to their unique cargo of proteins,miRNAs,and ***,EVs secreted by osteoclasts and immune cells promote bone resorption and inhibit bone ***,the use of EVs as therapeutic modalities or biomaterials for diagnosing and managing osteoporosis is ***,we review the current understanding of the impact of EVs on bone homeostasis,including the classification and biogenesis of EVs and the intricate regulatory mechanisms of EVs in ***,we present an overview of the latest research progress on diagnosing and treating osteoporosis by using ***,we discuss the challenges and prospects of translational research on the use of EVs in osteoporosis.
