Submerged vegetation commonly grows and plays a vital role in aquatic ecosystems,but it is also regarded as a barrier to the passing *** simulations of flow through and over submerged vegetation were carried out to investigate the effect of vegetation density on flow *** simulations were computationally set up to replicate flume experiments,in which vegetation was mimicked with flexible plastic *** fluid-structure interaction between flow and flexible vegetation was solved by coupling the two modules of the COMSOl *** cases with different vegetation densities were simulated,and the results were successfully validated against the experimental *** contours of the simulated time-averaged streamwise velocity and Reynolds stress were extracted to highlight the differences in mean and turbulent flow *** turbulence intensity was found to be more sensitive to vegetation density than the time-averaged *** developing length increased with the spacing between *** snapshots of the bending vegetation under instantaneous velocity and vorticity revealed that flexible vegetation responded to the effects of eddies in the shear layer by swaying *** first two rows of vegetation suffered stronger approaching flow and were prone to more streamlined *** addition,the origin of tip vortices was investigated via the distribution of *** results reveal the variation of flow properties with bending submerged vegetation and provide useful reference for optimizationofrestorationprojects.

The Bozhong19-6(BZ19-6)condensate gas reservoirs,located in the southwestern Bozhong sub-basin,Bohai Bay Basin,China,were paleo-oil reservoirs in the geological past and have undergone at least three successive hydrocarbon charging *** hydrocarbon migration and accumulation process of“early oil and late gas”has occurred in the current *** the end of the sedimentation of the Guantao Formation(N_(1)g,∼12 Ma),the reservoirs began to fill with first stage low-moderate mature crude *** the late stage of the lower Minghuazhen Formation(N_(1)ml)(∼6.7 Ma),the reservoirs were largely charged with second stage high mature crude *** the deposition of the upper Minghuazhen Formation(N_(2)m^(u),∼5.1 Ma),the paleo-oil reservoirs were transformed into shallow Neogene reservoirs due to the reactivation of basement *** the late stage of the N_(2)m^(u)to the present day(∼2.8–0 Ma),the reservoirs were rapidly filled by natural gas within a short *** addition,analysis of the formation of the reservoir bitumen and the conspicuous loss of the lower molecular weight n-alkanes in the crude oil reveal that the injection of a large amount of gas in the late stage caused gas flushing of the early charged oil.

为适应高温超导电缆商业化运行需求,提出一种考虑不同应用模式下制冷系统和过热保护影响的含高温超导电缆的配电网可靠性评估方法。依据高温超导电缆制冷系统的工作原理、故障特性及过热保护装置的动作逻辑和自动重合规则,对高温超导电缆系统可靠性进行建模分析。考虑了低压联络和配电线路增效2种典型应用模式下高温超导电缆接入对配电网的可靠性影响,采用融入了计及高温超导电缆的新增故障模式的最小割集法求解配电网可靠性指标,实现含高温超导电缆的配电网可靠性评估。以某实际配电网为算例,通过仿真分析了制冷系统故障和过热保护对配电网不同可靠性指标的影响,并与传统的配电网改造方案进行对比,验证了所提方法的有效性。

landslide disasters comprise the majority of geological incidents on slopes,posing severe threats to the safety of human lives and property while exerting a significant impact on the geological *** rapid identification of landslides is important for disaster prevention and control;however,currently,landslide identification relies mainly on the manual interpretation of remote sensing *** interpretation and feature recognition methods are time-consuming,labor-intensive,and challenging when confronted with complex ***,automatic landslide recognition has emerged as a pivotal avenue for future *** this study,a dataset comprising 2000 landslide images was constructed using open-source remote sensing images and *** YOlOv7 model was enhanced using data augmentation algorithms and attention *** optimization models were formulated to realize automatic landslide *** findings demonstrate the commendable performance of the optimized model in automatic landslide recognition,achieving a peak accuracy of 95.92%.Subsequently,the optimized model was applied to regional landslide identification,co-seismic landslide identification,and landslide recognition at various scales,all of which showed robust recognition ***,the model exhibits limitations in detecting small targets,indicating areas for refining the deep-learning *** results of this research offer valuable technical support for the swift identification,prevention,and mitigation of landslide disasters.

To address the limitations of conventional nanotechnology-based drug delivery systems,this work developed enzyme and reduction dual-responsive polymeric *** micelles were synthesized with copolymers composed of TPGS_(3350)-PVGlIG-DOX(TPD)and FA-SS-DOX(FSD),which endow them with tumor-targeted drug delivery ***_(3350)contributes to extending the circulation of micelles in body,augmenting their accumulation in tumor tissues via the enhanced permeability and retention(EPR)*** localized the tumor site,matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP2)cleaves the PVGlIG peptide moiety within the micelles,thereby releasing TPGS_(3350)and exposing the targeting ligand of *** approach enables the subsequent internalization of the micelles by tumor cells through folate receptor-mediated *** internalization,the high intracel.ular concentration of glutathione(GSH)triggers the reduction of the disulfide bond within the FA-SS-DOX,leading to the release of the anticancer-drug doxorubicin(DOX),which promotes apoptosis in the tumor cells and enhances the efficacy of chemotherapy.
