The recent advances in aqueous magnesium-ion hybrid supercapacitor(MHSC)have attracted great attention as it brings together the benefits of high energy density,high power density,and synchronously addresses cost and safety ***,the freeze of aqueous electrolytes discourages aqueous MHSC from operating at low-temperature ***,a low-concentration aqueous solution of 4 mol l^(-1) Mg(ClO_(4))_(2) is devised for its low freezing point(-67℃)and ultra-high ionic conductivity(3.37 mS cm^(-1) at-50℃).Both physical characterizations and computational simulations revealed that the Mg(ClO_(4))_(2) can effectively disrupt the original hydrogen bond network among water molecules via transmuting the electrolyte structure,thus yielding a low freezing ***,the Mg(ClO_(4))_(2) electrolytes endue aqueous MHSC with a wider temperature operation range(-50℃–25℃)and a higher energy density of 103.9 Wh kg^(-1) at 3.68 kW kg^(-1) over commonly used magnesium salts(i.e.,MgSO_(4) and Mg(NO_(3))_(2))***,a quasi-solid-state MHSC based on polyacrylamide-based hydrogel electrolyte holds superior low-temperature performance,excellentﬂexibility,and high *** work pioneers a convenient,cheap,and eco-friendly tactic to procure low-temperature aqueous magnesium-ion energy storage device.

qSTA2-2,a novel QTl that contributes to seed starch synthesis in Zea mays l.

The seed storage materials accumulate during seed development,and are essential for seed germination and seedling *** we employed two bi-parental populations of an F2:3 population developed from a cross of improved 220(I220,small seeds with low starch)and PH4CV(large seeds with high starch),as well as recombinant-inbred lines(RIls)of X178(high starch)and its improved introgression line I178(low starch),to identify the genes that control seed storage *** identified a total of 12 QTls for starch,protein and oil,which explained 3.44-10.79%of the phenotypic *** them,qSTA2-1 identified in F2:3 and qSTA2-2 identified in the RIls partially overlapped at an interval of 7.314-9.554 Mb,and they explained 3.44-10.21%of the starch content variation,so they were selected for further *** mapping of qSTA2-2 with the backcrossed populations of ^(I220)/PH4CV in each generation narrowed it down to a 199.7 kb interval that contains 14 open reading frames(ORFs).Transcriptomic analysis of developing seeds from the near-isogenic lines(NIls)of ^(I220)/PH4CV(BC_(5)F_(2))showed that only 11 ORFs were expressed in 20 days after pollination(DAP)*** of them were upregulated and six of them were downregulated in NIl^(I220),and the differentially expressed genes(DEGs)between NIl^(I220) and NIl^(PH4CV) were enriched in starch metabolism,hormone signal transduction and glycosaminoglycan *** the eleven NIl^(I220) differential expressed ORFs,ORF4(Zm00001d002260)and ORF5(Zm00001d002261)carry 75%protein sequence similarity,both encodes an glycolate oxidase,were the possible candidates of *** analysis and validation indicated that mutation of the qSTA2-2 locus resulted in the dysfunction of ABA accumulation,the embryo/endosperm ratio and the starch and hormone levels.

量子计算因具有并行处理能力,相比于经典计算有着指数级的加速,但量子系统具有脆弱性,极易受到噪声的影响,量子纠错码是克服量子噪声的有效手段.量子表面码是一种拓扑稳定子码,由于其结构上的最近邻居特点和较高的容错阈值,表面码在大规模容错量子计算方面具有巨大的潜力.目前已有的基于边界的表面码均为编码一个逻辑比特的表面码,本文主要研究基于边界如何实现多逻辑量子比特的编码,包括设计表面码的结构,根据结构找出对应的稳定子和逻辑操作,进一步根据稳定子设计出基于稳定子实现的编码线路;在研究基于测量和纠正的单量子比特间CNOT实现原理和基于融合操作和分割操作的单逻辑量子比特表面码间CNOT门实现原理的基础上,优化了基于融合操作和分割操作的单逻辑量子比特表面码间CNOT门实现方案,将其扩展到所设计的多逻辑量子比特表面码上实现了多逻辑量子比特表面码之间的CNOT操作,并通过仿真验证量子线路的正确性.本文设计的多逻辑比特表面码克服了单比特表面码不能密铺于量子芯片的缺点且提高了某些逻辑操作的长度,提高了容错能力.基于联合测量的思想降低了对辅助比特的要求且减小了实现过程中对量子资源的需求.

A deep learning model based on contrast-enhanced computed tomography for differential diagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma

Infrared microspectroscopy beamline Bl06B at SSRF

The infrared microspectroscopy beamline(Bl06B) is a phase Ⅱ beamline project at the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF). The construction and optical alignment of Bl06B were completed by the end of 2020. By 2021, it became accessible to users. The synchrotron radiation infrared(SRIR) source included edge radiation(ER) and bending magnet radiation(BMR). The extracted angles in the horizontal and vertical directions were 40 and 20 mrad, respectively. The photon flux, spectral resolution, and focused spot size were measured at the Bl06B endstation, and the experimental results were consistent with theoretical cal.ulations. SRIR light has a small divergence angle, high brightness, and a wide wavelength range. As a source of IR microscopy, it can easily focus on a diffraction-limited spatial resolution with a high signal-to-noise ratio(SNR). The Bl06B endstation can be applied in a wide range of research fields, including materials, chemistry, biology, geophysics, and pharmacology.

Revealing the size effect of Fe S2on solid-state battery performances at different operating temperatures

FeS_(2) shows significant potential as cathode material for all-solid-state lithium batteries(ASSlBs)due to its high theoretical specific capacity,low cost,and environmental ***,the poor ion/electron conductivity and large volume variation effect of FeS_(2) inhibit its practical ***,the influence of particle size of FeS_(2) on the corresponding sulfide-based solid-state batteries is carefully investigated by tuning FeS_(2) ***,low operating temperature is chosen to mitigate the large volume changes during cycling in the battery.S-FeS_(2) with smaller particle sizes delivers superior electrochemical performances than that of the larger l-FeS_(2) in li_(5.5)PS_(4.5)Cl_(1.5)-based ASSlBs under different operating temperatures.S-FeS_(2) shows stable discharge capacities during 50 cycles with a current density of 0.1 m A/cm^(2)under -20℃.When the current density rises to 1.0 m A/cm^(2),it delivers an initial discharge capacity of 146.9 m Ah/g and maintains 63% of the capacity after 100 *** work contributes to constructing ASSlBs enables excellent electrochemical performances under extreme operating temperatures.

Antimicrobial resistance characteristics and phylogenetic relationships of pl.uromutilin-resistant Enterococcus isolates from different environmental samples along a laying hen production chain

Antimicrobial resistance in the laying hen production industry has become a serious public health *** antimicrobial resistance and phylogenetic relationships of the common conditional pathogen Enterococcus along the laying hen production chain have not been systematically clarified.105 Enterococcus isolates were obtained from 115 environmental samples (air,dust,feces,fies,sewage,and soil) collected along the laying hen production chain (breeding chicken,chick,young chicken,and commercial laying hen).These Enterococcus isolates exhibited resistance to some clinically relevant antibiotics,such as tetracycline (92.4%),streptomycin (92.4%),and erythromycin (91.4%),and all strains had multidrug resistance *** genome sequencing characterized 29 acquired antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) that conferred resistance to 11 classes of antibiotics in 51pl.uromutilin-resistant Enterococcus isolates,and lsa(E),which mediates resistance to pl.uromutilins,always co-occurred with l.u(B).Alignments with the Mobile Genetic Elements database identified four transposons (Tn554,Tn558,Tn6261,and Tn6674) with several ARGs(erm(A),ant(9)-la,fex(A),and optrA) that mediated resistance to many clinically important ***,we identified two new transposons that carried ARGs in the Tn554 family designated as Tn7508 and Tn7492.A complementary approach based on conventional multi-locus sequence typing and whole genome single nucleotide polymorphism analysis showed that phylogenetically related pl.uromutilin-resistant Enterococcus isolates were widely distributed in various environments on different production *** results indicate that environmental contamination by antimicrobial-resistant Enterococcus requires greater attention,and they highlight the risk of pl.uromutilin-resistant Enterococcus and ARGs disseminating along the laying hen production chain,thereby warranting effective disinfection.
