In this paper,a new full-Newton step primal-dual interior-point algorithm for solving the special weighted linear complementarity problem is designed and *** algorithm employs a kernel function with a linear growth term to derive the search direction,and by introducing new technical results and selecting suitable parameters,we prove that the iteration bound of the algorithm is as good as best-known polynomial complexity of interior-point ***,numerical results illustrate the efficiency of the proposed method.

Designing efficient and long-lasting non-metal electrocatalysts is an urgent task for addressing the issue of kinetic hysteresis in electrochemical oxidation *** bimetallic hydroxides,catalyzing the oxygen evolution reaction(OER),have significant research potential because hydroxide reconstruction to generate an active phase is a remarkable ***,the complete reconstruction of ultrathin CoNi(OH)_(2) nanosheets was achieved by embedding Ag nanoparticles into the hydroxide to induce a spontaneous redox reaction(SRR),forming heterojunction Ag@CoNi(OH)_(2) for bifunctional *** calculations and in situ Raman and ex situ characterizations revealed that the inductive effect of the Ag cation redistributed the charge to promote phase transformation to highly activate Ag-modified *** Co-Ni dual sites in Co/NiOOH serve as novel active sites for optimizing the intermediates,thereby weakening the barrier formed by OOH^*.Ag@CoNi(OH)_(2) required a potential of 1.55 V to drive water splitting at a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2),with nearly 98.6% Faraday *** ion induction and triggering of electron regulation in the OER via the synergistic action of the heterogeneous interface and surface reconstruction,this strategic design can overcome the limited capacity of bimetallic hydroxides and bridge the gap between the basic theory and industrialization of water decomposition.

As an important mechanism in multi-agent interaction,communication can make agents form complex team relationships rather than constitute a simple set of multiple independent ***,the existing communication schemes can bring much timing redundancy and irrelevant messages,which seriously affects their practical *** solve this problem,this paper proposes a targeted multiagent communication algorithm based on state control(SCTC).The SCTC uses a gating mechanism based on state control to reduce the timing redundancy of communication between agents and determines the interaction relationship between agents and the importance weight of a communication message through a series connection of hard-and self-attention mechanisms,realizing targeted communication message *** addition,by minimizing the difference between the fusion message generated from a real communication message of each agent and a fusion message generated from the buffered message,the correctness of the final action choice of the agent is *** evaluation using a challenging set of Star Craft II benchmarks indicates that the SCTC can significantly improve the learning performance and reduce the communication overhead between agents,thus ensuring better cooperation between agents.

To improve the electrocatalytic transformation of carbon dioxide （CO2） to multi-carbon (C2+) products is of great *** we developed a nitrogen-doped Cu catalyst,by which the maximum C2+Faradaic efficiency can reach 72.7%in flow-cell system,with the partial current density reaching 0.62 A *** in situ Raman spectra demonstrate that the *CO adsorption can be strengthened on such a N-doped Cu catalyst,thus promoting the*CO utilization in the subsequent C–C coupling ***,the water activation can be well enhanced by N doping on Cu *** to the synergistic effects,the selectivity and activity for C2+products over the N-deoped Cu catalyst are much improved.

Soil redox potential(Eh)plays an important role in the biogeochemical cycling of soil *** its effect soil process and nutrients'availability under elevated atmospheric CO_(2) concentration and warming has seldom been ***,in this study,a field experiment was used to elucidate the effect of elevated CO_(2) concentration and warming on soil Eh,redox-sensitive elements and root radial oxygen loss(ROL).We hypothesized elevated CO_(2) and warming could alter soil Eh by promoting or inhibiting *** found that soil Eh in the rhizosphere was significantly higher than that of *** CO_(2) enhanced soil Eh by 11.5%,which corresponded to a significant decrease in soil Fe^(2+)and Mn^(2+)*** elevated CO_(2),the concentration of Fe^(2+)and Mn^(2+)decreased by 14.7%and 13.7%,*** also found that elevated CO_(2) altered rice root aerenchyma structure and promoted rice root *** elevated CO_(2),rice root ROL increased by 79.5%and 112.2%for Yangdao 6 and Changyou 5,*** had no effect on soil Eh and rice root *** warming increased the concentration of Mn^(2+)and SO_(4)^(2-)by 4.9%and 19.3%,*** was a significant interaction between elevated CO_(2) and warming on Fe^(2+)and Mn^(2+).Under elevated CO_(2),warming had no effect on the concentration of Fe^(2+)but decreased Mn^(2+)concentration *** study demonstrated that elevated atmospheric CO_(2) in the future could increase soil Eh by promoting rice root ROL,which will alter some soil nutrients'availability,such as Fe^(2+)and Mn^(2+).

Macro-fiber composite actuators(MFCAs)suffer from strict restrictions on the utilization of lead-containing precursors due to growing environmental *** address this issue,a novel lead-free MFCA based on potassium sodium niobate piezoceramics has been developed using the dice&fill *** MFCA demonstrates large electric field-induced displacement(31.4μm over-500-1500 V at 0.5 Hz),excellent frequency stability,and a strong linear relationship between the induced displacement and the external voltage ***,unlike lead-based MFCA that requires superposition of a negative dc bias voltage to pursue higher output performance but risks depolarization,lead-free MFCA can achieve larger displacement by superimposing only a positive bias *** device exhibits excellent reliability,maintaining a stable output over 10^(5) electrical ***,a“back-to-back”coupled MFCA has been developed to regulate bidirectional displacement,making it suitable for various practical applications,including active vibration *** approach has resulted in a 90%vibration reduction and provides new insights into the design of MFCAs,further facilitating their application in active vibration control systems.

Spatiotemporal variation of seed rain reflects the response of plants in terms of their reproductive strategy to environmental *** this study,we collected seeds from four sites in the Dalaoling Nature Reserve,Hubei Province,China,between 2011 and 2014,measured seed output and seed mass as seed rain traits,and compared their interannual and elevational ***,we ran phylogenetic generalized mixed linear models(PGLMMs) to explore the effects of temperature and precipitation as well as interspecific differences on seed rain,and fitted the best regression models for seed rain *** of canopy and understory *** results showed no correlation between values of seed output and seed ***,the variation of the two traits showed significantly positive *** output of canopy species generally decreased with increasing elevation,and showed significant interannual difference;however,seed output of understory species and seed mass for both canopy and understory species did not show consistency tends along elevational or in interannual *** output was significantly affected by temperature and precipitation,while seed mass mainly varied due to interspecific *** explained more the variation of the seed output of canopy species than that of understory species,with R^(2) values of 43.0%and 29.9%,*** results suggested that canopy plants contributed more to the reproductive dynamics of the whole communities,and the canopy's buffer effect on the underground weakened the response of understory plants to weather variation in terms of their reproductive strategy.

The sinking of diatoms is critic al to the formation of oceanic biological pumps and coastal hypoxic ***,little is known about the effects of different nutrient restrictions on diatom *** this study,we measured the sinking velocity(SV) of Thalassiosira weissflogii using a new phytoplankton video observation instrument and analyzed major biochemical components under varying nutrient *** results showed that the SV of *** under different nutrient limitation conditions varied *** highest SV of(1.77±0.02) m/d was obtained under nitrate limitation,signific antly surpassing that under phosphate limitation at(0.98±0.13) m/*** the nutrient limitation was released,the SV steadily decreased to(0.32±0.03) m/d and(0.15±0.05) m/d,***;under conditions with limited nitrate and phosphate concentrations,the SV values of *** significantly positively correlated with the lipid content(P 2) values of 0.86 and 0.69,*** change of the phytoplankton SV was primarily related to the intracellular compo sition,which is controlled by nutrient conditions but did not significantly correlate with transparent extracellular polymer and biosilica *** results of this study help to understand the regulation of the vertical sinking process of diatoms by nutrient restriction and provide new insights into phytoplankton dynamics and their relationship with the marine nutrient structure.

This work is devoted to the aeronautical application of topology optimization for modular structures with multiple assemblies that consist of repeated standard modules and optional *** kinds of structures are widely used owing to their transportability,reconfigurability,low manufacturing and service *** this work,the design of airborne shelves with modular structures characterized by the standard module configuration is formulated for the first time as a topology optimization problem of multiple assemblies and multiple load cases subjected to the volume *** is shown that the weighted compliance design of multiple assemblies is a compromising solution compared to the optimization result of each individual assembly of standard ***,the performance of optimized airborne shelves with the modular structures can effectively be ameliorated with the help of reinforcements.

In the realm of microgrid(MG),the distributed load frequency control(LFC)system has proven to be highly susceptible to the negative effects of false data injection attacks(FDIAs).Considering the significant responsibility of the distributed LFC system for maintaining frequency stability within the MG,this paper proposes a detection and defense method against unobservable FDIAs in the distributed LFC ***,the method integrates a bi-directional long short-term memory(Bi LSTM)neural network and an improved whale optimization algorithm(IWOA)into the LFC controller to detect and counteract ***,to enable the Bi LSTM neural network to proficiently detect multiple types of FDIAs with utmost precision,the model employs a historical MG dataset comprising the frequency and power ***,the IWOA is utilized to optimize the proportional-integral-derivative(PID)controller parameters to counteract the negative impacts of *** proposed detection and defense method is validated by building the distributed LFC system in Simulink.
