Pattern and mitigation potential of crop-specific fertilizer-N losses were assessed.China showed high fertilizer-N losses due to high N application rates and low SOC.MAP,SOC,and soil pH are key parameters affecting fertilizer-N losses.At a given application rate,soils with higher SOC have lower fertilizer-N losses.Optimal N rate combined with SOC improvement could cut 34.8%-59.6%of N losses.

In this paper,a theoretical framework of Multiagent Simulation(MAS)is proposed for strategic bidding in electricity markets using reinforcement learning,which consists of two parts:one is a MAS system used to simulate the competitive bidding of the actual electricity market;the other is an adaptive learning strategy bidding system used to provide agents with more intelligent bidding strategies.An ExperienceWeighted Attraction(EWA)reinforcement learning algorithm(RLA)is applied to the MAS model and a new MAS method is presented for strategic bidding in electricity markets using a new Improved EWA(IEWA).From both qualitative and quantitative perspectives,it is compared with three other MAS methods using the Roth-Erev(RE),Q-learning and EWA.The results show that the performance of the MAS method using IEWA is proved to be better than the others.The four MAS models using four RLAs are built for strategic bidding in electricity markets.Through running the four MAS models,the rationality and correctness of the four MAS methods are verified for strategic bidding in electricity markets using reinforcement learning.

本文基于山东省辖内农村商业银行的微观视角,从普惠金融广度、深度和普惠性三个层面,选取农村商业银行16个经营指标,运用熵权法编制农村商业银行特色的普惠金融支持指数,以2014—2022年山东省81个县(市、区)数据为样本,基于双向固定效应模型对普惠金融能否促进乡村振兴进行实证检验。主要得出如下结论:一是与传统金融相比,普惠金融更能显著促进县域乡村振兴;二是普惠金融通过产业带动效应和减贫增收效应两个渠道促进乡村振兴;三是数字化与普惠金融存在显著的互补效应。应从进一步完善财政补贴体系、丰富支持“三农”发展的相关政策、加大专项资金倾斜力度、加强农村征信体系建设、探索地方财政出资建立农村产权抵押贷款风险缓释机制等方面充分发挥普惠金融作用,并借助数字技术提高普惠金融水平。

This paper investigates the stability of time-delay systems via a multiple integral approach. Based on the refined Jensen-based inequality, a novel multiple integral inequality is proposed. Applying the multiple integral inequality to estimate the derivative of Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional(LKF) with multiple integral terms, a novel stability condition is formulated for the linear time-delay systems. Two numerical examples are employed to demonstrate the improvements of our results.

This paper investigates the scheduling strategy of schedulable load in home energy management system(HEMS)under uncertain environment by proposing a distributionally robust optimization(DRO)method based on receding horizon optimization(RHO-DRO).First,the optimization model of HEMS,which contains uncertain variable outdoor temperature and hot water demand,is established and the scheduling problem is developed into a mixed integer linear programming(MILP)by using the DRO method based on the ambiguity sets of the probability distribution of uncertain variables.Combined with RHO,the MILP is solved in a rolling fashion using the latest update data related to uncertain variables.The simulation results demonstrate that the scheduling results are robust under uncertain environment while satisfying all operating constraints with little violation of user thermal comfort.Furthermore,compared with the robust optimization(RO)method,the RHO-DRO method proposed in this paper has a lower conservation and can save more electricity for users.

The electricity market is a complex system in which participants interact and compete with each other,which makes description of them with mathematical models difficult.To solve these difficulties,computer simulation has become one of the main methods for studying electricity market problems.How to establish a reasonable electricity market has always been a major research issue in the electric power industry,for which a key point is the bidding mechanism.Agent-based modeling and a simulation(ABMS)method are used in this paper to study the imperfect competitive electricity market.An agent-based simulation method of multilateral bargaining game theory in the dynamics of the power bidding market is presented,and a multi-agent power market bidding dynamics simulation model based on game theory is established.The dynamic bidding game behavior among the government,power grid companies,power plant companies,and consumer parties is simulated in the market,and the simulation method is realized by Anylogic software.Finally,an agent-based four-party competitive dynamic game simulation in the electricity market is implemented,which provides a theoretical reference for further understanding resource optimization problems in the electricity market.

In this paper,interval number optimization and model predictive control are proposed to handle the uncertain-but-bounded parameters in electric water heater load scheduling.First of all,interval numbers are used to describe uncertain parameters including hot water demand,ambient temperature,and real-time price of electricity.Moreover,the traditional thermal dynamic model of electric water heater is transformed into an interval number model,based on which,the day-ahead load scheduling problem with uncertain parameters is formulated,and solved by interval number optimization.Different tolerance degrees for constraint violation and temperature preferences are also discussed for giving consumers more choices.Furthermore,the model predictive control which incorporates both forecasts and newly updated information is utilized to make and execute electric water heater load schedules on a rolling basis throughout the day.Simulation results demonstrate that interval number optimization either in day-ahead optimization or model predictive control format is robust to the uncertain hot water demand,ambient temperature,and real-time price of electricity,enabling customers to flexibly adjust electric water heater control strategy.

With integration of renewable energy and use of non-linear loads in power systems,the power quality problem is increasingly attracting attention of researchers.In China,standards for individual power quality indexes are set.However,when evaluating power quality in practice,individual indexes cannot directly reflect a comprehensive level of power quality.In this paper,a comprehensive analysis of various indexes is conducted to obtain a unified parameter for describing the characteristics of power quality from an overall perspective.First,weight values of power quality indexes are calculated by combining the subjective and objective weight.Then,based on the principal components of the projection method,projection values of boundary data and data to be evaluated are obtained.Finally,using these projection values,a grade range for power quality data is located.A practical case study is presented to show the validity of the proposed method for evaluating power quality.

Chromopeptide A, a highly cytotoxic depsipeptide from the marine sediment-derived bacterium Chromobacterium sp. HS-13-94

A bicyclic depsipeptide, chromopeptide A(1), was isolated from a deep-sea-derived bacterium Chromobacterium sp. HS-13-94. Its structure was determined by extensive spectroscopic analysis and by comparison with a related known compound. The absolute configuration of chromopeptide A was established by X-ray diffraction analysis employing graphite monochromated Mo K_α radiation(λ ? 0.71073 ?) with small Flack parameter 0.03. Chromopeptide A suppressed the proliferation of HL-60, K-562, and Ramos cells with average IC_(50) values of 7.7, 7.0, and 16.5 nmol/L, respectively.

In this study, nanofibrous polypyrrole-coated TiO2/SiO2 （PPy@TS） membranes were fabricated by a combination of sol-gel process, electrospinning, calcination, and in situ polymerization. Samples from the electrospinning, calcination, and in situ polymerization steps were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectrosco- py, and thermogravimetry. The in situ polymerization of PPy is aimed to enhance the overall photocatalytic capability of TiO2 in the TiO2/SiO2 composite fibers. Results of the photocatalytic degradation tests demonstrated that the PPy@TS composites possess enhanced photocatalytic activity for the degradation of methyl orange.
