An adaptive decentralized asymptotic tracking control scheme is developed in this paper for a class of large-scale nonlinear systems with unknown strong interconnections,unknown time-varying parameters,and disturbances.First,by employing the intrinsic properties of Gaussian functions for the interconnection terms for the first time,all extra signals in the framework of decentralized control are filtered out,thereby removing all additional assumptions imposed on the interconnec-tions,such as upper bounding functions and matching conditions.Second,by introducing two integral bounded functions,asymptotic tracking control is realized.Moreover,the nonlinear filters with the compensation terms are introduced to circumvent the issue of“explosion of complexity”.It is shown that all the closed-loop signals are bounded and the tracking errors converge to zero asymptotically.In the end,a simulation example is carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Over the last few years,great advances have been achieved in exploration of high-mobility two-dimensional(2D)semiconductors such as metal chalcogenide InSe and noble-transition-metal dichal-cogenide PdSe_(2).These materials are competitive candidates for constructing next-generation optoelec-tronic devices owing to their unique crystalline and electronic structures.Moreover,the optical and electronic properties of 2D materials can be efficiently modified via precisely engineering their band structures,which is critical for widening specific applications ranging from high-performance opto-electronics to catalysis and energy harvesting.In this review,we focus on the progress in bandgaps engineering of newly emerging high-mobility 2D semiconductors and their applications in optoelec-tronic devices,incorporating our recent study in the InSe and PdSe_(2)systems.First of all,we discuss the structure-property relationship of typical high-mobility 2D semiconductors(InSe and PdSe 2).Next,we analyze several viable strategies for bandgap engineering,including thickness,strain or pressure,alloying,heterostructure,surface modification,intercalation,and so on.Furthermore,we summarize the optoelectronic devices fabricated with such high-mobility 2D semiconductors.The conclusion and outlook in this topic are finally presented.This review aims to provide valuable insights in bandgap engineering of newly emerging 2D semiconductors and explore their potential in future optoelectronic applications.

Repairing of exit-hole in friction-stir-spot welded joints for 2024-T4 aluminum alloy by resistance welding

The exit-hole in friction stir spot welded(FSSWed) 2024-T4 aluminum alloy joints was successfully repaired by using a three-phase secondary rectification resistance spot welding machine, which is termed as filling exit-hole based on resistance welding(FEBRW). The filling dynamic behavior of force was recorded by a device monitoring. Optical microscope(OM), electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD), and tensile shear tests and finite element modelling were conducted to investigate the repairing stages and bonding mechanisms of the repaired joints in detail. Results showed that exit-hole was completely filled and repaired experiencing three stages. Metallurgical bonding was achieved between plug and exit-hole wall in two forms, including melting bonding in the middle of the joints and partial diffusion bonding on both the upper and bottom of the joints. The highest tensile shear strength of the repaired joints was 7.43 kN, which was 36.3% higher than that of the as welded joints. Resistance welding paves an efficient way to repair the exit-hole in FSSWed joints.

This study combines multi-regional inputoutput(MRIO)model with linear programming(LP)model to explore economic structure adjustment strategies for the reduction of carbon dioxide(CO_(2))emissions.A particular feature of this study is the identification of the optimal regulation sequence of final products in various regions to reduce CO_(2)emissions with the minimum loss in gross domestic product(GDP).By using China's MRIO tables 2017 with 28 regions and 42 economic sectors,results show that reduction in final demand leads to simultaneous reductions in GDP and CO_(2)emissions.Nevertheless,certain demand side regulation strategy can be adopted to lower CO_(2)emissions at the smallest loss of economic growth.Several key final products,such as metallurgy,nonmetal,metal,and chemical products,should first be regulated to reduce CO_(2)emissions at the minimum loss in GDP.Most of these key products concentrate in the coastal developed regions in China.The proposed MRIO-LP model considers the inter-relationship among various sectors and regions,and can aid policy makers in designing effective policy for industrial structure adjustment at the regional level to achieve the national environmental and economic targets.

Construction and Properties of Simvastatin and Calcium Phosphate Dual-Loaded Coaxial Fibrous Membranes with Osteogenic and Angiogenic Functions

The ideal Guided Bone Regeneration(GBR)membrane is required to have good biocompatibility,space maintenance ability,appropriate degradation rate,and preferably can guide the regeneration of vascularized bone tissue.In this study,Simvastatin(SIM)and calcium Phosphate(CaP)were encapsulated in a Polycaprolactone(PCL)/Chitosan(CS)core-shell structural fibrous membranes via coaxial electrospinning technology.The results showed that loaded SIM in the core of the core-shell structure fibrous membranes could sustainably release the drug for more than two months and upregulate the angiogenic marker of Bone Mesenchymal Stem Cells(BMSCs).Adding a certain amount of CaP to the shell layer provided more sites for the mineralization and synergistic with SIM to promote osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs in vitro.The intramuscular implantation experiments in rabbits suggested a normal early inflammation and enhanced vascularization induced by the SIM-loaded fibrous membranes.This study proposed an effective strategy to prepare a dual-loaded core-shell fibrous membrane for guided vascularized bone tissue regeneration.

This paper discusses ways in which negative economic shocks captured by natural disasters can shape internal labor migration in China.The impact of negative economic shocks on migration depends on the combination of two opposite driving forces:(i)negative economic shocks can make staying in the affected area less profitable,thus enhancing returns to migration;(ii)the shocks can make it more difficult to migrate out,thus inducing a higher fixed cost of migration.Based on a nationwide dataset of China,this paper shows that when natural disasters were not severe,they caused migration out of rural areas.With sufficiently severe damage,however,the negative effect of natural disasters could be mitigated by villages'prior migrant networks.Specifically,with a severe shock,only clan members were able to migrate in response to natural disasters and enjoyed the complementary effects of prior migrant networks,as they could receive more help from social capital.

On 6 February 2023,two 7.8 magnitude earthquakes consecutively hit south-central Türkiye,causing great concern from all governments,the United Nations,academia,and all sectors of society.Analyses indicate that there is also a high possibility of strong earthquakes with a magnitude of 7.8 or above occurring in the western region of China in the coming years.China is a country that is highly susceptible to catastrophic disasters such as earthquakes,floods,and other natural calamities,which can cause significant damages to both human life and property,as well as widespread impacts on the society.Currently,China's capacity for disaster prevention and control is still limited.In order to effectively reduce the impact of catastrophic disasters,ensure the safety of people's lives and property to the greatest extent possible,maintain social stability in high-risk areas,and ensure high-quality and sustainable regional development,it is urgent to improve the seismic resistance level of houses and critical infrastructure in high earthquake risk zones and increase the earthquake-resistant design level of houses in high-risk fault areas with frequent seismic activities;significantly enhance the ability to defend against extreme weather and ocean disasters in economically developed areas along the southeastern coast,as well as the level of fortification in response to extreme meteorological and hydrological disasters of coastal towns/cities and key infrastructure;vigorously enhance the emergency response capacity and disaster risk prevention level in western and ethnic minority regions;comprehensively improve the defense level of residential areas and major infrastructure in high geological hazard risk zones with flash floods,landslides,and mudslides;systematically promote national disaster prevention and mitigation education;and greatly enhance the societal disaster risk reduction ability,including catastrophic insurance.

Rice blast caused by Magnaporthe oryzae(M.oryzae) is one of the most destructive diseases,which causes significant rice yield losses and affects global food security.To better understand genetic variations among different isolates of M.oryzae in nature,we re-sequenced the genomes of two field isolates,CH43 and Zhong-10-8-14,which showed distinct pathogenecity on most of the rice cultivars.Genome-wide genetic variation analysis reveals that ZHONG-10-8-14 exhibits higher sequence variations than CH43.Structural variations(SVs) detection shows that the sequence variations primarily occur in exons and intergenic regions.Bioinformatics analysis for gene variations reveals that many pathogenecity-related pathways are enriched.In addition,193 candidate effectors with various DNA polymorphisms were identified,including two known effectors AVR-Pik and AVR-Pital.Comparative polymorphism analysis of thirteen randomly selected effectors suggests that the genetic variations of effectors are under positive selection.The expression pattern analysis of several pathogenecity-related variant genes indicates that these genes are differentially regulated in two isolates,with much higher expression levels in Zhong-10-8-14 than CH43.Our data demonstrate that the genetic variations of effectors and pathogenecity-related genes are under positive selection,resulting in the distinct pathogenicities of CH43 and Zhong-10-8-14 on rice.

Patterns of crop-specific fertilizer-nitrogen losses and opportunities for sustainable mitigation: A quantitative overview of 15N-tracing studies

Pattern and mitigation potential of crop-specific fertilizer-N losses were assessed.China showed high fertilizer-N losses due to high N application rates and low SOC.MAP, SOC, and soil pH are key parameters affecting fertilizer-N losses.At a given application rate, soils with higher SOC have lower fertilizer-N losses.Optimal N rate combined with SOC improvement could cut 34.8%-59.6% of N losses.Understanding crop-specific fertilizer-nitrogen (N) loss patterns, driving factors, and mitigation potentials is vital for developing efficient mitigation strategies. However, analyses based on the gross magnitude of fertilizer-N losses within a growing season remain fragmented and inconclusive at a global scale. To address this gap, we conducted a global meta-analysis using 940 observations from 79 published N-15-tracing studies to assess the effects of natural factors, soil parameters, and N application rates on gross fertilizer-N losses in cereal-cropped soils. We found that China had the highest conventional fertilizer-N application and loss rates (230-255 and 75.9-114 kg N ha(-1) season(-1), respectively) and the lowest soil organic carbon (SOC) contents (10.6 g kg(-1)) among the countries examined. Mean annual precipitation, SOC content, and soil pH were key parameters affecting fertilizer-N losses in wheat-, maize-, and rice-cropped soils, respectively. Fertilizer-N application rates were positively correlated with N loss amounts, while higher SOC levels led to lower losses. Adopting optimized N application rates combined with improving SOC levels could potentially mitigate 34.8%-59.6% of N losses without compromising crop yields compared with conventional practices. This study underscores the critical role of SOC in reducing N losses and suggests that future research should focus on innovative strategies and efficient organic amendments for enhanced SOC sequestration.

混合能源发电系统是一种结合多种能源形式的电力系统,具有环保高效和可持续发电等优势。然而,系统运行过程中会产生电压波动、频率变化、谐波扰动等问题,不仅会影响电力系统的稳定性和安全性,还会对电力设备的寿命和性能产生负面影响。文章对混合能源发电系统中可能存在的电能质量问题进行了分析,设计了针对混合能源发电系统的电能质量控制策略,包括多能源协调控制、智能电网管理系统、故障检测与自动切换控制等,并对电能质量控制策略的实际应用效果进行了评估分析,以期为混合能源发电系统中的电能质量控制及相关领域的研究和应用提供有益的参考。
