Time Domain Simulation of a One Line Failure for a DP-assisted Mooring System

This paper focuses on the research of a semi-submersible platform equipped with a DP-assisted mooring system. Based on the working principles of the DP-assisted mooring system and the model of the platform motion, a time domain simulation program is applied to analyze the impact, in the case of one line failure, on the platform motion, power consumption of the thrusters and the tension of the mooring lines. The results show that, under the 10-year wind dominant, a one line failure will have little impact on the tension of the mooring lines. When the failure line is windward, the power consumption will increase greatly with a weakened position of accuracy. However when the failure line is leeward, the power consumption will be reduced with a partly strengthened oosition of accuracy.

Eight species of ethno-medicinal plants（Artemisia annua, A. argyi, A. lactiflora,Camptotheca acuminate, Dendrobium catenatum, Ginkgo biloba, Nothapodytes Pittosporoides and Taxus chinensis var. mairei） from Guizhou province were involved the studies for the diversity of their endophytic fungi associated as well as the bioactive compounds and novel P-glycoprotein inhibitors from the fungi. From the organs of all the medicinal plants, more than 3000 fungal strains were isolated and identified via morphology and phyloheny, which belong to six class viz. Agaricomycetes,Dothideomycetes, Eurotiomycetes, Leotiomycetes, Microbotryomycetes, Sordariomycetes. Amongst them, nineteen funagl genera were isolated from A. annua in which dominant genera included Alternaria, Chaetomium, Cladosporium, Penicillium and Trichoderma. Fourteen fungal genera were found in A. argyi of which dominant genera included Chaetomium, Penicillium, Phomopsis and Trichoderma. Sixteen fungal genera were identified in A. lactiflora in which dominant genera included Phomopsis and Xylaria. Twenty-two fungal genera were isolated from Taxus chinensis var. mairei of which dominant genera included Alternaria and Bjerkandera. Twenty fungal genera were isolated from Camptotheca acuminate in which dominant genera included Scolecobasidium and ***-three fungal genera were isolated from Ginkgo biloba of which dominant genera included Alternaria, Curvularia, Paecilomyces and Pestalotiopsis. Meanwhile, Colletotrichum, Diaporthe and Phyllosticta dominated in 1037 endophytic fungi isolated from Nothapodytes Pittosporoides and Colletotrichum and Xylaria dominated in more than 500 endophytic fungi from Dendrobium catenatum.A combination of bioactive, chemical and genetic methods was applied to screen the bioactivity of of endophytic fungi and their chemical compounds. Nothapodytes pittosporoides（Oliv.） Sleum（Icacinaceae） is a traditional chinese medicine（TCM） herbal distributed mainly in southern China which produce camptothecin. Its endophytic fungi have been attracted wide attention. In order to study the endophytic fungi from N. pittosporoides and their secondary metabolites,the fresh plant samples（different parts） were collected from one tree once a season in Guiyang in Guizhou provice. Besides, different trees and parts were collected from Tongren and Zuiyi cities respectively in the same provice. Endophytic fungi were isolated and purified from the samples by traditional methods. A total of 1037 endophytic fungal strains were obtained from1444 samples. Their DNA were extracted and amplified by the primers ITS1/ITS4 then sequenced and analyzed. The result showed that 656 strains were isolated from Guiyang, among which, 151 isolates from spring and 144 isolates from summer, 247 isolates from autumn, 144 isolates from *** 223 isolates were isolated from Tongren and 258 isolated from Zunyi respectively. Based on the sequences analyses of internal transcribed spacer（ITS） regions, the isolates were grouped into 3class ***, Sordariomycetes and Eurotiomycetes which including 31 genera of which Diaporthe, Colletotrichum and Phyllosticta are the dominant genera while Diaporthe account for over half. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study on the endophytic fungi of ***. The fungal strains would be foundation for further study of their secondary metabolites.
