The existing maintenance strategies of offshore wind energy are reviewed including the specific aspects of condition-based maintenance, focusing on three primary phases, namely, condition monitoring, fault diagnosis and prognosis, and maintenance optimization. Relevant academic research and industrial applications are identified and summarized. The state of art, capabilities,and constraints of condition-based maintenance are analyzed. The presented research demonstrates that the intelligent-based approach has become a promising solution for condition recognition, and an integrated data platform for offshore wind farms is significant to optimize the maintenance activities.

Seven bacteria strains（Bacillus amyloliquefaciens D1, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia he41, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Hd213, Bacillus subtilis H3, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens DEB-2, Brevundimonas bullata Hd13,Lysinibacillus fusiformis he14） were tested in vitro for antagonistic properties against Phytophthora infestans, the causal agent of potato late blight. Different antagonistic bacteria were selected according to their inhibition effect on growth of Phytophthora infestans that caused potato late blight via dual-culture method. The inhibition rates of the 7 strains against mycelia growth of Phytophthora infestans were tested via flat plate pair method, of which 4 strains viz. he14, Hd213, Hd13 and D1 had the inhibition effect greater than 60%, and he14 had the highest inhibition effect of 67%. Meanwhile the fermentation broth of the strains showed significant inhibition effect on Phytophthora infestans, and the effect was enhanced by increasing the concentrations of the both. When their broth concentrations were 4%, the inhibition rates of D1 and H3 strains reached 100% respectively. In addition,the inhibition rates of all strains were 100% with the broth conentrations of 64%, which indicated that these bacterial strains had a great potential for the biological control of potato late blight.

Gearbox in offshore wind turbines is a component with the highest failure rates during operation. Analysis of gearbox repair policy that includes economic considerations is important for the effective operation of offshore wind farms. From their initial perfect working states, gearboxes degrade with time, which leads to decreased working efficiency. Thus, offshore wind turbine gearboxes can be considered to be multi-state systems with the various levels of productivity for different working states. To efficiently compute the time-dependent distribution of this multi-state system and analyze its reliability, application of the nonhomogeneous continuous-time Markov process(NHCTMP) is appropriate for this type of object. To determine the relationship between operation time and maintenance cost, many factors must be taken into account, including maintenance processes and vessel requirements. Finally, an optimal repair policy can be formulated based on this relationship.

Although there has been a high interest in Xylaria over the last 30 years, there have been very few reports on the genus from the Chinese mainland. Two species of Xylaria collected from southern China are reported. Xylaria spinulosa is introduced as a new species based on morphology and sequence data analysis. Xylaria spinulosa differs from other species in the genus mainly by its long thorns covering the surface of the stroma. The morphological description is as follows. Saprobic on dead tree trunk, forming on the host surface. Sexual morph: Stromata upright, usually solitary,unbranched, cylindrical or clavate, fertile at apex, texture soft, internally white, whole stromata up to1.8–2.5 cm long × 0.3–0.5 cm broad, 0.5–1 cm long at stipes. Surface of stromata black, covered with long soft thorn. Stalk well defined and easy to distinguish. Perithecia 0.3–0.5 mm diam., spherical,embedded, closely arranged. Ostioles inconspicuous, not clear. Asci 80–214 × 8–12 μm（157 × 10.2μm, n=20）, unitunicate, 8-spored, cylindrical, long-stipitate, the spore-bearing part 60–170 μm *** apparatus 8.5–11.5 μm high × 5–6 μm broad, blue in Melzer’s reagent, ***19–23 × 6.5–8.5 μm（21.3 × 7.6 μm, n=30）, dark brown to black, unicellular, ellipsoid to inequilateral, with broadly rounded ends, smooth-walled. Germ slit half spore-length, oblique to sigmoid, lacking sheath and appendage. Xylaria atrosphaerica is a new record for China.

Different antagonistic bacteria strains were selected according to their inhibition effects on growth of Phytophthora infestans by using dual-culture method. The inhibition rates of 7 strains viz Bacillus amyloliquefaciens D1, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia he41, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens hd213, Bacillus subtilis H3, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens DEB-2, Brevundimonas bullata Hd13,Lysinibacillus fusiformis he14 against mycelial growth of Phytophthora infestans were tested via flat plate pair method. The inhibition rates of 4 strains viz he14, Hd213, Hd13 and D1 were greater than60%, and the inhibition effect of he14 was the strongest as 67%. The fermentation of most strains had significant inhibition effect on ***, and it enhanced with the increase of the concentrations of fermentation broth. When the concentration of fermentation broth was 4%, the inhibition rates of D1 and H3 strains reached 100.00%. In addition, the inhibition rates of all strains were 100.00% with 64%fermentation broth. Indicating that the 7 strains of bacteria have great application potential in the aspect of biological control of potato late blight.

Cordyceps pruinosa Petch belongs to Cordycepssensu stricto and has potential medicinal *** Cordyceps pruinosa shows many kinds of bioactivities incuding improving cellular immune functioning,inhibiting inflammatory and inducing apoptosis of in HeLa cells,these pharmalogical attributes were established using not pure compounds,thus the material basis of the functions are not *** study material basis of the functions of Cordyceps pruinosa,two compounds were isolated by column chromatography and identified as cordycepin and N-(2-hydroxyethyI)-adenosine(HEA) by *** serum albumin(HSA) is the most abundant protein in plasma,which plays important role in transporting,distribution,storingand metabolism of many exogenousligands,such as drugs,fatty acids,and *** interaction molecular mechanism between cordycepin and HSA,HEA and HSA,respectively,were studied using techniques of UV and fluorescence *** association constants between HSA and cordycepin,HEA respectively were determined using the Stern-Volmer and Scatchard *** results showed both cordycepin and HEA can quench the intrinsic fluorescence of HSA by static quenching,and they can bind with HSA to form a complexs by one binding site,*** interaction acting forces between cordycepin and HSA were electrostatic force and hydrophobic interaction force,and that of HEA and HSA were hydrogen bonding and van der Waals *** mean distances between cordycepin and HSA,HEA and HSA fluorophores were estimated both to be less than 7 nm using Foster’s equation,indicating mat non-radiative energy transfer was the main reason of fluorescence quenching of *** this study,cordycepin was isolated for the first time in Cordyceps pruinosa,which will provided a new source of cordycepin and deepen the use of this *** interaction mechanisms between cordycepin and HSA was studied for first time,which will provided a useful guide for cordycepin’s clinical use.

海上风机属于多系统多功能的大型设备,且运行环境条件恶劣,进行可靠性分析时面临着系统失效模式复杂且相互之间存在相关性的问题,失效模式及其影响分析(FMEA)方法无法对系统的风险进行准确评估。在完成传统FMEA的基础上,找出风险优先数(RPN)较高的若干失效模式,并制定发生率、严重度和检测度的模糊评价术语集合,应用基于TOPSIS理论的模糊FMEA方法对这些典型失效模式进行评价。对于在模糊FMEA中风险程度接近的失效模式,结合模糊语境下的决策试验与实验评估法(DEMATEL)计算各失效模式的原因度、综合参照影响度和原因度得出主要失效模式的风险排序。将模糊关联FMEA方法应用于海上风机的风险评估,计算结果表明发电机与冷却设备对系统安全性影响最为显著。

初步研究赖氨酸芽孢杆菌(Lysinibacillus fusiformis)He14发酵产物的抗真菌活性。采用生长速率法研究He14发酵液对8株病原真菌的拮抗作用。对抑真菌活性成分进行稳定性试验。考察萃取、沉淀和大孔吸附树脂对发酵液活性成分的富集情况。采用硅胶柱层析对活性成分进行初步纯化。菌株He14发酵液对8株病原真菌的生长均有抑制作用。抑真菌活性成分对高温、强酸强碱及紫外有一定稳定性。筛选到LX-60大孔吸附树脂对活性物质的富集效果最好。活性粗产物经硅胶柱层析得到3个混合组分,对辣椒灰霉病菌、马铃薯晚疫病菌、马铃薯早疫病菌、水稻纹枯病菌和须毛癣菌有不同程度的抑制作用,其中组分Ⅱ对马铃薯晚疫病菌抑制效果较好。赖氨酸芽孢杆菌He14在拮抗病原真菌方面有许多优良性状,研究结果为该菌在生物防治及医药方面的应用提供了实验基础。
