In implantable electrophysiological recording systems,the headstage typically comprises neural probes that interface with brain tissue and integrated circuit chips for signal *** advancements in MEMS and CMOS technology have significantly improved these components,their interconnection still relies on conventional printed circuit boards and sophisticated *** conventional approach adds considerable weight and volume to the package,especially for high channel count *** address this issue,we developed a through-polymer via(TPV)method inspired by the through-silicon via(TSV)technique in advanced three-dimensional *** innovation enables the vertical integration of flexible probes,amplifier chips,and PCBs,realizing a flexible,lightweight,and integrated device(FliD).The total weight of the FliDis only 25%that of its conventional counterparts relying on adapters,which significantly increased the activity levels of animals wearing the FliDs to nearly match the levels of control animals without ***,by incorporating a platinum-iridium alloy as the top layer material for electrical contact,the FliD realizes exceptional electrical performance,enabling in vivo measurements of both local field potentials and individual neuron action *** findings showcase the potential of FliDs in scaling up implantable neural recording systems and mark a significant advancement in the field of neurotechnology.

针对传统的行人航迹推算(Pedestrian Dead Reckoning,PDR)方法无法满足多运动状态下的定位问题,提出了一种基于神经网络运动识别辅助室内定位的方法。构建出卷积神经网络(Convolutional Neural Network,CNN)和门控循环单元(Gated Recurrent Unit,GRU)组合的神经网络模型,用于识别人体的运动状态并完成分类。根据运动分类的结果应用到行人航迹推算中,分析和筛选运动参数特征作为算法的阈值约束条件来提高定位精度。在算法中运动步数由合加速度计数据波形检测得到,步长由运动状态的特征自适应调整步长模型。通过实验验证,CNN-GRU模型在自建数据集上的准确率达到99.6%。将识别结果应用到PDR中,在112 m 4种动作的矩形路线中定位误差为1.8 m,误差远低于传统PDR定位的19.9 m。实验结果验证了该方法的可行性。

lithiophilic CoF2@C hollow spheres towards spatial lithium deposition for stable lithium metal batteries

lithium metal（LM） is a promising anode for next-generation batteries due to its high theoretical capacity and low electrode ***,side reactions,volume change,and unwanted lithium dendrite growth seriously limit the practical application of ***,with the aid of a hard template approach,a novel lithiophilic CoF2-carbon hollow sphere（CoF2@C-HS） composite material is successfully prepared via a facile in-situ fluorination and etching *** lithiophilic CoF2acts as nucleation sites to reduce nucleation overpotential as well as induces the spatial li deposition and the formation of liFrich solid electrolyte interphase（SEI）,and the hollow carbon matrix can enhance the electrical conductivity and offer free space for LM *** simulations reveal that the synergistic effect of lithiophilic CoF2and hollow carbon matrix homogenizes the electric field distribution and li+*** from these advantages,the CoF2@C-HS-modified copper substrate electrode delivers an enhanced Coulombic efficiency（CE） of 93.7% for 280 cycles at 1 mA cm-2and 1 mA h *** symmetrical cell using CoF2@C-HS can stably cycle more than 1800 h with a low voltage hysteresis of 11 mV at a current density of 0.5 MA cm-2and an areal capacity of 0.5 mA h ***,the li@CoF2@C-HS composite anode enables more than 300 stable cycles at 1 C with a capacity retention of 95% in liFePO4-based full cell and 110 stable cycles at 1 C in liNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2（NCM811）-based highvoltage full *** work might shed a new light on designing lithiophilic hosts to spatially confine LM deposition,realizing dendrite-free LM anodes and the practical applications of LM batteries.

Scientific studies on pottery and pro-porcelain from group of graves in Henglingshan, Guangdong Province

The findings of the Henglingshan group of graves, Guangdong Province, were appraised as one of the ten major archaeological excavations in 2000. The pottery and proto-porcelain samples excavated from the group of graves in Henglingshan are very important for studying the development history of Guang-dong ceramics. In this paper, the chemical compositions, micro-structure and physical properties of the samples were systematically analyzed. The results were subjected to multivariate statistical analysis. Different compositional patterns were found for specimens from different periods. The reasons for these variations were discussed. In addition, compared with the pottery and proto-porcelain samples from different production sites in other provinces of China, the obvious regional characters and unique law of the development for ancient ceramics of Guangdong were also discussed.

目的探讨宏基因组二代测序技术(metagenomic second-generation sequencing technology,mNGS)在肾移植术后肺部感染诊治中的临床价值,为疾病精准诊治提供参考。方法收集2020年1月1日至2023年12月15日广西壮族自治区人民医院移植科124例肾移植术后肺部感染患者的临床资料,根据是否采用mNGS检测病原体分为测序组(60例)和传统组(64例),并对比分析两组病原体检出率、抗菌药物使用强度、住院时间、住院费用、无创呼吸支持概率、病情等级、重症率、病死率等指标。结果两组患者性别、年龄、术后发病时间、基础疾病、入院病情(SMART-COP评分)、治疗前肌酐、他克莫司浓度、甲强龙方案差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。测序组患者检出病原体、混合型肺部感染明显高于传统组(P0.05)。测序组亚组发现,mNGS方法检出支气管肺泡灌洗液病原体、混合型肺部感染、耶氏肺孢子菌明显高于传统培养+涂片方法(P0.05)。结论宏基因组二代测序技术可为肾移植术后肺部感染诊治提供精准方向,改善患者临床预后,值得临床推广。

针对人体运动识别中数据特征提取不充分和识别准确率不高的问题,提出了一种改进长期循环卷积网络的人体运动识别模型。首先构建出一种由多层卷积神经网络和门控循环单元组成的LRCN模型。在此基础上构建内部和外部循环层,内部循环层作用是得到所选取时间窗内部时间特征和空间特征,外部循环层作用是从子序列数据中获取其所表征状态信息之间的特征相关性和时间相关性。提出的模型在3种公开数据集上验证,准确率均高于传统的LRCN模型,然后在自建数据集上进行测试验证,识别准确率为99.7%。实验结果表明该模型在识别准确率上高于原始模型,验证了该模型的可行性。
