对界面移动法实验装置进行了数字化改造,采用电导率-时间曲线测量方法,准确、客观地确定溶液界面在两对电导电极间的移动速率。该方法消除了人工观测的主观偏差,且无需使用指示剂标示界面,解决了低浓度条件下界面无法观察的问题,并可将实验测定对象由传统的酸性电解质溶液(如HCl水溶液)扩展到中性电解质溶液(如NaCl、KCl等)。该方法在实验浓度范围内(约0.01–0.1mol·L^(-1))测定的氢离子迁移数值在合理偏差的区间内(0.8230–0.8350),可用于测定电解质的离子迁移数和电迁移率等性质,为物理化学实验教学提供一种新方法。

Diagenetic evolution and reservoir quality of the Oligocene sandstones in the Baiyun Sag, Pearl River Mouth Basin, South China Sea

The Oligocene Zhuhai sandstones are significant reservoirs for hydrocarbons in the Baiyun Sag, South China *** effective appraisal, exploration and exploitation of such a deep-water hydrocarbon sandstone, samples of five wells from depths of 850 m to 3 000 m were studied. A series of comprehensive petrographic and geochemical analyses were performed to unravel the diagenetic features and their impact on the reservoir ***, the sandstones are dominated by feldspathic litharenites and lithic arenites with fine to medium grain sizes and moderate to good sorting. The reservoir quality varies greatly with a range of porosity from 0.2% to 36.1% and permeability from 0.016 ×10~(–3) μm~2 to 4 301 ×10~(–3) μm~2, which is attributed to complex diagenetic evolution related to sedimentary facies;these include compaction, cementation of calcite, dolomite, siderite and framboidal pyrite in eogenetic stage;further compaction, feldspar dissolution, precipitation of ferrocalcite and ankerite, quartz cements, formation of kaolinite and its illitization, precipitation of albite and nodular pyrite, as well as hydrocarbon charge in mesogenetic stage. The dissolution of feldspar and illitization of kaolinite provide internal sources for the precipitation of quartz cement, while carbonate cements are derived from external sources related to interbedded mudstones and deep fluid. Compaction is the predominant factor in reducing the total porosity, followed by carbonate cementation that leads to strong heterogeneity. Feldspar dissolution and concomitant quartz and clay cementation barely changes the porosity but significantly reduces the *** high-quality reservoirs can be concluded as medium-grained sandstones lying in the central parts of thick underwater distributary channel sandbodies(>2 m) with a high content of detrital quartz but low cement.

Microblogging services nformation and express opinions pro by vide a novel and popular communication scheme for Web users to share publishing short posts, which usually reflect the users＇ daily life. We can thus model the users＇ daily status and interests according to their posts. Because of the high complexity and the large amount of the content of the microblog users＇ posts, it is necessary to provide a quick summary of the users＇ life status, both for personal users and commercial services. It is non-trivial to summarize the life status of microblog users, particularly when the summary is conducted over a long period. In this paper, we present a compact interactive visualization prototype, LifeCircle, as an efficient summary for exploring the long-term life status of microblog users. The radial visualization provides multiple views for a given microblog user, including annual topics, monthly keywords, monthly sentiments, and temporal trends of posts. We tightly integrate interactive visualization with novel and state-of-the-art microblogging analytics to maximize their advantages. We implement LifeCircle on Sina Weibo, the most popular microblogging service in China, and illustrate the effectiveness of our prototype with various case studies. Results show that our prototype makes users nostalgic and makes them reminiscent about past events, which helps them to better understand themselves and others

Photoreceptor cell degeneration leads to blindness, for which there is currently no effective treatment. Our previous studies have shown that Lycium barbarum(L. barbarum) polysaccharide(LBP) protects degenerated photoreceptors in rd1, a transgenic mouse model of retinitis pigmentosa. L. barbarum glycopeptide(Lb GP) is an immunoreactive glycoprotein extracted from LBP. In this study, we investigated the potential protective effect of Lb GP on a chemically induced photoreceptor-degenerative mouse model. Wild-type mice received the following: oral administration of Lb GP as a protective pre-treatment on days 1–7;intraperitoneal administration of 40 mg/kg N-methylN-nitrosourea to induce photoreceptor injury on day 7;and continuation of orally administered Lb GP on days 8–14. Treatment with Lb GP increased photoreceptor survival and improved the structure of photoreceptors, retinal photoresponse, and visual behaviors of mice with photoreceptor degeneration. Lb GP was also found to partially inhibit the activation of microglia in N-methyl-N-nitrosourea-injured retinas and significantly decreased the expression of two pro-inflammatory cytokines. In conclusion, Lb GP effectively slowed the rate of photoreceptor degeneration in N-methyl-N-nitrosourea-injured mice, possibly through an anti-inflammatory mechanism, and has potential as a candidate drug for the clinical treatment of photoreceptor degeneration.

肌间蛋白(Myomesin)基因家族分布于骨骼肌和心肌的M线中,是M线的重要连接器,主要参与肌原纤维的组装和机械力量传导,在哺乳动物中有3种亚型。肌间蛋白2(Myomesin-2,MYOM2)是Myomesin基因家族中的一员,其与骨骼肌和心肌发育有密切关系,在肌肉收缩和关节发育的过程中发挥重要作用,并与很多人类疾病的发生息息相关。MYOM2同时对畜禽肉品质改善起重要调控作用,可作为候选基因改善畜禽的肉嫩度。本文综述了MYOM2的发现过程、基因信息及其在临床医学和畜牧生产中的研究进展,为相关研究工作提供思路。

老年人心理社会干预与心理健康的系统综述

目的系统综述心理社会支持相关活动对老年人心理健康的效果。方法检索建库至2022年8月PubMed、Web of Science、EBSCO和中国知网对老年人心理健康效益的相关随机对照试验,进行系统综述。结果最终纳入7篇文献,来自西班牙、智利、加拿大、芬兰、英国、韩国和美国,主要来源于精神病学、老年人心理健康等领域期刊,发表时间集中在2017年之后。研究对象年龄60~80岁,共1258例。干预方式包括普拉提、正念训练、行为激活、认知刺激、日常困难问题解决训练、疼痛和抑郁症状管理、健康教育与指导、护理协调、团体运动锻炼(如循环训练、踏板训练或橡皮筋训练)、水上运动等;干预频率为每次30~120 min,每周1~9次,低~高强度,持续4~64周;干预场所包括体育场馆、社区卫生保健中心、老龄化服务机构;干预人员包括运动治疗师(瑜伽)、心理学家、健康专业人员、社区卫生服务人员、卫生保健人员。所有干预都在有监督的情况下执行。心理社会干预对老年人心理健康的效益主要体现在改善认知功能、自我效能;减轻焦虑、抑郁状态,改善抑郁情绪或孤独感;改善睡眠质量;增加社会融合感,显著改善疼痛等。结论心理健康干预(心理干预或支持、社会干预或支持、心理社会干预)、心理健康相关的干预(身体活动干预)有益于老年人心理健康。心理社会干预对老年人心理健康的效益主要体现在改善认知功能,缓解焦虑、抑郁状态,改善睡眠质量,提高生活质量与福祉4个方面。

We report herein an interesting finding that heterocyclic molecules tethered branched polymers exhibit innate immune stimulating *** we conjugated a series of five-,six-,or seven-membered heterocyclic molecules to branched polyethylenimine(bPEI),over 70%of them could induce the secretion of interferon-β(IFN-β)from murine dendritic and human leukemia monocytic(DC2.4 and THP-1)cells through activating the stimulator of interferon genes(STING)*** further proved that this kind of innate stimulating activity was dependent on the macromolecular architecture as heterocyclic molecules tethered linear PEI(lPEI)or dendritic polyamidoamine(PAMAM)induced no or much less IFN-β***,we prepared a series of poly-L-lysine(PLL)-derivatives with different branches to tether with heterocyclic molecules and proved that this kind of bPEI-like structure was important in en hancing the binding affinity with STING proteins and for exhibiting innate stimulating activity.
