共词网络是研究语言现象的重要方法,语义特征是词汇共现现象中重要的隐性知识,研究共现词之间的语义关系及特征,可以从语义视角改进共词网络的研究,并利用语义学知识为现有的共词分析方法赋能。本文提出了一种语义增强型的共词网络构建和分析方法,从共现特征、网络特征与语义特征3个维度丰富了共词网络节点和边的属性。通过实验构建了基于14万余篇新闻文本数据的语义增强型全文本共词网络,并重点对共现词对的语义特征进行分析,结合案例呈现了该方法在计算语言学研究和行业应用上的价值。本文从词间语义关系的视角,拓展了共词网络的构建和分析方法,描述了共现词汇的语义特征,证实了语义关系的非对称性和传递性,为语义关系的分类与推导提供了理论依据,在语义消歧、词义理解等方面具有应用价值。

The emergence of Omicron has gained global attention since November 2021. Of the Omicron strains, Omicron XBB.1.5 is the most recently identified. It carries deletions and more than 30 mutations, which have modified the biological features of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2(SARS-CoV-2) for enhanced transmissibility and immune escape capacity. People living with human immunodeficiency virus(PLWH) are featured with acquired cluster of differentiation(CD)4+ T cell deficiency and at a higher risk of progression to severe coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19). Vaccines are the most protective tools against SARS-CoV-2 infection. Nevertheless, the extent to which booster vaccination induces neutralizing antibody(NAb) production against Omicron XBB.1.5 in PLWH is not well defined.

Effect of Jinhua Qinggan granules on novel coronavirus pneumonia in patients

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Jinhua Qinggan granules in the treatment of patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19).METHODS: Eighty cases of COVID-19 diagnosed from January 24 to February 17, 2020 in Beijing YouAn Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University were retrospectively analyzed. All 80 patients received symptomatic and supportive *** them, 44 patients took Jinhua Qinggan granules(treatment group) within 24 h of admission, and the remaining 36 patients either did not take Jinhua Qinggan granules or took the granules for less than 2 d(control group). In this study, we compared the duration of viral nucleic acid detection and of pneumonia absorption improvement between the two ***: Among the 80 cases, 37 were male(46%)and 43 were female(54%) with age ranging from15 to 86 years, with an average age of 51.19 *** average duration of viral nucleic acid detection was(7 ± 4) d in the Jinhua Qinggan administration group and(10 ± 4) d for the control group(P =0.010), following which, nucleic acid tests were negative. Of the two groups, 56.82% in the Jinhua Qinggan treatment group and 27.78% in the control group demonstrated negative nucleic acid tests within 7 d or less. The 7-day viral clearance rate was significantly higher in the Jinhua Qinggan group compared with the control group(P = 0.009). Furthermore, the pneumonia recovery time indicated by chest CT was(8 ± 4) d in the Jinhua Qinggan group, which was significantly shorter than the control group, at(10 ± 5) d(P = 0.021). No adverse reactions were found in the treatment group after taking this ***: In patients with COVID-19, Jinhua Qinggan granules can effectively shorten the duration of nucleic acid detection and promote the absorption of pneumonia inflammatory exudate without obvious adverse reactions.

Trends in cancer mortality in China from 2004 to 2018:A nationwide longitudinal study

Background:The long-term trend in cancer death in a rapidly developing country provides information for cancer ***,we aimed to identify the trends in cancer mortality in China during the 2004-2018 ***:Using raw data from the national mortality surveillance system of China,we assessed the mortalities of all cancer and site-specific cancers during the 2004-2018 *** participants were divided into three age groups:≥65 years,40-64 years,and≤39 *** trends in cancer death by gender,residency,and tumor location were estimated using fitting joinpoint models to log-transformed crude mortality rates(CMRs)and age-standardizedmortality rates(ASMRs).Results:Cancer death accounted for 24% of all-cause of death in China during *** CMR of all cancer was 150.0 per 100,000 *** was the leading cause of death in the population<65 *** six major cancer types(lung/bronchus cancer,liver cancer,stomach cancer,esophagus cancer,colorectal cancer,and pancreas cancer)accounted for 75.85% of all cancer *** CMR of all cancer increased while the ASMR decreased during 2014-2018(P<0.001).Lung/bronchus cancer and liver cancer were the leading causes of cancer death in the population<65 years,accounting for 45.31%(CMR)and 44.35%(ASMR)of all cancer death,*** ASMR of liver cancer was higher in the 40-64 years population than in the≥65 years population,in contrast to the other five major *** ASMRs of liver cancer,stomach cancer,and esophagus cancer decreased although they were higher in rural residents than in urban residents;the ASMRs of lung/bronchus cancer,colorectal cancer,and pancreas cancer increased in rural residents although they were higher in urban residents than in rural residents during ***:Although the ASMR of all cancer decreased in China during 2004-2018,lung/bronchus cancer and liver cancer remained the leading causes of cancer-related premature ***/bronchus cancer,colo
