目的探讨白内障吸除、后囊环形撕囊、前部玻璃体切除及人工晶状体Ⅰ期植入术治疗小儿单眼先天性白内障的效果。方法2017年1~12月将66例发育性或外伤性白内障患儿80只眼随机分为A组和B组,每组40只眼,每组再分为1组和2组,各有20只眼,A组进行白内障吸除手术联合人工晶状体Ⅰ期植入术,B组在A组治疗基础上采用后囊环形撕囊、前部玻璃体切除手术。观察并分析术后视力、视轴混浊及可能发生的并发症。结果B组水肿、积血、渗液、眼压升高等并发症均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白内障吸除、后囊环形撕囊、前部玻璃体切除及人工晶状体Ⅰ期植入术联合应用治疗小儿单眼先天性白内障有效可靠。

Dabaoshan Mine,the largest mine in south China,has been developed since the 1970s.Acid mine drainage （AMD） discharged from the mine has caused severe environmental pollution and human health problems.In this article,chemical characteristics,mineralogy of ocher precipitations and heavy metal attenuation in the AMD are discussed based on physicochemical analysis,mineral analysis,sequential extraction experiments and hydrogeochemistry.The AMD chemical characteristics were determined from the initial water composition,water-rock interactions and dissolved sulfide minerals in the mine tailings.The waters,affected and unaffected by AMD,were Ca-SO4 and Ca-HCO3 types,respectively.The affected water had a low pH,high SO42 and high heavy metal content and oxidation as determined by the Fe^2＋ /Fe^3＋ couple.Heavy metal and SO4^2- contents of Hengshi River water decreased,while pH increased,downstream.Schwertmannite was the major mineral at the waste dump,while goethite and quartz were dominant at the tailings dam and streambed.Schwertmannite was transformed into goethite at the tailings dam and streambed.The sulfate ions of the secondary minerals changed from bidentate-to monodentate-complexes downstream.Fe-Mn oxide phases of Zn,Cd and Pb in sediments increased downstream.However,organic matter complexes of Cu in sediments increased further away from the tailings.Fe^3＋ mineral precipitates and transformations controlled the AMD water chemistry.

To identify the critical factors impacting the number concentration of particles with the aerodynamic diameters less than 2.5 μm(PNC_(2.5)), the continuous measurement of PNC_(2.5),chemical components in PM_(2.5), gaseous pollutants and meteorological conditions were conducted at an urban site in Tianjin in June 2015. Results indicated that the average PNC_(2.5) was 2839 ± 2430 d N/dlog Dp 1/cm^3 during the campaign. Compared to other meteorological parameters, the relative humidity(RH) had the strongest relationship with PNC_(2.5), with a Pearson's correlation coefficient of 0.53, and RH larger than 30% influenced strongly PNC_(2.5).The important influence of secondary reactions on PNC_(2.5) was inferred due to higher correlation coefficients between PNC_(2.5) and SO_4^(2-), NO_3^-, NH_4^+(r = 0.78–0.89; p < 0.01) and between PNC_(2.5) and ratios that represent the conversion of nitrogen and sulfur oxides to particulate matter(r = 0.42–0.49; p < 0.01). Under specific RH conditions, there were even stronger correlations between PNC_(2.5) and NO_3^-, SO_4^(2-), NH_4^+, while those between PNC_(2.5) and EC, OC were relatively weak, especially when RH exceeded 50%. Principal component analysis(PCA) and Pearson's correlation analysis indicated that secondary sources, vehicle emission and coal combustion might be major contributors to PNC_(2.5). Backward trajectory and potential source contribution function(PSCF) analysis suggested that the transport of air masses originated from these regions around Tianjin(Liaoning, Hebei, Shandong and Jiangsu) influenced critically PNC_(2.5). The north of Jiangsu, the west of Shandong, and the east of Hebei were distinguished as major potential source-areas of PNC_(2.5) by PSCF model.

Spatial information network is a kind of satellite network with high speed node movement and fast dynamic topology change.With the increasing number of low-orbit satellites,the research on the subnets topology and dynamic optimization of space information networks has become an important direction to study the destructibility of spatial information network.In this paper,two common objective functions in inter-satellite link assignment,network observation position and network communication factor are studied,and a multi-objective optimization model is constructed.Depth first search,simulated annealing,NSGA-II and adaptive optimization simulated annealing were used to analyze and solve the model.By comparing the solving efficiency of the model through simulation experiments,the difference of the results caused by the four algorithms is verified.

Changes in olfactory function are considered to be early biomarkers of Parkinson’s disease.Olfactory dysfunction is one of the earliest non-motor features of Parkinson’s disease,appearing in about 90%of patients with early-stage Parkinson’s disease,and can often predate the diagnosis by years.Therefore,olfactory dysfunction should be considered a reliable marker of the disease.However,the mechanisms responsible for olfactory dysfunction are currently unknown.In this article,we clearly explain the pathology and medical definition of olfactory function as a biomarker for early-stage Parkinson’s disease.On the basis of the findings of clinical olfactory function tests and animal model experiments as well as neurotransmitter expression levels,we further characterize the relationship between olfactory dysfunction and neurodegenerative diseases as well as the molecular mechanisms underlying olfactory dysfunction in the pathology of early-stage Parkinson’s disease.The findings highlighted in this review suggest that olfactory dysfunction is an important biomarker for preclinical-stage Parkinson’s disease.Therefore,therapeutic drugs targeting non-motor symptoms such as olfactory dysfunction in the early stage of Parkinson’s disease may prevent or delay dopaminergic neurodegeneration and reduce motor symptoms,highlighting the potential of identifying effective targets for treating Parkinson’s disease by inhibiting the deterioration of olfactory dysfunction.

Improving brittle behavior and mechanical properties is still a big challenge for high-temperature structural materials.By means of first-principles calculations,in this paper,we systematically investigate the effect of vacancy and oxygen occupation on the elastic properties and brittle-or-ductile behavior on Mo_(5)Si_(3).Four vacancies(Si_(-Va1),Si_(-Va2),Mo_(-Va1),Mo_(-Va2))and oxygen occupation models(O_(Mo1),O_(Mo2),O_(-Si1),O_(-Si2))are selected for research.It is found that Mo_(-Va2) vacancy has the stronger structural stability in the ground state in comparison with other vacancies.Besides,the deformation resistance and hardness of the parent Mo_(5)Si_(3) are weakened due to the introduction of different vacancy defects and oxygen occupation.The ratio of B/G indicates that oxygen atoms occupation and vacancy defects result in brittle-to-ductile transition for Mo_(5)Si_(3).These vacancies and the oxygen atoms occupation change the localized hybridization between Mo-Si and Mo-Mo atoms.The weaker O-Mo bond is a contributing factor for the excellent ductile behavior in the O_(-Si2) model for Mo_(5)Si_(3).

Background Accumulating evidence from human trials and rodent studies has indicated that modulation of gut microbiota affects host physiological homeostasis and behavioral characteristics.Similarly,alterations in gut micro-biota could be a feasible strategy for reducing aggressive behavior and improving health in chickens.The study was conducted to determine the effects of early-life cecal microbiota transplantation(CMT)on cecal microbial composi-tion,brain serotonergic activity,and aggressive behavior of recipient chickens.Methods Chicken lines 63 and 72 with nonaggressive and aggressive behavior,respectively,were used as donors and a commercial strain Dekalb XL was used as recipients for CMT.Eighty-four 1-d-old male chicks were randomly assigned to 1 of 3 treatments with 7 cages per treatment and 4 chickens per cage(n=7):saline(control,CTRL),cecal solution of line 6_(3)(6_(3)-CMT),and cecal solution of line 7_(2)(7_(2)-CMT).Transplantation was conducted via oral gavage once daily from d 1 to 10,and then boosted once weekly from week 3 to 5.At weeks 5 and 16,home-cage behavior was recorded,and chickens with similar body weights were assigned to paired aggression tests between the treat-ments.Samples of blood,brain,and cecal content were collected from the post-tested chickens to detect CMT-induced biological and microbiota changes.Results 63-CMT chickens displayed less aggressive behavior with a higher hypothalamic serotonergic activity at week 5.Correspondingly,two amplicon sequence variants(ASVs)belonging to Lachnospiraceae and one Ruminococ-caceae UCG-005 ASV were positively correlated with the levels of brain tryptophan and serotonin,respectively.7_(2)-CMT chickens had lower levels of brain norepinephrine and dopamine at week 5 with higher levels of plasma serotonin and tryptophan at week 16.ASVs belonging to Mollicutes RF39 and GCA-900066225 in 7_(2)-CMT chickens were nega-tively correlated with the brain 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid(5-HIAA)at week 5,and one Bacteroides ASV was negatively correlated with plas

A method based on workflow technology and Open Geospatial Consortium(OGC)specification is proposed to establish a universal workflow conceptual model in the network environment.In this paper,the soil fertility evaluation conceptual model was developed as an evaluation method of soil fertility by analyzing the GIS-based fertility evaluation method and extracting the dynamic variable to verify the feasibility model.This validation process involves determining the instantiation of the conceptual model.The proposed conceptual model achieved the following goals.All data acquisition and processing functions were packaged into an OGC-compliant service model;these service models were organized into a processing chain in a certain order on the workflow platform by Petri-Net;the fertility evaluation was realized on the workflow platform by calling the processing chain.Results showed that processing functions and data can be shared in the network environment,and the network workflow model can be realized by the workflow technology.The successful implementation of fertility evaluation proved the feasibility of the network-based universal workflow conceptual model.In addition,the flexibility of our modeling method is demonstrated by reconstructing the workflow model.

Objective To investigate the specific activities of gamma radionuclides in the soils around high energy accelerators,and to analyze the influence of rays emitted by nuclides with characteristic peaks at similar energy points on nuclide measurement results,in order to provide reference for the accurate identification of radionuclides.Methods GR5021 high-purity germanium gamma spectroscopy system was used to measure the specific activities of gamma-emitting radionuclides 226Ra,232Th,238U,40K and artificial radionuclides 54Mn,52Mn,7Be,22Na,59Fe,95Zr in six soil samples around three kinds of high energy accelerators,and the theoretical counts of the characteristic peak of 835.7keV were compared with the measured counts of the characteristic peak of 54Mn.Results The specific activity ranges of gamma-emitting radionuclides 226Ra,232Th,238U and 40K in the soils around three kinds of high energy accelerators were 55.5–171,34.9–99.9,21.9–79.3 and 247–680 Bq/kg,respectively.The specific activities of artificial radionuclides 52Mn,7Be,22Na,59Fe and 95Zr were basically lower than the minimum detection limit.A characteristic peak was found at the energy point of 835.7keV in six soil samples,and the corresponding total absorption peak counts were from 228Ac of 232Thdecay daughter.Conclusions The specific activities of gamma-emitting radionuclides were at the normal natural background levels.The specific activities of artificial radionuclides were basically lower than the minimum detection limits.For 232Th,when its specific activity is above 40 Bq/kg,characteristic peak of its decay daughter 228Ac could be misjudged as characteristic peak of 54Mn.
