Influence of Transportation Accessibility on Urban-rural Income Disparity and Its Spatial Heterogeneity

Transportation accessibility has been treated as an important means of reducing the urban-rural income ***,only a few studies have examined the effects of different types of transportation accessibility on urban-rural income disparity and their spatial *** on data from 285 prefecture-level(and above)Chinese cities in 2000,2005,2010,2015,and 2020,this study uses spatial econometric models to examine how highway accessibility and railway accessibility influence the urban-rural income disparity and to identify their spatial *** result reveals that highway accessibility and railway accessibility have‘coreperiphery’ring-like circle *** urban-rural income disparity exhibits strong spatial clustering *** highway accessibility and railway accessibility are negatively associated with urban-rural income disparity,and the former having a greater effect ***,there is a substitution effect between highway accessibility and railway accessibility in the whole ***,these associations differ in geographic *** the central region,highway accessibility is more important in reducing the urban-rural income disparity,but its effect is weakened with the increase of railway *** the western region,railway accessibility has a larger effect on narrowing the urban-rural income disparity,and this effect is strengthened by the increase of highway *** conclude that improving transportation accessibility is conducive to reducing the urban-rural income disparity but its effect is spatial *** and railways should be developed in a coordinated manner to promote an integrated transport network system.

The past decades have witnessed a wide application of federated learning in crowd sensing,to handle the numerous data collected by the sensors and provide the users with precise and customized ***,how to protect the private information of users in federated learning has become an important research *** with the differential privacy(DP)technique and secure multiparty computation(SMC)strategy,the covert communication mechanism in federated learning is more efficient and energy-saving in training the ma-chine learning *** this paper,we study the covert communication problem for federated learning in crowd sensing Internet-of-Things *** from the previous works about covert communication in federated learning,most of which are considered in a centralized framework and experimental-based,we firstly proposes a centralized covert communication mechanism for federated learning among n learning agents,the time complexity of which is O(log n),approximating to the optimal ***,for the federated learning without parameter server,which is a harder case,we show that solving such a problem is NP-hard and prove the existence of a distributed covert communication mechanism with O(log logΔlog n)times,approximating to the optimal solution.Δis the maximum distance between any pair of learning *** analysis and nu-merical simulations are presented to show the performance of our covert communication *** hope that our covert communication work can shed some light on how to protect the privacy of federated learning in crowd sensing from the view of communications.

Three eusauropod teeth(SDUST-V1064,PMOL-AD00176,PMOL-ADt0005)are reported from the Lower Cretaceous Yixian Formation of Ningcheng,southeastern Inner Mongolia,*** of them(SDUST-V1064,PMOL-AD00176)are assigned to early-diverging titanosauriforms in having slightly mesiodistal expansion at the base of the tooth crown,a slenderness index value>2.0 and<4.0,and D-shaped cross ***,SDUST-V1064 and PMOL-AD00176 are referred as an Euhelopus-like titanosauriform on the basis of having a sub-circular boss on the lingual surface and an asymmetrical crown-root margin which slants apically,*** scan data of SDUST-V1064 reveals new dental information of early-diverging titanosauriforms,for example,the enamel on the labial side thicker than that on the lingual side,an enamel/dentine ratio of 0.26 and a boss present on the lingual side of the dentine of the crown.

With remarkable learning capabilities and swift operational speeds,artificial intelligence(AI)can assist researchers in swiftly extracting valuable patterns,trends,and associations from subjective *** behaviors are characterized by dependence on systems,evolution with time,and multidisciplinary *** friction process involves a variety of phenomena,including mechanics,thermology,electricity,optics,magnetics,and so ***,tribological information possesses the distinct characteristics of being multidisciplinary,multilevel,and multiscale,so that the application of AI in tribology is highly *** delineate the scope,classification,and recent trends of AI implementation in tribology,this review embarks on exploration of the tribology research *** comprehensively outlines the utilization of AI in basic theory of tribology,intelligent tribology,component tribology,extreme tribology,bio-tribology,green tribology,and other ***,considering the emergence of"tribo-informatics"as a novel interdisciplinary field,which combines tribology with informatics,this review elucidates the future directions and research framework of"AI for tribology".In this paper,tribo-system information is divided into 5 categories:input information(I),system intrinsic information(S),output information(O),tribological state information(Ts),and derived state information(Ds).Then,a fusion method among 5 types of tribo-system information and different AI technologies(regression,classification,clustering,and dimension reduction)has been proposed,which enables tribo-informatics methods to solve common problems such as tribological behavior state monitoring,behavior prediction,and system *** purpose of this review is to offer a systematic comprehension of tribo-informatics and to inspire new research ideas of ***,it aspires to enhance the efficiency of problem-solving in tribology.

Viscoelastic surfactants(VES)are often used as viscous diverters in acidizing stimulation to prolong the acid consumption time and maximize zonal coverage of the acid for improving well ***,the ceiling temperature of commercial VES cannot exceed 120℃in practical use because of the poor thermal stability and fragile molecular structure,hindering their implementation in hightemperature oil reservoirs,i.e.,≥150℃.Here we synthesized a novel C22-tailed diamine,N-erucaminopropyl-N,N-dimethylamine(EDPA),and examined comparatively its rheological behavior,assemblies morphology and molecular stability in 20 wt%HCl with a commercial VES,erucyl dimethyl amidopropyl betaine(EDAB).The feasibility of EDPA for acidizing stimulation was assessed by acid etching of carbonate rock with its HCl solution at 150℃.Rheological results showed that the 2.5 wt%EDPA—20 wt%HCl solution maintains stable viscosity of 90 m Pa s at 150℃for 60 min,while that of 2.0 wt%EDAB HCl solution is just 1 m Pa s under identical conditions.1H NMR spectra and cryo-TEM observations revealed that the chemical structure and self-assembled architectures of EDPA remained intact in such context,but the EDAB suffered from degradation due to the hydrolysis of the amide group,accounting for the poor heat-resistance and *** reaction rate of 2.5 wt%EDPA HCl solution with carbonate rock was one order of magnitude lower than that of 20 wt%HCl solution at 150℃,underpinning the potential of EDPA to be used in the high-temperature reservoirs *** work improved the thermal tolerance of VES in highly concentrated HCl solution,paving a feasible way for the acidization of high-temperature reservoir environments(~150℃).

Smart Gait:A Gait Optimization Framework for Hexapod Robots

The current gait planning for legged robots is mostly based on human presets,which cannot match the flexible characteristics of natural *** paper proposes a gait optimization framework for hexapod robots called Smart *** Gait contains three modules:swing leg trajectory optimization,gait period&duty optimization,and gait sequence *** full dynamics of a single leg,and the centroid dynamics of the overall robot are considered in the respective *** Smart Gait not only helps the robot to decrease the energy consumption when in locomotion,mostly,it enables the hexapod robot to determine its gait pattern transitions based on its current state,instead of repeating the formalistic clock-set step *** Smart Gait framework allows the hexapod robot to behave nimbly as a living animal when in 3D movements for the first *** Smart Gait framework combines offline and online optimizations without any fussy data-driven training procedures,and it can run efficiently on board in real-time after *** experiments are carried out on the hexapod robot *** results show that the energy consumption is reduced by 15.9%when in *** gait patterns can be generated spontaneously both in regular and challenge environments,and when facing external interferences.

Tumor immunotherapy,particularly cancer vaccines,holds promise for combating cancer by harnessing tailored immune responses against malignant ***,conventional approaches face challenges in efficiently delivering antigens for optimal immune *** adjuvants,like MF59,enhance cellular uptake but struggle to induce robust CD8+T cell ***,we introduce a novel strategy employing a water-in-oil-in-water(W/O/W)multiple Pickering emulsion(mPE)for antigen *** mPE,utilizing biocompatible,pH-sensitive particles,encapsulates antigens within the inner water phase,ensuring enhanced intracellular processing and dictating the intracellular fate of antigens for improved *** vitro and in vivo studies demonstrated that mPEs induced robust dendritic cells activation and antigen cross-presentation,leading to a significantly enhanced immune ***,calcium phosphate-stabilized mPE(CaP-mPE)illustrated the more robust IFN-γ+T cell *** comparison with traditional surfactant-stabilized multiple emulsions,CaP-mPE significantly inhibit tu-mor growth and effectively prolong the survival of tumor-bearing *** innovative approach offers a promising avenue for the development of effective cancer vaccines with potent cellular immune responses.

Lysosomes are the degradation centers and signaling hubs in the cell. Lysosomes undergo adaptation to maintain cell homeostasis in response to a wide variety of cues. Dysfunction of lysosomes leads to aging and severe diseases including lysosomal storage diseases(LSDs), neurodegenerative disorders,and cancer. To understand the complexity of lysosome biology, many research approaches and tools have been developed to investigate lysosomal functions and regulatory mechanisms in diverse experimental systems. This review summarizes the current approaches and tools adopted for studying lysosomes, and aims to provide a methodological overview of lysosomal research and related fields.

Grain boundary(GB),as a kind of lattice defect,widely exists in two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenides(2D TMDs),which has complex and diverse influences on the physical/chemical properties of 2D *** are universally considered to be a double-edged sword,although some electrical and mechanical properties of 2D TMDs would be adversely affected leading to the reduced overall quality,certain structure-oriented applications could be realized based on its unique *** this review,we first detailed the atomic structure characteristics of GBs and the corresponding techniques,then we systematically summarized the methods of introducing GBs into 2D ***,we expounded unique electrical,mechanical,and chemical properties of the GBs in 2D TMDs and clarified its internal relationship with the atomic ***,the application of GB structure in hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)is also *** the end,we make a conclusion and put forward outlooks,hoping to further promote the basic research of GB and boost the wide application of 2D TMDs.
