A novel matrix topology-based analysis method of thermal circuits for reliability optimization of HSER

Hermetically Sealed Electromagnetic Relay(HSER), used in aviation and aerospace,demands high reliability due to its critical applications. Given its complex operating conditions, efficient thermal analysis is essential for optimizing reliability. The commonly used Finite Element Method(FEM) is often time-consuming and may not be efficient or adaptable for complex multi-dimensional system calculations and design processes. This paper introduces an analysis method for thermal networks based on matrix perspective technology, encompassing matrix transformation, backpropagation of the heat path model, temperature rise calculation, solution comparison, and product implementation. Using the similarity theory of heat circuits, a basic thermal unit is established. Based on the fundamental connection between key components, a thermal network for a typical HSER is designed. An experimental system is set up, and the thermal network model's accuracy is confirmed using test data. Employing the topology analysis method, the topology of the thermal network is analyzed under both coil-energized and de-energized states. Potential thermal paths are identified, leading to optimized solutions for the HSER. Utilizing these solutions, the thermal path matrix topology model is backpropagated to the thermal path for temperature rise calculations. When compared to prototype HSER test data, the efficiency and accuracy of this matrix topology-based analysis method are confirmed.

A multi-parameter model of heat treatment process for soft magnetic materials on performance of HSERs

Abstract:Material properties play an important role in the performance of electromagnetic mechanism. For an aeronautic Hermetically-Sealed Electromagnetic Relay(HSER), more than 50%parts are made of soft magnetic materials. Therefore, the performance of soft magnetic materials directly determines the static and dynamic characteristics of the HSER. Based on the theory of crystal recrystallization, this paper analyzes cold extrusion and heat treatment in the processing of soft magnetic materials, simulates the grain change process of an armature at different heat treatment temperatures, establishes a correlation model of temperature, grain size, and magnetic energy,and verifies results by scanning electron microscopy. Results of heat treatment temperatures from 800 ℃to 920 ℃are obtained and compared. A sample soft magnetic material after heat treatment at different temperatures has the largest difference in the initial magnetization range, up to 22%. In order to verify the fluctuation of the overall output characteristics of an HSER caused by the difference between soft magnetic materials, a static and dynamic analysis model of a typical HSER is established, and the accuracy of the model is verified by a set of actual test system. The difference of dynamic characteristics under different heat treatment temperatures is nearly 3%.

儿童青少年视网膜周边离焦分布特点的研究

目的探讨儿童青少年视网膜周边离焦的分布特点。方法横断面研究。收集2021年1至12月在临沧市人民医院眼科、大理大学第一附属医院眼科及大理眼视光眼科医院就诊的3~18岁人群500例, 纳入其右眼进行研究。其中男性226例(45.20%), 女性274例(54.80%);年龄为(10.79±3.79)岁。所有受试者进行睫状肌麻痹后验光、光学生物测量仪检查及眼压测量获取屈光度数、角膜平均曲率、眼轴长度及眼压, 并进行多光谱屈光地形图检查获取视网膜周边离焦的地形图及不同视野角度和不同方位的离焦量。根据地形图表现将离焦类型分为火山口型、半侧翘起型、马鞍型和相对平坦型, 分别统计各种离焦类型中不同屈光状态眼的分布。结果 500例受试者等效球镜度数为(-1.51±2.61)D;眼轴长度为(24.10±1.28)mm;角膜平均曲率为(43.20±1.22)D。500只眼中, 382只眼的视网膜周边离焦为远视离焦, 其中近视眼316只(82.72%);近视离焦为118只眼, 其中近视眼15只(12.72%)。不同视网膜周边离焦类型中, 火山口型112只眼(22.4%), 半侧翘起型153只眼(30.6%)、马鞍型107只眼(21.4%)、相对平坦型128只眼(25.6%)。其中火山口型、半侧翘起型、马鞍型和平坦型的眼中, 近视眼的占比分别为82.14%(92只眼)、69.28%(106只眼)、60.75%(65只眼)和3.90%(5只眼)。受试者的RDV-15°、RDV-30°、RDV-45°分别为(0.01±0.08)、(0.06±0.21)、(0.20±0.37)D。视网膜周边颞侧、下方、鼻侧、上方的离焦分别(0.58±0.69)、(0.52±0.63)、(0.21±0.64)、(-0.26±0.67)D;其中上方离焦为主要表现为近视性, 其余主要为远视性。结论青少年儿童中视网膜周边远视离焦者约占3/4, 这部分人群中近视眼患者更多。视网膜距离黄斑越远的位置远视离焦量越大。上方和下方、鼻侧和颞侧的视网膜离焦并不对称, 颞侧远视离焦最明显, 上方近视离焦最明显。

目的系统评价老年糖尿病患者发生低血糖的危险因素。方法检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据库中关于老年糖尿病患者低血糖危险因素的相关研究,检索时限为建库至2023年7月15日。由2名研究者独立进行文献筛选、资料提取以及质量评价,并采用Stata 15.1软件进行数据处理。结果共纳入20篇文献,涉及研究对象656293例。Meta分析结果显示:年龄≥80岁、体质指数10年、未行自我血糖监测、肾功能受损、痴呆或认知功能障碍是老年糖尿病患者发生低血糖的危险因素。结论老年糖尿病患者发生低血糖受较多危险因素影响,护理人员应针对这些危险因素进行早期筛查和干预,降低老年糖尿病患者低血糖的发生率。

A type of 2D magnetic equivalent circuit framework of permanent magnet for magnetic system in AEMR

Modeling of permanent magnet（PM） is very important in the process of electromagnetic system calculation of aerospace electromagnetic relay（AEMR）. In traditional analytical calculation, PM is often equivalent to a lumped parameter model of one magnetic resistance and one magnetic potential, but great error is often caused for the inner differences of PM; based on the conception of flux tube, a type of 2D magnetic equivalent circuit framework of permanent magnet model（2D MECF） is established; the element is defined, the relationship between elements is deduced, and solution procedure as well as verification condition of this model is given; by a case study of the electromagnetic system of a certain type of AEMR, the electromagnetic system calculation model is established based on 2D MECF and the attractive force at different rotation angles is calculated; the proposed method is compared with the traditional lumped parameter model and finite element method（FEM）; for some types of electromagnetic systems with symmetrical structure, 2D MECF proves to be of acceptable accuracy and high calculation speed which fit the requirement of robust design for AEMR.

Solid-state batteries represent the future of energy storage technology,offering improved safety and energy ***-type Li_(7)La_(3)Zr_(2)O_(12)(LLZO)solidstate electrolytes-based solid-state lithium batteries(SSLBs)stand out for their appealingmaterial properties and chemical stability.Yet,their successful deployment depends on conquering interfacial challenges.This review article primarily focuses on the advancement of interfacial engineering for LLZO-based SSLBs.We commence with a concise introduction to solid-state electrolytes and a discussion of the challenges tied to interfacial properties in LLZO-based SSLBs.We deeply explore the correlations between structure and properties and the design principles vital for achieving an ideal electrode/electrolyte interface.Subsequently,we delve into the latest advancements and strategies dedicated to overcoming these challenges,with designated sections on cathode and anode interface design.In the end,we share our insights into the advancements and opportunities for interface design in realizing the full potential of LLZO-based SSLBs,ultimately contributing to the development of safe and high-performance energy storage solutions.

Study on site selection planning of urban electric vehicle charging station

The large-scale development of electric vehicles(EVs)requires numerous charging stations to serve them,and the charging stations should be reasonably laid out and planned according to the charging demand of electric vehicles.Considering the costs of both operators and users,a site selection model for optimal layout planning of charging stations is constructed,and a queuing theory approach is used to determine the charging pile configuration to meet the charging demand in the planning area.To solve the difficulties of particle swarm global optimization search,the improved random drift particle swarm optimization(IRDPSO)and Voronoi diagram are used to jointly solve for the optimal layout of electric vehicles.The final arithmetic analysis verifies the feasibility and practicality of the model and algorithm,and the results show that the total social cost is minimized when the charging station is 9,the location of the charging station is close to the center of gravity and the layout is reasonable.

Development of porphyrin-based fluorescent sensors and sensor arrays for saccharide recognition

Saccharide sensing is a very meaningful research topic as saccharides are involved in many biological activities.However,it is challenging to design molecular sensors for saccharides because this family of compounds is hydromimetic in aqueous solutions and shares a similar chemical structure.In this review,research progress in the development of porphyrin-based saccharide sensors is described with representative examples.We focus on using porphyrin as the signal reporter because porphyrins exhibit unique advantages in high chemical stability,long emission wavelength,and multiple structural modification strategies.Reported literature results have been classified into mainly two sections according to the general working principles of the porphyrin sensor molecules.In the first section,recognition unit,design strategy and sensing performance of traditional porphyrin-based selective saccharide sensors are discussed.While in the second section,development of porphyrin-based sensor arrays for pattern recognition of saccharides has been summarized.Looking through the design strategy and sensing performance of reported achievements,it is reasonable to anticipate a bright future for designing practical porphyrin-based saccharide sensors.

ROS-responsive hydrogels with spatiotemporally sequential delivery of antibacterial and anti-inflammatory drugs for the repair of MRSA-infected wounds

For the treatment of MRSA-infected wounds,the spatiotemporally sequential delivery of antibacterial and anti-inflammatory drugs is a promising strategy.In this study,ROS-responsive HA-PBA/PVA(HPA)hydrogel was prepared by phenylborate ester bond cross-linking between hyaluronic acid-grafted 3-amino phenylboronic acid(HA-PBA)and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)to achieve spatiotemporally controlled release of two kinds of drug to treat MRSA-infected wound.The hydrophilic antibiotic moxifloxacin(M)was directly loaded in the hydrogel.And hydrophobic curcumin(Cur)with anti-inflammatory function was first mixed with Pluronic F127(PF)to form Cur-encapsulated PF micelles(Cur-PF),and then loaded into the HPA hydrogel.Due to the different hydrophilic and hydrophobic nature of moxifloxacin and Cur and their different existing forms in the HPA hydrogel,the final HPA/M&Cur-PF hydrogel can achieve different spatiotemporally sequential delivery of the two drugs.In addition,the swelling,degradation,self-healing,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant property,and biocompatibility of hydrogels were tested.Finally,in the MRSA-infected mouse skin wound,the hydrogel-treated group showed faster wound closure,less inflammation and more collagen deposition.Immunofluorescence experiments further confirmed that the hydrogel promoted better repair by reducing inflammation(TNF-a)and promoting vascular(VEGF)regeneration.In conclusion,this HPA/M&CurPF hydrogel that can spatiotemporally sequential deliver antibacterial and anti-inflammatory drugs showed great potential for the repair of MRSA-infected skin wounds.

Ultralow friction PTFE/PEEK heterolayer:A new solid lubrication approach toward simplicity

Tribological applications of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)are often limited by technological complexity to overcome its poor wear resistance.Here,a PTFE/polyetheretherketone(PEEK)heterolayer(HL)was proposed and evaluated as a new solid lubrication solution.Pin-on-disk tribometry found the lowest friction coefficient(μ)of 0.031 and ultralow wear for the PEEK/HL under typical conditions.The friction coefficient of the HL surpasses those of the state-of-the-art polymeric coatings/composites by at least 200%,and approaches that of highly lubricated interfaces.Mechanistic investigations revealed multi-length physical and chemical heterogeneity of the HL that best facilitates a tribofilm with high subsurface stability and surface instability.The technological simplicity and robustness of the HL’s high lubricity make it a promising new type of solid lubrication toward greater reliability and longevity.
