Belowground Bud Bank Is Insensitive to Short-Term Nutrient Addition in the Meadow Steppe of Inner Mongolia

Human activities and industrialization have signiﬁcantly increased soil nutrients,such as nitrogen(N)and phos-phorus(P),profoundly impacting the composition and structure of plant community,as well as the ecosystem functions,especially in nutrient-limited ***,as the key propagule pool of perennial grasslands,how belowground bud bank and its relationship with aboveground vegetation respond to short-term changes in soil nutrients was still *** this study,we conducted a short-term(2021–2022)soil fertilization experiment with N addition(10 g N m^(-2) yr^(-1))and P addition(5 g N m^(-2) yr^(-1))in the meadow steppe of Inner Mongolia,China,to explore the responses of belowground bud bank,aboveground shoot population and their relationships(represented by the ratio of bud to shoot density-meristem limitation index(MLI))for the whole community and three plant functional groups(perennial rhizomatous grasses-PR,perennial bunchgrasses-PB,and perennial forbs-PF)to nutrient *** short-term nutrient addition had no signiﬁcant inﬂuences on belowground bud density,aboveground shoot density,and MLI of the whole plant *** functional groups showed different responses to soil ***ﬁcally,N addition signiﬁcantly increased the bud density and shoot density of PR,especially in combination with P addition.N addition reduced the shoot density of PF but had no inﬂuence on its bud density and *** addition had signiﬁcant effects on the three indicators of *** study indicates that the belowground bud bank and its relationship with aboveground vegetation in temperate meadow steppe are insensitive to short-term soil fertilization,but plant functional groups exhibit speciﬁc responses in terms of population regeneration,which implies that plant community composition and ecosystem functions will be changed under the ongoing global change.

Soil Moisture Rather than Soil Nutrient Regulates the Belowground Bud Bank of Rhizomatous Species Psammochloa villosa in Arid Sand Dunes

In arid and semi-arid sand dune ecosystems,belowground bud bank plays an important role in population regeneration and vegetation ***,the responses of belowground bud bank size and composition to sand burial and its induced changes in soil environmental factors have been rarely *** arid sand dunes of Northwestern China,we investigated belowground bud bank size and composition of the typical rhizomatous psammophyte Psammochloa villosa as well as three key soil environmental factors(soil moisture,total carbon and total nitrogen)under different depths of sand *** buds and rhizome buds increased significantly with increasing burial depth,whereas tiller buds first increased and then decreased,with a peak value at the depth of 20-30 *** moisture increased significantly with sand burial depth,and was positively correlated with the number of all buds and rhizome *** total carbon concentration first increased and then decreased with sand burial depth,and total nitrogen concentration was significantly lower under deep sand burial than those at shallow depths,and only the number of tiller buds was positively correlated with soil total nitrogen *** results indicate that soil moisture rather than soil nutrient might regulate the belowground bud bank of ***,and that clonal psammophytes could regulate their belowground bud bank in response to sand burial and the most important environmental stress(i.e.,soil moisture).These responses,as the key adaptive strategy,may ensure clonal plant population regeneration and vegetation restoration in arid sand dunes.

Semi-quantitatively Predicting the Residence Time of Three Natural Products on Endothelin Receptor A by Peak Profiling Using the Receptor Functionalized Macroporous Silica Gel as Stationary Phase

Drug-receptor interaction analysis has been broadly adopted as a tool for the evaluation of the drug-like ***,growing evidence has demonstrated that drug e fficacy and safety are highly related to residence time,which equals the reciprocal of the dissociation rate constant(k_(d))of a drug to its target *** endothelin receptor A(ET_(A)R)as a probe,we immobilized the receptor on the surface of macroporous silica gel through a covalent interaction between the epidermal growth factor tyrosine kinase(EGFR)at the C terminal of ET_(A)R and the covalent inhibitor ibrutinib modified on the gel in a one-step *** a ffinity stationary phase was used to semi-quantitatively determine the residence time of natural products on ET_(A)R and evaluate their drug-like *** k_(d)values of three specific ligands(bosentan,macitentan,and ambrisentan)to ET_(A)R were determined by nonlinear chromatography,peak profiling and peak_(d)*** the data determined in free solution of the three methods,peak profiling is considered as the best-fit method for k_(d)***,peak profiling was applied for predicting the residence time of three natural products(ferulic acid,berberine,and palmatine)on ET_(A)*** the longest residence time of 61.11±3.47 s on ET_(A)R,palmatine was evaluated as the most potent compound,which could be developed as a long-acting lead for the *** demonstrate that the high-performance a ffinity chromatography with immobilized ET_(A)R is an alternative for the semi-quantitative measurement of residence time for the drug-like property evaluation of natural products.

美罗培南与泰能随机对照治疗细菌性感染的临床评价(英文)

目的　评价美罗培南的安全性和有效性。方法　共入选 182例 ,其中试验组 90例 ,疗效评价 70例 ,不良反应评价 72例 ;对照组 92例 ,疗效评价 70例 ,不良反应评价 70例。给药方法为美罗培南 5 0 0mg/次 ,Q12h (必要时 1g ,Q12h) ,静脉点滴 30分钟 ;泰能 (亚胺培南 /西司他丁 ,5 0 0mg/5 0 0mg) ,5 0 0mg/次 ,Q 12h(必要时 1g ,Q12h) ,静脉点滴 30分钟 ,疗程均为 7- 14天。结果　两药临床有效率分别为 90 %与 87% ,细菌清除率分别为 86% (5 5 /64)和 86% (5 7/66) ,76% (93/12 3)的临床分离致病菌进行株致病菌产β 内酰胺酶阳性。不良反应发生率分别为 9.7% (7/72 )与 8.6% (6/70 )。以上结果经统计学处理无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　美罗培南治疗细菌性感染 (包括酶菌感染 )安全有效。

为分析以色列急性麻痹病毒(Israeli acute paralysis virus, IAPV)LN株VP2蛋白的序列并预测B淋巴细胞抗原表位,试验以IAPV-LN株RNA为模板,采用RT-PCR扩增VP2基因,通过BLAST序列比对获得IAPV-LN株VP2基因的核苷酸序列,并推导氨基酸序列,建立VP2蛋白的3D模型;用DNAStar软件中的Protean模块综合分析VP2蛋白的亲水性、柔性区域、表面可能性和抗原表位等。结果表明:IAPV-LN株VP2基因序列长度为810 bp,编辑了270个氨基酸,其与GenBank中公布的IAPV-BJ株(GenBank登录号为KX421583.1)核苷酸序列同源性为99%,氨基酸序列同源性为99%;与IAPV-BJ2(GenBank登录号为MG599488.1)株核苷酸序列同源性为98%,氨基酸序列同源性为99%。该蛋白是亲水性蛋白质,柔性区域和表面可能性区域较多;IAPV-LN株VP2蛋白空间构象比较规则,其可能形成抗原表位的区域是14~22,167~175,239~246位氨基酸处。

目的优选朴金凝胶的制剂工艺。方法以厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量为评价指标,对乙醇体积分数、提取方法和乙醇用量进行考察,优选朴金凝胶的最佳醇提工艺;以凝胶剂外观、涂展性、黏度、pH值等指标评价朴金凝胶剂,最终确定最佳制剂成型工艺。结果优选的处方醇提工艺为:加12倍量体积分数为80%的乙醇回流提取2次,每次2 h;优选的制剂工艺为:卡波姆1.2 g静置溶胀12 h,加入甘油15 g,药粉5 g,搅拌均匀后加入三乙醇胺1.5 g,加水至100 g。结论优选出的制剂工艺简便、可行;凝胶剂成品性质稳定、质地优良、均匀细腻。
