Human herpes virus 6(HHV-6)is a ubiquitous and most common pathogen that affects *** herpes virus 6B(HHV-6B)is a wide spread human herpesvirus that infects most people when they are children,establishes latent infections in the central nervous system(CNS),especially in the hippocampus and amygdala,and induces neurologic ***-6 can establish a latent infection and be reactivated by various ***,viral genomic DNA of HHV-6B has been detected in surgically removed brain tissues of intractable epilepsy patients,suggesting the involvement of HHV-6B in the pathogenesis of *** lobe epilepsy(TLE)has been shown to be closely related with *** patients with HHV-6B in their brains suffer from reiterative attacks of febrile seizures and hippocampal ***,the mechanisms underlying the contribution of this virus to the development of TLE remains *** direct damage and immune activation caused by the virus are involved in the process of neuron damage,abnormal neural circuit formation and glial cell *** addition,some cytokines like interleukin-17A(IL-17A),nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κb),transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β),mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)and phospholipase A2 are up-regulated and involved in the pathological process of *** studies are needed to clarify the mechanisms underlying the link between HHV-6B and epilepsy,and identify biomarkers to recognize different patient groups for anti-inflammatory or immunomodulatory therapies.

With the arrival of the 5G era,wireless communication technologies and services are rapidly exhausting the limited spectrum *** auctions came into being,which can effectively utilize spectrum *** of the complexity of the electronic spectrum auction network environment,the security of spectrum auction can not be *** scholars focus on researching the security of the single-sided auctions,while ignoring the practical scenario of a secure double spectrum auction where participants are composed of multiple sellers and *** begin to design the secure double spectrum auction mechanisms,in which two semi-honest agents are introduced to finish the spectrum auction *** these two agents may collude with each other or be bribed by buyers and sellers,which may create security risks,therefore,a secure double spectrum auction is proposed in this *** traditional secure double spectrum auctions,the spectrum auction server with Software Guard Extensions(SGX) component is used in this paper,which is an Ethereum blockchain platform that performs spectrum auctions.A secure double spectrum protocol is also designed,using SGX technology and cryptographic tools such as Paillier cryptosystem,stealth address technology and one-time ring signatures to well protect the private information of spectrum *** addition,the smart contracts provided by the Ethereum blockchain platform are executed to assist offline verification,and to verify important spectrum auction information to ensure the fairness and impartiality of spectrum ***,security analysis and performance evaluation of our protocol are discussed.

Analysis and Identification of Chemical Constituents of Fenugreek by UPLC-IT-MSn and UPLC-Q-TOF-MS

Fenugreek, a traditional Chinese medical plant, has been widely used as food ingredients because of its out- standing medicinal qualities. The hypoglycemic activity of fenugreek is one of its important pharmacological properties. Both of saponin and flavonoid components have the hypoglycemic activity and their contents in fenugreek are 4%--8% and 1% ---2%, respectively. This paper focused on these two types of components to carry out purification research and chemical analysis. The heating reflux extraction method and macroporous resin purification method were designed to prepare the saponins and the flavonoids components from defatted fenugreek seeds. Petroleum ether ultrasonic skim and 70% ethanol refluxing were used for the extraction of saponins and flavonoid from fenugreek. The column of DM130 macroporous resin and D101 macroporous resin were respectively used to prepare fenugreek saponin and flavonoid components, and the total contents of them were 78.56% and 62.28%, respectively. The saponin and flavonoids were subsequently analyzed by an ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry（UPLC-Q-TOF-MS） along with an ultra-performance liquid chromatography and ion-trap tandem mass spectrometry（UPLC-IT-MS＂）. As a result, 57 saponins and 19 flavonoid compounds were characterized. The obtained results will provide a theory basis for further research on fenugreek, as well as research and development of hypogly- cemic new drugs.

Flexible rechargeable aqueous zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs)have attracted extensive attentions in the energy storage field due to their high safety,environmental friendliness,and outstanding electrochemical performance while the exploration of high-voltage aqueous ZIBs with excellent rate capability is still a great challenge for the further application them in flexible and wearable ***,we fabricated a 2.4 V high-voltage flexible aqueous ZIB,being among the highest voltage reported in aqueous ***,it exhibits extremely flat charging/discharging voltage platforms and the dropout voltage is only 0.1 V,which is the smallest gap in all aqueous batteries to our best ***,the prepared ZIB performs high rate capability of 25 C and energy density of 120 Wh kg?1 and exhibits excellent safety under various destructive conditions including hammering,sewing,punching,and *** extraordinary results indicate the great application potential of our high-voltage flexible aqueous ZIB in wearable electronics.

Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of human death worldwide. Autophagy is an evolutionarily conserved degradation pathway,which is a highly conserved cellular degradation process in which lysosomes decompose their own organelles and recycle the resulting *** is critical in maintaining cardiovascular homeostasis and function, and excessive or insufficient autophagy or autophagic flux can lead to cardiovascular disease. Enormous evidence indicates that exercise training plays a beneficial role in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. The regulation of autophagy during exercise is a bidirectional process. For cardiovascular disease caused by either insufficient or excessive autophagy, exercise training restores normal autophagy function and delays the progression of cardiovascular *** in-depth exploration and discussion of exercise-mediated regulation of autophagy in the cardiovascular system can broaden our view about the prevention of various autophagy-related diseases through exercise training. In this article, we review autophagy and its related signaling pathways,as well as autophagy-dependent beneficial effects of exercise in cardiovascular system.

Low-platinum(Pt)alloy catalysts hold promising application in oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)electrocatalysis of protonexchange-membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs).Although significant progress has been made to boost the kinetic ORR mass activity at low current densities in liquid half-cells,little attention was paid to the performance of Pt-based catalysts in realistic PEMFCs particularly at high current densities for high power density,which remains poorly *** this paper,we show that,regardless of the kinetic mass activity at the low current density region,the high current density performance of the low-Pt alloy catalysts is dominantly controlled by the total Pt surface area,particularly in low-Pt-loading H_(2)–air *** this end,we propose two different strategies to boost the specific Pt surface area,the post-15-nm dealloyed nanoporous architecture and the sub-5-nm solid core–shell nanoparticles(NPs)through fluidic-bed synthesis,both of which bring in comparably high mass activity and high Pt surface area for large-current-density *** medium current density,the dealloyed porous NPs provide substantially higher H_(2)–air PEMFC performance compared to solid core–shell catalysts,despite their similar mass activity in liquid *** transmission electron microscopy images combined with electron energy loss spectroscopic imaging evidence a previously unreported“semi-immersed nanoporous-Pt/ionomer”structure in contrast to a“fully-immersed core–shellPt/ionomer”structure,thus favoring O_(2) transport and improving the fuel cell *** results provide new insights into the role of Pt nanostructures in concurrently optimizing the mass activity,Pt surface area and Pt/Nafion interface for high power density fuel cells.

With the development of communication 5G networks and technologies,spectrum resources are increasingly *** scarcity of the spectrum resource makes market-driven spectrum auction become an important means of spectrum allocation,and due to the complexity of the network environment,the security of spectrum auctions can not be *** existing secure spectrum auction schemes introduce a semi-honest agent to complete spectrum ***,the hypothetical semi-honest model does not guarantee the security of spectnim auction in the actual application scenario,which may lead to potential security threats:the agent may reveal the privacy of bidders,agent or auctioneer may collude with the bidder to manipulate the spectrum auction,and so *** this paper,a secure spectrum auction scheme without a trusted party is proposed based on the smart contract technology,and the smart contract written into the blockchain replaces the traditional semi-honest agent to cooperate with the auctioneer server to complete the *** order to ensure the security of our scheme,a secure spectrum auction protocol is designed,in which the Software Guard Extensions(SGX)technology and Paillier cryptosystem are used to protect the privacy of *** verification is provided in our protocol by using extensive Pedersen commitment,which prevents the auctioneer server and the bidder from colluding with each other and verifies group bid sum ***,the security analysis is given to propose several types of attacks that can be ***,theoretical analysis and simulation experiments of our protocol are also provided.
