Rapid Prototyping （RP） technology has been widely applied in medicine for its fast development. The paper adopt a method which reconstruct twice, construct a combined model which contains simulative brain profile and try to put forward a new concept which call "Touch To Simulate". Sur-geons can practise on the 3D models preoperation, carry through surgical planning, not only to know fairly well, but also to decreases operating time, reduce the risk of surgery and complications during the surgery and help surgeons to make complex surgical planning rapidly.

＜正＞ Strengthening RC beams bonded with Fi-ber-reinforced-polymer （FRP）, which can increase the ultimate load capacity and safety capacity for engineering structure, has become an attractive strengthening problems in the field of engineering structure in the recent years. In this paper, RC beams are strengthened with prestressed Glass-fiber-reinforced-polymer （GFRP） plates bonded on the soffit of test beams and with GFRP plates on the sides. The pre-tressing technology is described before results obtained during the application and release of the prestress and subsequent four bending monotonic testing to failure of the strengthened beams is presented. Experimental data on strength, steel strain, GFRP strain, deflection, failure mode, and crack mode of repaired beams are obtained, and comparisons between the different shear repair schemes and the unrepaired control beams are made. The main conclusions drawn from the work are noted at the end of the paper and these indicate that the technique of prestressing FRP prior to bonding to reinforced concrete beams has the potential to provide a more efficient solution to strengthening problems.

Based on modern geometrical field theory, a rational interpretation of modern geodesic surface concept was formulated. The general equations for geodesic surface were given. The height concept and arc length concept were formulated strictly. Their intrinsic benefits and shortages of parameter-center reference and mass-center reference systems were studied in details. The research results show that the geodesic concept depends on the available technology. The technology-dependence feature of geodesy concept was expressed by related mathematic formulations. For the satellite-based observation system, the rationality of China-2000 Geoid Reference System was explained. Discussions about how to establish regional precision reference system were made based on general equations of arc length and space distance equations. A new correction item should be taken into consideration for arc length gauge calculation.

Form milling cutter is built-for-purpose cutter which process the form surface, for example, usually process male and female circular arc face and form trench and so on. From the traditional concept, form milling cutter is divided into pointed tooth and relieving follow its structure. Relieving shaped cutter is more convenient than pointed tooth milling cutter, because only its rake face is needed to grind after it turn into blunting, so the current books which are used in college almost select relieving shaped cutter in order to introduce how to design the form milling cutter.The curve of the back of tooth of relieving cutter is the transversal which is formed by the rear face of tooth in the end cut plane of the milling cutter. In the past, because of the limit of the manufacturing technology, the curve of the back of tooth is often selected Archimedes’ curve, in order that the shovel-nose tool acquire the uniform motion when the cutter shovel the back, in other word, the rear face of the milling cutter rotate its axis by the new cutting lip, in the same time, it move uniformly to the axis in order to form the surface. Although this curve of the back of tooth meet the fixedness of the form of blade around grinding the cutter, the rear angle of the dot of the cutting lip don’t keep fixedness. With the development of the modern manufacturing technology, the unmanageable problem of many complex curves is already easily solved. So it is need to study the optimum profile of the curve of the back of tooth in theory, and study the design theory of the relieving shaped cutter under the condition of new manufacture, in order to ensure that the rear angle of the dot of the cutting lip keep fixedness after the relieving shaped cutter is grinded. The paper derive the curve profile of tooth of the form cutter and the modifier calculation formula of the profile of the cutter edge from the definition of the rear angle of the cutter, which establish the foundation for the precision design and manufacture of other form cutter.

＜正＞Slope stability problems are usually analyzed by limit equilibrium methods（LEM）.A number of existing methods based on finding the circular critical slip surface for homogeneous soils are not suitable for slope stability analysis due to the fact that the slip surfaces are noncircular for layered slopes.Meanwhile location of critical slip surface of a general slope is hardly an objective function of the factor of safety because its general non-convex and multiple minima.Recent emerged techniques such as particle swarm optimization （PSO）have shown advantages in addressing this problem.However,the performance of simple PSO is usually dependent on its parameters.By incorporating chaos mapping into the particle swarm optimization algorithm, an updated PSO method addressing the critical slip surface locating problems is proposed in this paper.The performance of the presented chaotic PSO is little affected by its parameters,and is more robust.Combined with Spencer method,the new method has been examined and tested on two classic problems for searching the non-circular critical slip surface.The results indicate that the new approach can solve the problem with faster convergence rate and better precision.

Land use structural optimization is an effective approach to realize land sustainable utilization and allocate limited land resource rationally. Grey multiple objectives programming (GMOP) model based on China terrestrial ecosystem service value was constructed and applied to Lilin town. The result shows that GMOP model has more practical applicability and takes ecologic, social and comprehensive benefit into consideration. There are three programs after optimization. Program Ⅰ is comprehensive improvement and constructing ecological economy type, program Ⅱ is gross cultivated land dynamic balance type and program Ⅲ is compromise type. There are still problems in programs Ⅱ and Ⅲ, such as distribution in disorder, land left unused or abandoned. Based on the benefits above, Program Ⅰ>Program Ⅲ> Program Ⅱ. Program Ⅰ is the optimal case. Its comprehensive benefit is 8.43208×107 RMB yuan/a.

By selecting impact factors of driving force and formulating evaluation criteria of the impacts, the evaluation system of corresponding driving force impact of land use change was established. Taking Lu'an mining area as an example, the specific impact factors of coal mine were comprehensively evaluated and analyzed in order to carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis for the driving force of mining-land use change. The principal component analysis shows that the social and economic development in mining area from 2000 to 2007 demonstrates continuous accelerate trends, and the impacts of its overall driving force to land use change are increased gradually. The socio-economic factors have more impacts to mining-land use change than those of the natural resources. The main driving force of mining-land use change also include population, technological progress and policy.
