Aim:Patients with chronic liver disease(CLD),especially cirrhosis,are at a high risk of severe illness or death from coronavirus disease-2019(COVID-19)and may have a suboptimal immune response to the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)*** study aimed to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of the COVID-19 booster vaccination in patients with ***:The study protocol was prospectively registered at ***(***05204602)after approval by the Ethics *** participants with CLD were enrolled in this multicenter prospective *** completed two doses of the inactivated COVID-19 vaccine and received booster doses at least 6 months *** reactions were recorded within 14 days after the booster *** samples of the enrolled patients were collected before and after booster vaccination and tested for SARS-CoV-2 receptor-binding domain(RBD)immunoglobulin G and neutralizing *** chi-squared or Fisher's exact test was used to compare categorical data,and the Mann-Whitney U test was used to compare continuous ***-sided p<0.05 were considered statistically ***:In total,63 patients were enrolled from four hospitals in China,including 29 patients with *** median age of all patients was 55 years,and 61.9%(39/63)were *** vaccines were well tolerated;most adverse reactions were mild and transient,and injection site pain(6.4%;4/63)and fatigue(3.2%,2/63)were the most frequent local and systemic adverse *** the booster vaccination,our results showed that in the whole cohort,the levels and positive rates of anti-RBD IgG and neutralizing antibodies were significantly higher than baseline levels(all p<0.05).Conclusions:The inactivated COVID-19 booster vaccine was safe and significantly increased antibody levels and positivity rates following standard vaccination regimens in patients with CLD,especially those with cirrhosis.

目的探讨中医体质辨识治疗对慢性乙型肝炎患者肝纤维化指标及生活质量的影响。方法选取2007年7月~2012年7月我院收治的512例慢性乙型肝炎患者,将其按照随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组256例,对照组给予拉米夫定治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医体质辨识治疗,两组均治疗24个月,并于治疗前及治疗后检测两组肝纤维指标[透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)、Ⅲ型前胶原(P-Ⅲ-P)]及免疫功能指标(T细胞亚群CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_8^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+),同时于治疗前及治疗后采用SF-36量表评价患者的生活质量。结果治疗后两组HA、LN、Ⅳ-C、P-Ⅲ-P均较治疗前显著降低(P均0.05)。治疗后两组SF-36量表各维度PF、RP、BP、GH、VT、SF、RE、MH评分均较治疗前显著上升(P均<0.05),但观察组上升更为明显(t=6.865、8.620、10.785、18.956、9.605、8.127、16.695、7.452,P均<0.05)。结论中医体质辨识治疗可以降低慢性乙型肝炎的血清肝纤维化指标,提高免疫功能,改善患者的生活质量。

Aims:Minimal hepatic encephalopathy(MHE)significantly affects the prognosis of patients with *** study was performed to determine whether there is a difference in the prevalence of MHE among patients with cirrhosis of different etiologies and whether the etiology directly influences the occurrence of ***:This multicenter,cross-sectional study enrolled 1879 patients with confirmed cirrhosis at 40 hospitals from October 25,2021,to January 10,2023(Trial registration:https://***/[NCT05140837]).The patients'demographics,etiologies of cirrhosis,and laboratory test results were *** psychometric hepatic encephalopathy score(PHES)was determined in all patients to screen for *** logistic analyses were performed to identify the risk factors for ***:In total,736 patients with cirrhosis were *** prevalence of MHE was 42.0%(n=309).The primary etiology among all patients was hepatitis B virus(HBV)-related cirrhosis(71.9%[529/736]).The prevalence of MHE was significantly higher in patients with alcoholic cirrhosis(57.1%[40/70])than in those with HBV-related cirrhosis(40.6%[215/529],p=0.009)or hepatitis C virus(HCV)-related cirrhosis(38.2%[26/68],p=0.026).Age(odds ratio[OR],1.042;95%confidence interval[CI],1.024-1.059;p<0.001),duration of education(OR,0.935;95%CI,0.899-0.971;p=0.001),etiology(OR,1.740;95%CI,1.028-2.945;p=0.039),and high MELD-Na scores(OR,1.038;95%CI,1.009-1.067;p=0.009)were independent risk factors for *** patients with cirrhosis of different etiologies were analyzed separately,the results showed that age(OR,1.035;95%CI,1.014-1.057;p=0.001)and duration of education(OR,0.924;95%CI,0.883-0.966;p=0.001)were risk factors for MHE among patients with HBV-related cirrhosis,whereas age(OR,1.138;95%CI,1.033-1.254;p=0.009)and creatinine concentration(OR,16.487;95%CI,1.113-244.160;p=0.042)were risk factors for MHE in patients with HCV-related *** risk factors for MHE were found in patients

目的:探讨高效联合抗反转录病毒治疗疗法(highly active antiroviral therapy,HAART)联合补气培元方对艾滋病患者CD^+_4T细胞和胃肠功能的影响。方法:本院就诊的艾滋病患者56例,按照患者就诊先后顺序分为对照组(28例)和观察组(28例),对照组患者采用HAART疗法治疗,观察组患者采用HAART疗法联合补气培元方治疗。比较2组患者临床症状积分及治疗前后外周血CD^+_4T细胞变化。结果:治疗后1、2个月和3个月观察组患者临床症状积分分别为(14.14±2.54)分、(7.43±2.42)分、(4.73±2.49)分,明显比治疗前降低,并且均显著低于对照组对应时段临床症状积分,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1、2个月和3个月观察组患者外周血的CD^+_4T细胞计数分别为(301.14±112.47)个/ul、(364.43±152.42)个/ul和(435.73±162.49)个/ul,明显比治疗前升高,并且均明显高于对照组同CD^+_4T细胞计数,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HAART疗法联合补气培元方治疗艾滋病患者能够改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的免疫力。

Background Although postpartum depression(PPD)and non-peripartum major depressive disorder(MDD)occurring within and outside the postpartum period share many clinical characteristics,whether PPD and MDD are the same or not remains *** The current study was devoted to identify the shared and different neural circuits between PPD and MDD by resting-state functionalmagnetic resonance imaging data from 77 participants(22 first-episodic drug-naleMDD,26 drug-nale PPD,and 29 healthy controls(HC)).Results Both the PPD andMDD groups exhibited higher fractional amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation(fALFF)in left temporal pole relative to the HC group;the MDD group showed specifically increased degree centrality in the right cerebellum while PPD showed specifically decreased fALFF in the left supplementary motor area and posterior middle temporal gyrus(pMTG_L),and specifically decreased functional connectivities between pMTG and precuneus and between left subgeneual anterior cingulate cortex(sgACC_L)and right ***,sgACC and left thalamus showed abnormal regional homogeneity of functional activities between any pair of HC,MDD,and *** These results provide initial evidence that PPD and MDD have common and distinct neural circuits,which may facilitate understanding the neurophysiological basis and precision treatment for PPD.

常规分布式光纤声波传感(DAS)技术利用光纤对轴向应变敏感的特点开展单分量信号采集,在开展三分量振动信号采集时,通常需要对光纤进行螺旋缠绕布置。在采用不同的角度进行缠绕时,光纤的轴向位置必然不同,导致光纤对X,Y,Z 3个方向的振动信号具有不同的敏感性。针对上述问题,通过建立单根螺旋缠绕光纤的数学模型,确定了光纤轴向应变的影响因素,推导了螺旋光纤轴向应变与光纤所在位置处3个方向真实应变之间的数学映射关系,定量分析了不同缠绕角度、不同旋转角度条件下三分量振动信号对光纤轴向应变的影响,并采用波动方程模拟的三分量数字信号对螺旋光纤轴向应变所接收到的等效信号进行了验证。分析结果表明,螺旋光纤在轴向方向上采集到的信号强度取决于X,Y,Z三分量信号自身的强度、光纤缠绕角度以及缠绕过程中光纤各点的相对空间位置,随着缠绕角度的增大,螺旋光纤对沿缠绕轴方向的地震波信号敏感性增强,对垂直于缠绕轴方向的信号敏感性减弱,垂直于缠绕轴方向的两个分量地震波信号在数值上呈现出周期性和互补性变化规律,为利用螺旋缠绕光纤开展分布式声波传感三分量振动信号的采集提供了理论基础。
