The anaerobic acid production experiments were conducted with the pretreated kitchen waste under pH *** results showed that pH 8 was considered to be the most suitable condition for acid production,especially for the formation of acetic acid and propionic *** average value of total volatile fatty acid at pH 8 was 8814 mg COD/L,1.5 times of that under blank *** average yield of acetic acid and propionic acid was 3302 mg COD/L and 2891 mg COD/L,*** activities of key functional enzymes such as phosphotransacetylase,acetokinase,oxaloacetate transcarboxylase and succinylcoA transferase were all *** further explore the regulatory mechanisms within the system,the distribution of microorganisms at different levels in the fermentation system was obtained by microbial sequencing,results indicating that the relative abundances of Clostridiales,Bacteroidales,Chloroflexi,Clostridium,Bacteroidetes and Propionibacteriales,which were great contributors for the hydrolysis and acidification,increased rapidly at pH 8 compared with the blank ***,the proportion of genes encoding key enzymes was generally increased,which further verified the mechanism of hydrolytic acidification and acetic acid production of organic matter under pH regulation.

Research on the Influence of Cutting Condition on the Surface Microstruct ure of Ultra-thin Wall Parts in Ultrasonic Vibration Cutting

In many fields of high-tech industry the ultra-t hi n wall parts are employed. In this paper the experiments were carried out to dis cuss the surface microstructure of the camera’s guided drawtube by applying ult rasonic vibration cutting device to the traditional lathe. The influence rule of the cutting condition on the surface roughness was put forward, which was drawn by comparing the ultrasonic cutting with the common cutting by use of the cemen ted carbide tool and the polycrystalline diamond (PCD) tool. The test results sh owed that the ultrasonic cutting performs better than the common cutting in the same condition. According to the test results analyzing, the surface characteriz ation is influenced clearly by the rigidity of the acoustic system and the machi ne tool, as well the setting height of the tool tip. Otherwise, the dense regula r low frequency vibration ripples will be scraped on the machined surface. When the tool tip is set higher than the rotating center of the work piece by three t imes of the amplitude of ultrasonic vibration, the vibration ripples behave alig ht; they turn light and shade alternatively when the tool tip is lower than the rotating center of the work piece by three times of the amplitude of ultrasonic vibration. According to the test result analyzing, the following conclusions are put forward: 1) The surface roughness in ultrasonic cutting is better than that in common cutting. Under a one third critical cutting velocity, the value of th e surface roughness in ultrasonic cutting rise slightly along with the cutting v elocity, while in common cutting it decreases contrast to the cutting velocity; the curves of the surface roughness in ultrasonic cutting and common cutting see m to be alike, both increase along with the feed rate and the cutting depth, but the value in ultrasonic cutting is smaller in the same condition.2) The influen ce of the coolant on the surface roughness cannot be ignored. Multiaxial magnetic anisotropy(MA)refers to the phenomenon that multiple axes of the magnetic crystal correspond to different energy *** with the common uniaxial magnetic anisotropy,multiaxial MA facilitates novel forms of applications in ***,by combining the first-principles-based spin Hamiltonian and tight-binding(TB)method,we reveal the microscopic origins,instead of the common phenomenological understanding,of biaxial MA and triaxial *** the example system of NiO,it is found that the multiple minima result from the fourth-order and the sixth-order single ion interactions,while the difference between[110]and[110]directions originates from a second-order bond-dependent anisotropic pair interaction(i.e.,the so-called Gamma interaction).Moreover,through the application of a newly developed general spin dependent TB approach,it is revealed that the triaxial MA arises from the special spin-orbital entangled Hund term,which is different from the orbital-independent Hund term in the usual Slater Koster TB *** work thus not only leads to a thorough understanding of the multiaxial MA in NiO,but also establishes a methodology that can be widely used to explore the microscopic origins of MA in different magnets.

Structural regulation of Pd-based electrocatalytic hydrodechlorination(EHDC)catalyst for constructing high-efficient cathode materials with low noble metal content and high atom utilization is crucial but still ***,a support electron inductive effect of Pd-Mn/Ni foam catalyst was proposed via in-situ Mn doping to optimize the electronic structure of the Ni foam(NF),which can inductive regulation of Pd for improving the EHDC *** mass activity and current efficiency of Pd-Mn/NF catalyst are 2.91 and 1.34 times superior to that of Pd/NF with 2,4-dichlorophenol as model compound,*** Mn-doped interlayer optimized the electronic structure of Pd by bringing the d-state closer to the Fermi level than Pd on the NF surface,which optimizied the binding of EHDC ***,the Mn-doped interlayer acted as a promoter for generating H∗and accelerating the EHDC *** work presents a simple and effective regulation strategy for constructing high-efficient cathode catalyst for the EHDC of chlorinated organic compounds.

In the realm of Intelligent Railway Transportation Systems,effective multi-party collaboration is crucial due to concerns over privacy and data *** Federated Learning(VFL)has emerged as a promising approach to facilitate such collaboration,allowing diverse entities to collectively enhance machine learning models without the need to share sensitive training ***,existing works have highlighted VFL’s susceptibility to privacy inference attacks,where an honest but curious server could potentially reconstruct a client’s raw data from embeddings uploaded by the *** vulnerability poses a significant threat to VFL-based intelligent railway transportation *** this paper,we introduce SensFL,a novel privacy-enhancing method to against privacy inference attacks in ***,SensFL integrates regularization of the sensitivity of embeddings to the original data into the model training process,effectively limiting the information contained in shared *** reducing the sensitivity of embeddings to the original data,SensFL can effectively resist reverse privacy attacks and prevent the reconstruction of the original data from the *** experiments were conducted on four distinct datasets and three different models to demonstrate the efficacy of *** results show that SensFL can effectively mitigate privacy inference attacks while maintaining the accuracy of the primary learning *** results underscore SensFL’s potential to advance privacy protection technologies within VFL-based intelligent railway systems,addressing critical security concerns in collaborative learning environments.

Poly（ethylene oxide）-based polymer all-solid-state lithium metal batteries（ASSLBs） have received widespread attention due to their low cost,good process ability,and high energy ***,the growth of Li dendrites within polymer solid-state electrolytes damages the reversibility of Li anodes and still impedes their widespread *** efficient strategy is to construct a superior solid electrolyte ***,a stable interface enriched with Li3N and LiF is in-situ formed between Li anode and a terna ry salt *** terna ry salt electrolyte is innovatively designed by introducing lithium bis（trifluoromethane sulfonyl）imide（LiTFSI）,lithium bis（fluorosulfonyl）imide（LiFSI）,and LiNO3to poly（ethylene oxide） *** characterization indicates that LiNO3and LiFSI contribute to forming a Li3N-LiF-enriched interface and meanwhile LiTFSI ensures excellent ***,among various Li compound components,Li3N has high ionic conductivity,which is beneficial for reducing overpotential,while LiF has high interfacial energy which can enhance nucleation energy and suppress the formation of Li *** experimental results show that ASSLBs coupled with LiFePO4cathode display extremely excellent cycle stability approximately 2200 cycles at 2 C,with a final and corresponding discharge specific capacity of 96.7 mA h g-1. Additionally,a schematic illustration of the working mechanism for the Li3N-LiF interface is proposed.
