The relentless progress in the research of geographic spatial data models and their application scenarios is propelling an unprecedented rich Level of Detail(LoD)in realistic 3D representation and smart *** pursuit of rich details not only adds complexity to entity models but also poses significant computational challenges for model visualization and 3D *** paper introduces a novel method for deriving multi-LOD models,which can enhance the efficiency of spatial computing in complex 3D building ***,we extract multiple facades from a 3D building model(LoD3)and convert them into individual semantic facade *** the utilization of the developed facade layout graph,each semantic facade model is then transformed into a parametric ***,we explore the specification of geometric and semantic details in building facades and define three different LODs for facades,offering a unique ***,an innovative heuristic method is introduced to simplify the parameterized *** rigorous experimentation and evaluation,the effectiveness of the proposed parameterization methodology in capturing complex geometric details,semantic richness,and topological relationships of 3D building models is demonstrated.

Under investigation is an integrable generalization of the Fokas–Lenells equation, which can be derived from the negative power flow of a 2 × 2 matrix spectral problem with three potentials. Based on the gauge transformation of the matrix spectral problem, one kind of Darboux transformation with multi-parameters for the three-component coupled Fokas–Lenells system is constructed. As a reduction, the N-fold Darboux transformation for the generalized Fokas–Lenells equation is obtained, from which the N-soliton solution in a compact Vandermonde-like determinant form is given. Particularly,the explicit one-and two-soliton solutions are presented and their dynamical behaviors are shown graphically.

Soil salinization is the main factor that threatens the growth and development of plants and limits the increase of *** is of great significance to study the key soil environmental factors affecting plant root traits to reveal the adaptation strategies of plants to saline-alkaline-stressed soil *** this study,the root biomass,root morphological parameters and root mineral nutrient content of two alfalfa cultivars with different sensitivities to alkaline stress were analyzed with black soil as the control group and the mixed saline-alkaline soil with a ratio of 7:3 between black soil and saline-alkaline soil as the saline-alkaline treatment *** the same time,the correlation analysis of soil salinity indexes,soil nutrient indexes and the activities of key enzymes involved in soil carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus cycles was carried *** results showed that compared with the control group,the pH,EC,and urease(URE)of the soil surrounding the roots of two alfalfa cultivars were significantly increased,while soil total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP),organic carbon(SOC),andα-glucosidase activity(AGC)were significantly decreased under saline-alkaline *** was no significant difference in root biomass and root morphological parameters of saline-alkaline tolerant cultivar GN under saline-alkaline *** number of root tips(RT),root surface area(RS)and root volume(RV)of AG were reduced by 61.16%,44.54%,and 45.31%,respectively,compared with control *** ratios of K^(+)/Na^(+),Ca^(2+)/Na^(+)and Mg^(2+)/Na^(+)of GN were significantly higher than those of AG(pweight(RFW)and dry weight(RDW),root length(RL),RV and RT of alfalfa were positively regulated by soil SOC and TN,but negatively regulated by soil pH,EC,and URE(p<0.01).Root Ca^(2+)/Na+ratio was significantly positively correlated with soil TN,TP and SOC(p<0.01).The absorption of Mg and Ca ions in roots is significantly negatively regulated by soilβ-glucosidase ac

Seventeen undescribed lindenane-related sesquiterpenoid dimers,chlorajaponins A—Q(1—17),and 13 reported analogs(18—30)were isolated from Chloranthus japonicus *** 1 possesses an unprecedented 3/5/7/5/5/6/5/3 fused octacyclic scaffold,featuring a 6(5→4)-abeo-lindenane monomer,while 2 exhibits a 3/5/6/6/5/6/5/3 fused octacyclic *** structures were determined through a combination of spectroscopic analyses and X-ray *** 1,2,and 18 demonstrated significant inhibitory effects on lipid accumulation and effectively reduced the levels of triglycerides and total cholesterol,as well as the levels of aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase in a HepG2 cell *** addition,compounds 1,2,and 18 significantly suppressed the protein expression of the fatty acid synthase(FASN)and the sterol regulatory element-binding protein 1(SREBP1).Moreover,the anti-inflammatory assay showed that compounds 19—22 and 25 inhibited the NO production induced by lipopolysaccharide in RAW 264.7 macrophages with IC50 values of 7.89±0.44,6.25±0.46,2.98±0.29,10.77±0.60,and 3.60±0.28μmol/L.

[目的/意义]不同突发事件或不同网络平台上的舆情信息扩散存在差异,本文构建数理模型研究舆情信息的不同传播扩散机制,度量舆情信息扩散差异,为突发事件网络舆情精准治理提供理论支持。[方法/过程]本文针对舆情信息扩散一般特征,考虑各突发事件和各网络平台的不同对舆情信息扩散的影响,提出舆情信息扩散指数的概念,构建一种基于幂映射的突发事件网络舆情信息扩散差异性度量模型,并通过数值仿真研究参数对舆情信息扩散的影响。通过使用多起突发事件引发的网络舆情案例数据来验证模型的有效性及合理性,同时利用多个案例验证本文模型对信息扩散预测的有效性。[结果/结论]突发事件网络舆情信息扩散的差异性可用舆情信息扩散指数度量。舆情信息扩散整体规律一致,舆情信息扩散指数对舆情信息扩散的影响不仅体现在时间维度,还体现在舆情信息量维度。

织物衬垫磨损对自润滑关节轴承动力学的影响

自润滑关节轴承在服役过程中,衬垫的磨损导致自润滑关节轴承内外圈之间产生间隙,自润滑运动副间隙的存在加速了内外圈之间的碰撞以及衬垫的进一步磨损,对自润滑关节轴承的动力学特性产生较大的影响。此外,衬垫的磨损还会导致各构件非线性特性的恶化,降低自润滑关节轴承的稳定性。为研究织物衬垫磨损对自润滑关节轴承动力学响应的影响,文中建立了带间隙的自润滑关节轴承运动副矢量模型。首先,通过修正Lankarani-Nikravesh(L-N)法向接触力模型和改进的库仑摩擦力模型,对内外圈间隙处的碰撞力进行建模;然后,基于牛顿第二定律建立了含间隙的刚柔耦合动力学方程;最后,分析讨论不同织物衬垫磨损量和不同摩擦因数条件下含间隙的自润滑关节轴承传动系统的动力学特性,并利用相图和Poincare映射图分析了自润滑关节轴承的非线性特性。结果表明:随着织物衬垫磨损量的增加,自润滑关节轴承内圈和外圈的动力学行为表现出非线性特性;衬垫磨损量一定时,随着衬垫摩擦因数的增加,系统稳定性得到提高,抑制了混沌现象的发生。

为研究舰炮破片弹丸对空中运动反舰导弹的毁伤规律,采用有限元软件建立破片弹丸毁伤反舰导弹的数值模型,在动态爆轰过程分析弹丸速度对破片生成规律的影响,在毁伤过程探讨破片群冲击反舰导弹的特征。结果表明,与静态爆轰相比,动态爆轰破片呈喷射状散布;随着弹丸速度的衰减,生成破片的速度明显下降,但破片群受炸药驱动的速度增量却逐渐增大;同时,不同速度弹丸的破片速度曲线均呈快速上升至波动上升至趋于稳定的趋势,但快速上升段受弹丸速度的影响不同;破片群的毁伤形式主要有贯穿、侵彻随行、切割跳飞以及未相遇4种情况,在1/4弹丸中,贯穿破片占比5.5%,有效破片占比38%。

目的探讨不同剂量他汀类药物对急性缺血性卒中(AIS)患者尿激酶静脉溶栓的临床疗效的影响。方法基于一项前瞻性、多中心的大型研究——中国发病4.5 h内缺血性卒中的静脉溶栓登记研究(INTRECIS)数据库,回顾性分析经尿激酶静脉溶栓的898例AIS患者的临床资料。根据患者住院期间他汀类药物的用量分为不使用他汀组(132例)、常规剂量他汀组(591例)和强化剂量他汀组(175例)。临床疗效评价指标包括14 d美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分改善和90 d预后极好(改良Rankin评分≤1分)率。安全性评价指标包括卒中复发、出血事件和90 d全因死亡率。结果在调整基线特征(年龄、冠心病、糖尿病、房颤、收缩压、卒中发作到静脉溶栓时间、入院到静脉溶栓给药时间、既往抗血小板用药史、血糖、三甲医院治疗)的差异后,常规剂量他汀组和强化剂量他汀组入院到14 d的NIHSS评分改善、90 d预后极好率均优于不用他汀组(P0.05);3组90 d全因死亡率比较,不用他汀组(10.6%)明显高于常规剂量他汀组(2.0%)和强化剂量他汀组(2.9%)(P<0.01)。结论对于AIS尿激酶静脉溶栓的患者,强化剂量他汀类药物的使用可促进14 d NIHSS评分和近期预后改善,同时不增加卒中复发和出血事件的风险;他汀类药物使用有利于降低病死率。

Fluoropyrimidine-based combination chemotherapy plus targeted therapy is the standard initial treatment for unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC),but the prognosis remains *** phase 3 trial(***:NCT03950154)assessed the efficacy and adverse events(AEs)of the combination of PD-1 blockade-activated DC-CIK(PD1-T)cells with XELOX plus bevacizumab as a first-line therapy in patients with mCRC.A total of 202 participants were enrolled and randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to receive either first-line XELOX plus bevacizumab(the control group,n=102)or the same regimen plus autologous PD1-T cell immunotherapy(the immunotherapy group,n=100)every 21 days for up to 6 cycles,followed by maintenance treatment with capecitabine and *** main endpoint of the trial was progression-free survival(PFS).The median follow-up was 19.5 *** PFS was 14.8 months(95%CI,11.6-18.0)for the immunotherapy group compared with 9.9 months(8.0-11.8)for the control group(hazard ratio[HR],0.60[95%CI,0.40-0.88];p=0.009).Median overall survival(OS)was not reached for the immunotherapy group and 25.6 months(95%CI,18.3-32.8)for the control group(HR,0.57[95%CI,0.33-0.98];p=0.043).Grade 3 or higher AEs occurred in 20.0%of patients in the immunotherapy group and 23.5%in the control groups,with no toxicity-associated deaths *** addition of PD1-T cells to first-line XELOX plus bevacizumab demonstrates significant clinical improvement of PFS and OS with well tolerability in patients with previously untreated mCRC.
