This article considers a semiparametric varying-coefficient partially linear regression *** semiparametric varying-coefficient partially linear regression model which is a generalization of the partially linear regression model and varying-coefficient regression model that allows one to explore the possibly nonlinear effect of a certain covariate on the response variable.A sieve M-estimation method is proposed and the asymptotic properties of the proposed estimators are *** main object is to estimate the nonparametric component and the unknown parameters *** is easier to compute and the required computation burden is much less than the existing two-stage estimation ***,the sieve M-estimation is robust in the presence of outliers if we choose appropriate ρ(·).Under some mild conditions,the estimators are shown to be strongly consistent;the convergence rate of the estimator for the unknown nonparametric component is obtained and the estimator for the unknown parameter is shown to be asymptotically normally *** experiments are carried out to investigate the performance of the proposed method.

Genetic engineering technology can achieve specific gene therapy for a variety of diseases, but the current strategy still has some flaws, such as a complex system, single treatment, and large implantation trauma. Herein, the genetic engineering injectable hydrogels were constructed by ultrasonic technology for the first time to realize in vivo ultrasound-triggered in situ cross-linking and cell gene transfection, and finally complete in situ gene therapy to promote bone reconstruction. First, ultrasound-triggered calcium release was used to activate transglutaminase and catalyze the transamidation between fibrinogen. Simultaneously, liposome loaded with Zinc-finger E-box-binding homeobox 1 (ZEB1) gene plasmid (Lip-ZEB1) was combined to construct an ultrasound-triggered in situ cross-linked hydrogels that can deliver Lip-ZEB1. Second, ultrasound-triggered injectable hydrogel introduced ZEB1 gene plasmid into endothelial cell genome through Lip-ZEB1 sustained release, and then acted on the ZEB1/Notch signal pathway of cells, promoting angiogenesis and local bone reconstruction of osteoporosis through genetic engineering. Overall, this strategy provides an advanced gene delivery system through genetic engineered ultrasound-triggered injectable hydrogels.

The trimmed mean is one of the most common estimators of location for symmetrical distributions, whose effect depends on whether the trim rate matches the proportion of contaminated data. Based on the geometric characteristics of the curve of the trimmed variance function, the authors propose two kinds of adaptive trimmed mean algorithms. The accuracy of the estimators is compared with that of other often-used estimates, such as sample mean, trimmed mean, trimean, and median, by means of simulation method. The results show that the accuracy of the adaptive derivative optimization trimmed mean method is close to the optimum performance in case of medium contamination （the contamination rate is less than 50%）. Under high contamination situation （the contamination rate equals 8070）, the performance of the estimates is comparable to that of the median and is superior to other counterparts.

Clinical Practice Guideline on Acupuncture and Moxibustion:Migraine(WFAS 007.9-2023)is a clinical practice guideline officially released by the World Federation of Acupuncture-Moxibustion Societies(WFAS)on October 9,2023,and is the first international guideline on the treatment of migraine with *** international standard was developed under the guidance of rigorous evidence-based methodology,and it contains guideline purpose,scope,applicable population,applicable settings,overview of acupuncture for migraine,guideline development process and *** promoting the understanding and application of this guideline,this article summarizes a total of 18 recommendations in order to assist clinical decisions for migraine with acupuncture.

In this article,we introduce the martingale Musielak-Orlicz Hardy spaces H_φ^*(■),Pφ(?),H_φ^S(■),Qφ(?)and H_φ^s(■),respectively,via the maximal function,the quadratic variation and the conditional quadratic variation of *** then establish the atomic characterizations of H_φ^s(■),Pφ(■)and Qφ(■).As applications,we obtain the dual space of H_φ^s(■)and several martingale inequalities which further clarify the relations among H_φ^*(■),Pφ(■),H_φ^S(■),Qφ(■)and H_φ^s(■).Especially,as special cases,the results on atomic characterizations of H_φ^s(■),Pφ(?)and Qφ(■)as well as on the dual space of H_φ^s(■)in the weighted case are also new.

儿童青少年的大脑可塑性较强,也意味着其较脆弱,容易受成长环境的影响。认知神经科学研究发现,贫穷不仅会影响儿童青少年的认知、情绪、行为、入学准备性、学业表现等,而且会影响其大脑结构和功能;而扶贫和扶智则可以减少贫穷对脑智发育所产生的负面影响。尽管贫穷对脑智发育具有诸多负面的影响,但其产生影响的作用机制目前尚不清楚。因此,未来的研究要通过复杂的建模和模型验证来考察贫穷影响脑智发育的作用机制,并在此基础上设计基于证据的一系列干预方案。

Rechargeable batteries currently hold the largest share of the electrochemical energy storage market,and they play a major role in the sustainable energy transition and industrial decarbonization to respond to global climate *** to the increased popularity of consumer electronics and electric vehicles,lithium-ion batteries have quickly become the most successful rechargeable batteries in the past three decades,yet growing demands in diversified application scenarios call for new types of rechargeable *** efforts are made to developing the next-generation post-Li-ion rechargeable batteries,which include,but are not limited to solid-state batteries,lithium–sulfur batteries,sodium-/potassium-ion batteries,organic batteries,magnesium-/zinc-ion batteries,aqueous batteries and flow *** the great achievements,challenges persist in precise understandings about the electrochemical reaction and charge transfer process,and optimal design of key materials and interfaces in a *** roadmap tends to provide an overview about the current research progress,key challenges and future prospects of various types of rechargeable *** computational methods for materials development,and characterization techniques will also be discussed as they play an important role in battery research.

技术发展引发了社会巨变,然而技术对学校教育的影响却比较缓慢且争议颇多。文章从技术角度出发,首先分析了技术的定义及其发展对教育领域的冲击,说明技术对教育具有必然的显性化影响。之后,文章探讨了技术对教育的复杂性影响,指出教育具有复杂性、技术的价值和技术的教育价值具有多重体现,且频繁出现的新技术让教育领域应接不暇。最后,文章借鉴系统理论和创新扩散理论,构建了技术对教育影响的系统性剖析框架,并从组成要素、社会环境、层级与阶段、影响结果、传播通道等五个维度对此框架进行了阐释。技术对教育影响的系统性剖析框架的提出,有助于教育工作者理性认识技术与教育的关系从而理性使用技术,并为当前教育技术领域的研究与实践提供理论参考。
