Orexin signaling has been associated with energy expenditure and brown adipose tissue(BAT)***,conflicting data exist in the field about how orexin signaling regulates BAT *** this study,we show that a specific orexin receptor type 2(OX2R)agonist[Ala11,D-Leu15]-OxB(OB-Ala)inhibited intrascapular brown adipose tissue(iBAT)thermogenesis by reducing sympathetic output to *** effect is mediated by OX2Rs located on afferent nerve endings innervating iBAT instead of brown adipocyte *** of OB-Ala into iBAT inhibited iBAT thermogenesis in mice upon cold exposure and neuronal activity in the paraventricular *** suggest that OB-Ala could inhibit iBAT thermogenesis by attenuating sensory input thereby inhibiting the sympathetic-sensory iBAT feedback *** study uncovers a novel primary action site of orexin in the regulation of energy balance.

目的了解青少年特发性脊柱侧弯康复治疗研究现状及发展趋势，为未来参与研究青少年特发性脊柱侧弯康复治疗提供参考。方法检索Web of science(WOS)核心合集数据库以及中国知网（CNKI）数据库发表的与青少年特发性脊柱侧弯康复治疗有关的文献，检索时限为2002年1月1日-2022年12月31日，运用CiteSpace(6.1.R2)与Excel软件绘制可视化知识图谱以及数据表格图。结果检索完成后共筛出347篇文章，其中英文文献239篇，中文文献108篇。发文量最多的作者以Negrini S与周璇为代表的团队。高频关键词分析显示有青少年、脊柱侧弯、呼吸作用、锻炼疗法、耐力训练、体态调整控制、Cobb角、支具疗法、运动、保守治疗、生活质量等方面，且支具疗法、运动、Cobb角、保守治疗、生活质量可将成为未来青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的研究热点及趋势。结论从近20年已经发表的文献里可看出，青少年脊柱侧弯的康复治疗方式当前还处于进行发展中，而未来可进一步加强跨地区之间合作研究。

Derivative Spectroscopy and its Application at Detecting the Weak Emission/Absorption Lines

The development of spectroscopic survey telescopes like Large Sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope(LAMOST),Apache Point Observatory Galactic Evolution Experiment and Sloan Digital Sky Survey has opened up unprecedented opportunities for stellar *** types of stars,such as early-type emission-line stars and those with stellar winds,can be distinguished by the profiles of their spectral *** this paper,we introduce a method based on derivative spectroscopy(DS)designed to detect signals within complex backgrounds and provide a preliminary estimation of curve *** method exhibits a unique advantage in identifying weak signals and unusual spectral line profiles when compared to other popular line detection *** validated our approach using synthesis spectra,demonstrating that DS can detect emission signals three times fainter than Gaussian ***,we applied our method to 579,680 co-added spectra from LAMOST Medium-Resolution Spectroscopic Survey,identifying 16,629 spectra with emission peaks around the Hαline from 10,963 *** spectra were classified into three distinct morphological groups,resulting in nine subclasses as follows.(1)Emission peak above the pseudo-continuum line(single peak,double peaks,emission peak situated within an absorption line,P Cygni profile,Inverse P Cygni profile);(2)Emission peak below the pseudo-continuum line(sharp emission peak,double absorption peaks,emission peak shifted to one side of the absorption line);(3)Emission peak between the pseudo-continuum line.

Electrocatalytic CO_(2)reduction(ECR)offers an attractive approach to realizing carbon neutrality and producing valuable chemicals and fuels using CO_(2)as the ***,the lack of cost-effective electrocatalysts with better performances has seriously hindered its ***,a one-step co-electrodeposition method was used to introduce Zn,a metal with weak^(*)CO binding energy,into Cu to form Cu/Zn intermetallic catalysts(Cu/Zn IMCs).It was shown that,using an H-cell,the high Faradaic efficiency of C_(2+)hydrocarbons/alcohols()could be achieved in ECR by adjusting the surface metal components and the applied *** suitable conditions,FEC_(2+)and current density could be as high as 75%and 40 mA/cm^(2),*** with the Cu catalyst,the Cu/Zn IMCs have a lower interfacial charge transfer resistance and a larger electrochemically active surface area(ECSA),which accelerate the ***,the^(*)CO formed on Zn sites can move to Cu sites due to its weak binding with*CO,and thus enhance the C–C coupling on the Cu surface to form C_(2+)products.

Avatars, as promising digital representations and service assistants of users in Metaverses, can enable drivers and passengers to immerse themselves in 3D virtual services and spaces of UAV-assisted vehicular Metaverses. However, avatar tasks include a multitude of human-to-avatar and avatar-to-avatar interactive applications, e.g., augmented reality navigation,which consumes intensive computing resources. It is inefficient and impractical for vehicles to process avatar tasks locally. Fortunately, migrating avatar tasks to the nearest roadside units(RSU)or unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV) for execution is a promising solution to decrease computation overhead and reduce task processing latency, while the high mobility of vehicles brings challenges for vehicles to independently perform avatar migration decisions depending on current and future vehicle status. To address these challenges, in this paper, we propose a novel avatar task migration system based on multi-agent deep reinforcement learning(MADRL) to execute immersive vehicular avatar tasks dynamically. Specifically, we first formulate the problem of avatar task migration from vehicles to RSUs/UAVs as a partially observable Markov decision process that can be solved by MADRL algorithms. We then design the multi-agent proximal policy optimization(MAPPO) approach as the MADRL algorithm for the avatar task migration problem. To overcome slow convergence resulting from the curse of dimensionality and non-stationary issues caused by shared parameters in MAPPO, we further propose a transformer-based MAPPO approach via sequential decision-making models for the efficient representation of relationships among agents. Finally, to motivate terrestrial or non-terrestrial edge servers(e.g., RSUs or UAVs) to share computation resources and ensure traceability of the sharing records, we apply smart contracts and blockchain technologies to achieve secure sharing management. A novel fluorinated triblock copolymer incorporating 2-ethylhexyl methacrylate （EHMA）, tert-butyl methacrylate （tBMA） and 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyl acrylate （FA）（PEHMA-b-PtBMA-b-PFA） was first synthesized using three successive reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer （RAFT） polymerization and the subsequent hydrolyzing at acidic condition. The as-fabricated triblock copolymer exhibited an interesting morphology evolution from the multi-compartment rod-like structure to spherical structure along with the addition of a selective solution. At the same time, a visible phase separation domain could be seen in the core area due to the existence of fluorocarbon segments. Furthermore, the self- assembly behavior of the triphilic copolymer at different pH was also verified by transmission electron microscopy, as well as the dynamic light scattering. These stimuli-responsive multi-compartment nanostructures may have potential applications in drug delivery.
